Typeform conversations

Hi there, I have a typeform in which users have to select a trip destination in order to leave their contact and get a quotation. These users land on the typeform from a destination page on our website. I was wondering if it is possible to set up the typeform so that it recognises from which destination page on our website the user comes from and avoid making him select the destination in the typeform again. Thank you :)

As though my project runs only 2 months every year,so i need to stop my subscription .how to stop/cancle subscription? my cancle my plan button is showing disabled 

I made the mistake to buy this software. Could someone tell me how to remove the Typeform Logo from my forms???And also does some one know why when i share the form in the mobile versione, with the standard sharing it appear a useless intro page that i don’t want? Thanks

Hey! I have a survey that has a multiple choice question that I’m trying to recall into multiple questions. So something along the lines of:  First Question: What is your favorite ice cream response (choose any of above)  Vanilla Chocolate Strawberry  Then based on those answers, want to create multiple questions. For example, if someone chose Chocolate and Strawberry I’d want 2 templated questions: How would you rate Strawberry on a scale of 1-10 How would you rate Chocolate on a scale of 1-10Thanks in advance! 

I want to create a form that asks a visitor to provide their zip code to see if my product is available in their metro area. Since our availability is by metro area, I’ve got about 30 zip codes to load in. (I’ve only got one metro area right now, but we will add more.) It seems like I have to add “If [zip code] is equal to [#####]” for each individual zip code (using OR logic)… is there another way I can add a large number of values?Thank you, community!

Hi !As you can see on the screenshots, I have a problem with my typeform on mobile, the form is displayed correctly before you start the form, but then you can see that the size change and it overflows on the right outside the margins. I use a wordpress website with Divi.Thanks for your help. 

We plan to create a survey question in Typeform and embed it into our website. After the customer submitting the survey questions, will the Typeform capture the customer's IP address? Will Typeform deduct the customer's unique IP address and restrict the customer from submitting multiple surveys?

I have finished creating 22 variations of a form and I just realised I have not made some my questions mandatory.I need to make each question mandatory, is it possible to do this ti all 22 forms in bulk?Going through each one is going to be a seriously tedious task!

I have a scenario where I need to put a brief description on each answer that appears in a single Multi-Choice page.Is there a way to do this without have a super long ‘answer’?I have also tried uploading the descriptions as an image, but that is difficult to read properly and doesn’t render well on mobile.

Before sending users to an embedded typeform in my web site, I ask for the user's email address, and then pass that as a hidden variable to typeform, and eventually use it when typeform posts to my web hook.Generally speaking this works fine, but every once in a while someone manages to sneak in an empty email address, which my backend doesn't like.To prevent this, I could check the hidden field in typeform and if it's empty, send people to a Contact Info form where I ask for the email address, or, if the email address was already entered, just send them straight to my real quiz.If I go this route, how do I tell typeform to put the email address collected in that first Contact Info into the hidden email variable? I don't see a way to make that connection.

Hello Community!I am creating a picture choice form and I want people to be able to select 0, 1 or 2 options and for some reason, it makes the users have to choose 1 even though the range is set to allow them to choose no option if they want. Please help, this is supposed to go public in a couple days!Thank you!

I am creating a quiz which has a possible 3 “main” results. But I also want to be able to offer split results if it is ½ and ½ results. For instance, of the 50 questions if 25 are A and 25 are B, then the result would be A-B, not solely A, B, or C. Is there a way to do this? For more details, I am creating an ayurveda quiz for students. The options are Pitta, Vatta, Kapha. But, it is possible to be Pitta-Vatta if you have traits of both. 

Is there a way i can find out if one user has filled out the form more than once? I just want to know if people have been filling out a form more than one time for a company survey

Hi!I have a question I want to delete options from a question to another. Is it posible without doing logic flows..? Example Question 1. what do you like?a) Ab) Bc) C d) D If i a select B Then… Question 1 what do you dislike?a) A c)C d) D  Option B is not an option anymore because it has already been choosen. This would be easy for a few  options with logic flows, but there will be 10 options in that question 1… doing that is impossible. Specially if it is multiple option.  

Hi, I’m planning out rewards for our upcoming surveys and want to find something that’s future proofed. A happy medium that we’ll discover through testing our mailing list and on-site users.The format i’ve used in the past is a competition based reward. A chance to win £100 seems to motivate participation but i haven’t tested this on a huge variety of user bases. If possible, i’d like to entirely avoid paying every participant as it’d become too expensive and complex with always on surveying.So I was hoping i could get advice from all of you on what you’ve found works and doesn’t work in terms of both reward types, amounts/reward values and reward models. Any and all help is very much appreciated!
