Hello, I have noticed an issue when building a quiz mode form. When asnwering a question from desktop, the OK button is proposed to select the answer, the message pop-up, and then the button changes to continue, which make sens for the user. But using a mobile, the OK button doesn’t change to continue, which is confusing for the user. Did anybody notice that before ? Is is a bug ? Thanks for your help Mobile viewDesktop view
It would be really useful to be able to filter the results summary by submission date. Having to export results and decipher through the data is very tedious.
Hello, Can data on Typeform be missing? My response data is dropping form 32 to 18. Can anyone help me with this problem, please? Thank you!
I can add a numeric type question to a Question Group, but when I try to add it to a Multi Question Page, I’m notified that the question type is not supported. Considering that a numeric validation is pretty basic, can some please explain to me why, or whether I’m doing something wrong? All I want is a very simple, single view where respondents can enter the size of their teams in different geographies, where some geos are subsets of others, without having to flip across questions (with validation that their responses are positive numbers). And my survey has a few question sets like this. Am I tripping that this is basic functionality and I might just be missing something?
Hey everyone, As support is hard to drill down for this scenario - figured I’d start here. I’m newly supporting a clients eCommerce store and there is a page with a Type Form on there. However, no one knows the account information for this form. Likely an old agency created this form. The only identifier I can see in the code is the data-tf-livehtml attribute with a code value. How would I enable the company to login to the account that this form is associated to?
So i failed to see my question answered, but i want to create a weighted judging survey. Each question is weight for example Innovation question is worth 20%. The answer doesn't matter. Whether its a 0 or a 5 it is still worth 20% of the total score. So its not each choice/answer is weighted, no the question itself no matter the choice.
Hello everyone. I would like to create 5 different surveys and send 1 to 5 different audiences. Is it possible to compare the results from the different surveys, but not manually? Is there a quick and effective way to do this on Typeform? Thank you,
We have different email addresses set up for different forms, and we’d like respondents to receive emails from the corresponding address when they complete a form. For example: Respondents who complete Form 1 should receive emails from Email 1 Respondents who complete Form 2 should receive emails from Email 2 Currently, it seems that the “Manage From” section only allows adding one separate email address (not tied to a team seat). Could you confirm if there’s a way to add multiple “From” addresses for different forms?
Our typeform doesn’t seem to be populating UTM’s very often. It’s an embedded web form that appears on all pages so i’m guessing the issue is that unless the user is completing the form on the landing page (where the UTM’s are still present in the URL), the UTM’s are “lost”. We store the UTM’s in session storage, so really just looking for a way to pass these through so we can track everything correctly. Anyone else managed this before?
Hi,If i pass a dynamic value through the follow UTM parameters will they appear on the responses in Typeform? An example of a url that ill be using is “example.com/?utm_source=google-ads&utm_campaign={_campaignname}&utm_term={keyword}“ By enabling the UTM parameters on my form will they dynamically populate with the relevant info that is passed through in the url? utm_campaign & utm_term will change depending on each click and where it originates from. Thanks!
Hii have UTMs in all of my links, but when someone makes an application on my typeform, after they get redirected to our call booking landing page the UTMs are being stripped from the URL. This means our call booking calendar form can’t track where the successful applicant came from. im aware that typeform stores the UTM itself (and we have this setting turned on), but how can I ensure that the details are not stripped from the URL when it redirects the user at the end of the form? We have code in Google tag manager that stops URLs being stripped of their UTMs across all other pages (which works), but whenever the embedded typeform is used, it seems to be ignored.Any guidance would be appreciated!
How to identify the respondents of a survey ?
Yesterday, I attempted to reset my typeform account password, and I followed every instruction provided from TypeForm in order to do so. I received an email from TypeForm that I’ve copied/pasted into this post. I have reached out to type form for help more than once, and am unable to get a response to get my password reset or unlock my account. Please help! Hi! First post here :)I’ve created a QUITE complex form (>300 questions, >1000 logic rules). When completing it, I notice the typing speed starts gettin really slow, up to 5 seconds of lag.I really need this form to work (it’s for a client, and Typeform seems to be my only technical option). Is there any way in which I can optimize this forms? All the best, J
Hi!I use Whatsapp to send a typeform link, https://form.typeform.com/to/Abep2RoI#first_name=xxxxx&last_name=xxxxx&email=xxxxx&response_id=xxxxx&user_id=xxxxx, to the users. When user presses the link, it opens in the in-app browser and displays the Typeform, but they get stuck because the call-to-action button is below the fold, and scrolling doesn’t work either. What I expect to see:Screenshot from Typeform preview What I see:
The question text is set to opacity 0.7, so it’s not very legible. How can I change this to opacity 1?See screenshot example: https://share.getcloudapp.com/WnuYbJry
I have a survey with 93 responses so far. I was able to successfully generate a summary report last month when there were 62 responses. Now the summary report is showing as “0 of of __ answered” and “Nobody answered this question yet” on all questions, even though I can see and download responses.
I’ve searched the how-to guides and community, and most of the posts I’ve found are either not relevant or from 1-2 years ago. I’d love direction on how to use Typeform’s analysis tools to craft a strong research story. Note that my final deliverable will be a PPT. I have open-ends I was planning to put into genAI (removing identifying details, of course). What other AI tools are useful for analysis? I want to extra charts efficiently. What is the best process for that? CSV to Excel or PPT charts? Thanks!
Hi all, I wanted to post here to see if anyone has got partial submit points turned on by default and whether this can be turned off? I don’t use this feature at my organisation because of the GDPR ramifications. A respondent might put their details in, partially submit their response, and then their personal data may be collected automatically without consenting fully to this. I usually link to our privacy policy or have a consent statement at the end of the form and not at the start.I’m about to share this update with all the Typeform editors in my organisation but it feels a bit strange to say “this thing is added by default, please delete it every time you make a new form”.Anyone else on a similar page?
Hi,Is there any way I can filter results by hidden field?I populate the hidden field with customer’s company name, and I have multiple customers.in some cases I want to be able to analyse the responses made by a specific company. Thanks!
Rather than asking respondents to share the link to our form on their social media, our ideal form-end action is to build our audience through asking the respondent to follow us on social (linking to our social handles), refer a friend (linking to our refer-a-friend Typeform), and learn more (linking to our blog).Rather than having to create and link to a distinct landing page, it’d be amazing if these actions were possible via the native Typeform form ending. How have folks with similar goals solved for this?
Having multiple fields of Contact Info was a great addition by Typeform. But what about the legal consent?I understand the design of having single questions on each page, and how it increases engagement, so please, if Typeform staff is responding, don’t feed me that. But it makes a lot of sense for those of us asking people to “opt in” and consent to having emails sent, to have some sort of “consent” field in addition to Contact Info. Currently I do it two ways, neither of which are ideal:Ask for consent in a separate question Add a statement to the Contact Info form, that says something to the tone of “By providing your contact information, you consent to receive emails….”What would be IDEAL is having the contact info fields, and below that, a required tickbox that allows them to consent. What’s funny, is Typeform, you use this on your own contact form (see attached screengrab). How did you do it, and why isn’t that an option for users?
Hi,Is it possible to export the form content (questions, choices, logics), not the result, in pdf or Excel ?ThanksDom
I’m currently using typeform for a short survey I’ve created (20 questions, plus the survey respondent leaves their email address) I’ve connected google sheets to typerform for the data to upload, I’m then using zapier to workflow the data through Chat GPT for analysis and then the report will be emailed to the respondent., via google. For some reason Zapier iisnt able to pull the email address even though its in a column on google sheets. Is anyone else having challenges with this and workarounds to help me? Many thanks
