Typeform conversations

Hi,I created a quiz with 3 different endings. Each ending should trigger a checklist (there’s 3 different checklists) that I pretend to send it using Mailchimp. Can someone explain it in detail, please? I’ve seen some posts here, but it isn’t clear for me.Thank you very much in advance, I’m completely lost

Hello,  I’m trying to build a quiz for which I want people to give me a number, and they have 3 tries to do that. I’ve created extra variable (@tries) set to 3 in the beginning, and logic rules so that I remove 1 when the answer given was wrong. Basically, if my answer is 14 : if answer = 14 then @score +1 if answer =14 then go to S1 “corect!” (and then next question) if answer is not 14 then @tries -1 if answer is not 14 then go to S2 “wrong! you get @tries more tries to find out” Then in S2, if @tries >0 then go back to question 1 / else, go to S3 “you loose, correct answer was 14” The problem is that @tries is not decreasing, and I stay blocked at the same question for infinite numbers of tries, unless I find the correct answer .. How can I solve this?  Thanks a lot 

Because the majority of our survey respondents are American Sign Language users, all of our questions are accompanied by text in English/Spanish and videos in ASL.We recently decided to purchase Typeform, as it allows for more answer options, the ability to leave/return to the survey, and a progress bar - all of which are not offered by VideoAsk. However, we still wish to keep VideoAsk so that our respondents can reply to open-ended questions in ASL (via video) should they wish.To embed videos in our Typeforms, we have the option of: embedding YouTube (too many ads), Vimeo (yet another subscription), or VideoAsk. While embedding our VideoAsk videos works in theory, it means that every video (VideoAsk) in every Typeform will have an unnecessary button alongside the Typeform buttons - see screenshot below. This gets unwieldy fast.We would like to hide our answer types (per this VideoAsk “Hidden Feature” link), however, this appears to only be possible when embedding the VideoAsk using HT

I want to ask users if they speak any other language and, if so, at what level. A matrix where they can fill in the answer(s) themselves and then tick the box in Basic, Intermediate, Fluent columns could be useful. Does something like this exist? Is there an alternative? Ideally it should be Salesforce integration friendly.

Is it possible to automatically assign an ongoimng number system for better tracability or do I need to do this by hand in google sheets?   Like:   AT10001 AT10002  AT10003   BR Thomas

Dear Typeform, I am still unclear about how to go about receiving a refund for a cancelled account.  I have already cancelled the account in the appropriate place on line - but there is no way to request a refund or, indeed, communicate directly with anyone at Typeform.  So my request is simple - can anyone provide me with a direct email address or a working telephone number in order to proceed.  Otherwise I shall have to out this in the hands of my solicitors.

I have a multiple choice question and one option is “other”. When the person chooses “other” I want them to be able to elaborate on their response in a text field. Is it possible to do this? Thank you. 

Can I add a "non relevant" or "pass" to a rating question? What if one of the kids says- I don’t want to answer this question, or, it is irelevant to me?And I don’t want it to “ruin” my statistics….Thank you!!!

We have a typeform that is used on our contact us page. During the typeform respondents have an opportunity to schedule an appointment with someone directly if they have been referred to someone specific in our company or they can select nobody. If they select the Nobody option what we would like to do is alternate who gets the lead. Is there an easy way to do this? Is there a way to maybe get the number of times the typeform has been submitted or started and then use that number as a means to determine the person to route this particular form to? Can we pull information from our table of responses and then manipulate that number? Thanks!Eric

Hello there, I have a question regarding the use of Google Sheets in combination with Typeform hidden fields. The Project Management team wants to evaluate projects, that are all listed in a Google Sheet containing information like: Name of the project, description and goals. As there a quiet a lot, I would like to use hidden fields to create links that has the information from specific cells in the url. What I did: I created hidden fields in Typeform.name description goalI published the survey form and the result is: http://company.typeform.com/to/abcde#name=xxxxx&description=xxxxx&goal=xxxxxSo within the “xxxxxx” I want to be placed the info of the following cells: name: d7description: e7goal: f7I tried it with the hyperlink funktion, but I get errors. It would be so great if someone can help me with that.Best regards,Tobias 

I am trying to embed typeform into my angular application using typeform’s Embed SDK.<div data-tf-widget="<form-id>"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>But however, in my use case I need to dynamically pass the form-id which is obtained from the typeform API response to the above div element.I have tried adding data-tf-widget="<form-id>" attribute to the element dynamically. It’s getting added but the form with the specified id is not getting rendered in the UI. Is there are way to achieve this? or Is there any api/method/listener provided by the library, that helps me to re-render the element with the provided form-id? If there is any API available for typeform submission, that would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

In my form, I have a question where respondents select an answer which takes them to a small loop, and then takes them back to the original question in case they want to answer other questions. So they can select A, answer 3 questions for A, and then that takes them back. They can then select B and repeat the process. At the end, they can select P which proceeds with the survey. Later in the survey, I can recall those answers and it recalls them correctly, but when it collates the responses it doesn’t put those answers in, it is as if they never answered those questions. I don’t want respondents having to go through all 15 when maybe only 4 might be relevant so this looping mechanism works really well, but the collation of the answers, those are all blank. My guess is that because you go back and choose a different option, it disregards those answers, which is really annoying and rubbish functionality of Typeform. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be much appreciated.

Hey. I have a problem with biilling to get upgrade my account from free to basic. I am in checkout, and i have typed in my information, and then it dosent go through.  it said: “We are unable to authenticate your payment method, please choose a different payment method and try again.” Thankful for some help.
