Typeform conversations

Hello everyone,I have yet another question and I’m starting to love the community, because I usually get quick answers.I have built a personality test with 20 questions and 16 endings screens, pretty similar to the myers-briggs 16 personality test. In the Results Tab, I can see all the 20 questions, how often people answered which question, and what their answers where. I can also see the scores of each participant for the 4 relevant scores that then link up to the 16 different ending screens. (4x4 =16)Now I have the following question: Is it possible to see how many participants saw which ending screen? This would be quite important to us.I don’t want to have to look at each participants scores and see which combination of scores ended up on which ending screen. I really hope, there is a solution for this. Thanks in advanceDaniel

I am trying to integrate Mailchimp and Typeform. I need to add a hidden field and I’ve watched the video. However, “Advanced” and “Hidden fields” does not show up under logic. Where do I find it?

Hello!I received this feedback from a person who completed our form and I can’t find a reason for it. It’s a multi-step registration form.“I completed the registration. But after the completion, it does not renew the page and my name stays on screen.”I’ve contacted the person for more specific info, that’s what I know now. I’m able to complete the form without any problems, I used this troubleshooting process:I signed out of Typeform and used Safari / Firefox / Chrome browsers on my Mac desktop and also iPhone, filled out the form using different 5 email addresses. Each time I responded with different answers. If I didn't answer, the form prompted me to reply and I had to choose an answer. I submitted the form and each time I got the Thank you end page message. All my efforts are recorded as Submissions on Typeform.Any ideas on this?  Thanks :)

I use WordPress and copy my dev to prd environment, which copies the Typeform id from dev to prd too. But I’d like to have two Typeforms each for dev and prd. Is there some clever way to configure the Typeform to use the desired form id depending on the domain or environment? I’m thinking it could be harder where I’d have to write script code to do this on my page.

I’ve been tracking responses day by day and today I noticed the Submissions number go down from yesterdays.Yesterday, we showed 32 Submissions and today we are only 29 Submissions. And no, we didn’t delete any responses.Why would Submissions go down?Wednesday, December 14 Thursday, December 15 

Hi everybodyI would like to know if there's a solution to help me with a sales process please.I want to give our sales team a simple survey to complete where they will mark off what services the customer wishes to proceed with in their initial meeting.We then send the customer a much more detailed questionnaire asking for more details to progress their order. Ideally, i only show them the relevant sections, so if they don't want website design then I don't ask for information about that. So essentially after a logic flow between surveys.Eg, if customer wants services A,B,E then send next survey hiding sections C & D.I am comfortable with Zapier if that's an option.Cheers, Brendan       

Is it possible to work with the process below using typeform, google sheets, and zapier? Put the response received through typeform into google sheets. Processed date through google sheets function are displayed on the result page of typeform. Or, if it is possible with another tool, It would be very grateful if you could recommend it.Thank you! How can I check respondent’s answers to the ranking questions? My goal is as follows:When a respondant’s answer to a ranking question is wrong, the system will ask him/her to retry. However, when the answer is right, the next question will pop up.How can I achieve this goal using TypeForm?THank you

Im creating a Typeform poll where we will use a likert scale with the option to choose only 1 for each question: 1.     very unlikely2.     unlikely3.     neutral4.     likely5.     very likely After a few questions, the user will end on a result page saying ‘Thank you etc etc’ with a link for them to view what other peoples results are as well from using the form. Is this last step possible to do? 

Hello folks! Yesterday I made Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integrations to my typeform. The main reason was to see events in my GA, I also added some variables and tags from google tag manager in order to have a look on the UTM parameters from my landing page, I mean when user clicks on typeform link on my landing page with the utm parameters, I wanted to still identify campaigns which were driving traffic to typeform. However no I am getting some random numbers in the typeform URL and I think that it is not the right way how it should work. Maybe some of you has ever had situation like this? Can anybody help me? I will attach URL photo.  

I’m having difficult accessing surveys from an old email address which doesn’t seem to work with trying for Forgot Password to recover the information.  My BIG Question:  WHO CAN I CONTACT FOR HELP! I'm desperate to recover my old work.

For security purposes, can you customize the “Error” messaging when an answer is given that is invalid?  For example, to avoid hacking or user registration fraud, we would want a certain range of numbers to be entered to match our AcctID formats.  We set up the question to ask for a current AcctID as part of a registration in a closed environment, but we only want the error message to say “Your Entry is Invalid, Please Try Again”  thus our format remains anonymous and protects us against fraudulent entries so that we don’t waste our time reviewing them in the results and prevents a hacker from going any further in the form.  Right now the Error messaging gives away the answer by saying “You Must Enter a Value between X and Y” and tells the hackers what we are looking for and then allows them to continue the registration process.  Is there a way to avoid this?  

I am using a Typeform connected to my Hubspot account. I want to report of the traffic sources of conversions. In both Hubspot and Google Analytics, the source says ‘Direct’ or Referral. is there a way to overide this/change the settings so I can see the original source of the visitor? Eg. Organic search, paid search, direct, etc.  Many thanks

HelloI’m a bit lost on how to do that, but Ive been connecting my typeform to zapier via a webhook. When testing the connection works well, but zapier is receiving all information : questions and answers, while I would need only specific fields. (answers)Is there somewhere I can set this up directly from typeform or I should look at zapier.. thanks for the helpSalama  

Hello, I created a typeform and embedded it on our website. The embed works perfectly on the desktop but when I go to the mobile site, I press the button to start the quiz and the embed disappears. I have two forms.  One form is for development purposes (version 9, aka v9), the other is for production purposes (version 10, aka v10).  Nowhere in my website is it linking or embedding the dev form.  It’s only loading v10 on production website, v9 is not being loaded or embedded anywhere.  Somehow we’re still seeing people taking and completing v9 while at same time v10 is also being taken and completed.  We’re at a complete loss at how v9 is being used.  Is there some kind of location we can look at to see origin traffic to see referring traffic, see where they’re coming from?I’ve closed v9 form and added a message encouraging people to take v10 instead for now.

Hi there, I’m trying to pass values from cookies into typeform. HiI’m trying to integrate a form with MailChimp but many of my MailChimp fields aren’t showing. It’s only letting me use ‘Signup source, email, first name, last name, business name’. We have a drop down option for ‘area’ but it’s not appearing as one of the options in the integration.Many thanksJames
