Typeform conversations

For security purposes, can you customize the “Error” messaging when an answer is given that is invalid?  For example, to avoid hacking or user registration fraud, we would want a certain range of numbers to be entered to match our AcctID formats.  We set up the question to ask for a current AcctID as part of a registration in a closed environment, but we only want the error message to say “Your Entry is Invalid, Please Try Again”  thus our format remains anonymous and protects us against fraudulent entries so that we don’t waste our time reviewing them in the results and prevents a hacker from going any further in the form.  Right now the Error messaging gives away the answer by saying “You Must Enter a Value between X and Y” and tells the hackers what we are looking for and then allows them to continue the registration process.  Is there a way to avoid this?  

I am using a Typeform connected to my Hubspot account. I want to report of the traffic sources of conversions. In both Hubspot and Google Analytics, the source says ‘Direct’ or Referral. is there a way to overide this/change the settings so I can see the original source of the visitor? Eg. Organic search, paid search, direct, etc.  Many thanks

HelloI’m a bit lost on how to do that, but Ive been connecting my typeform to zapier via a webhook. When testing the connection works well, but zapier is receiving all information : questions and answers, while I would need only specific fields. (answers)Is there somewhere I can set this up directly from typeform or I should look at zapier.. thanks for the helpSalama  

Hello, I created a typeform and embedded it on our website. The embed works perfectly on the desktop but when I go to the mobile site, I press the button to start the quiz and the embed disappears. I’ve played around with the code using suggestions from the FAQ’s with no luck. Any solutions to this?  The URL is https://www.dimeandregal.com/holiday-gift-guides

I have two forms.  One form is for development purposes (version 9, aka v9), the other is for production purposes (version 10, aka v10).  Nowhere in my website is it linking or embedding the dev form.  It’s only loading v10 on production website, v9 is not being loaded or embedded anywhere.  Somehow we’re still seeing people taking and completing v9 while at same time v10 is also being taken and completed.  We’re at a complete loss at how v9 is being used.  Is there some kind of location we can look at to see origin traffic to see referring traffic, see where they’re coming from?I’ve closed v9 form and added a message encouraging people to take v10 instead for now.

Hi there, I’m trying to pass values from cookies into typeform. HiI’m trying to integrate a form with MailChimp but many of my MailChimp fields aren’t showing. It’s only letting me use ‘Signup source, email, first name, last name, business name’. We have a drop down option for ‘area’ but it’s not appearing as one of the options in the integration.Many thanksJames

Hi, I have created a quiz but have given option for participants to either submit email for results or go straight to product recommendation. However as there are multiple email boxes for each product recommendation when I try and map in AC it doesn’t work! I am not sure if incorrectly set up typeform or if at all possible to do this based on answers and recomendations in the quiz - can anyone help?!

Hi, I wanted to know if the answers to the survey can be sent to the person answering, for them to have it for the future. Is there an option in typeform that allows that once the person submits the survey its also sent to their email account? Thanks

In old ui I was able to change “ref” for api. After ui update i can’t find this option in field settings.I have few form linked to 1 my endpoint and i using “ref” to detect fields.How and where I can change “ref” in new  UI ?

Hi on a low-code-html website the Window dosen’t show even when it’s there, can someone help?

I have a questionnaire with one question on it. Under insights-big picture it says there are 25,825 views, 8,339 starts, and 7,220 submissions. When you look at the question by question drop-off it says views is 25,825 (same) however the drop-off is 18744 aka 7,081 non-drop-off/starts. How can the question drop-off be higher then the about of submissions for the questionnaire, 7,220? 

How to create typeform appointment form shareable on Facebook.

There is no change on the site when I enter the card number and press save button on the payment meothod. This card is a master card and the number is also valid. And I'm accessing the site using Google Chrome. Please let me know if there's anything I'm missing or what I need to do to make the payment.

Is it possible to show users a summary of the scores of all other respondents? I have a question based survey and each choice adds a certain value to their score. At the end, I show them their score, but I’d like to be able to show them how everybody else scored so they can compare. 

Hello!I hit my monthly limit of 100 responses—so my typeforms have been set to private.But they told me that I can start collecting responses again on December 9, 2022. Or it’s the day, so I open again my typeform, but they refused the responsed from my customers and now it's a big problem for me to organize my event! It’s really urgent and I need and answer quickly, but I don’t find any contact number… I can just send a e-mail. So do you have a solution please? Thank you for reading.

Hi!I’m trying to add a photo to my typeform that should, in theory, be background-less. However, the checkered background keeps showing.I searched for alternative images with transparent backgrounds, and the same problem keeps arising: the checkered background shows. Can someone please help me problem-solve? Hey guys, I’m trying to set up a form w/ 1 field visible a time w/ the next or submit button to the right of the field so it only shows 1 field at a time...when they enter that field and push next it shows the next field where they can enter their info and push next and so on through a few different fields. I’ve done this before in the past but can’t seem to figure out how to do this? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
