Hi Team, It would be incredible if Typeform could allow users to generate an image dynamically based on form answers, using an AI image generation tool (ChatGPT or similar).This would take interactive forms to the next level.Let me explain our use case:We offer tailored corporate gift boxes. Right now, customers go through a form to select the contents of their box — but they can’t see what their custom gift box looks like until we actually produce it and take a photo.This lack of visual feedback creates friction in the buying journey and likely costs us conversions.If we could offer a real-time AI-generated visual simulation of their custom gift box — based on the product images selected in the form — it would build trust and boost engagement significantly.Any chance this kind of feature or integration might be on your radar?Thanks a lot for your amazing work — and looking forward to your thoughts!

I’d like to send a reminder to quiz takers that got their quiz results in email but haven’t opened the email. Is that possible?

Is it possible, or is there an app that can be connected, that allows the person to leave a voice response to a question.  For example: if I am conducting a interview for a job, and I want to ask the question in type form“tell me about the biggest challenge that you had working on a project and how you overcame it”but I want them to click a button and answer that question, within the type form, but in audio/voice format?

Hi I’m integrating Typeform with Articulate and it seems like Articulate is reading a default tag somewhere on my last page which is a summary of results page (there are no images though). Does Typeform have a default tag and can I delete it? It is an accessibility issue when it get’s into articulate.

Hi - and many TIA for any help or advice. I have embedded a video in my Typeform. When I click move to that screen, the video plays with no sound and the play button is still on the screen with the video playing. I have to click play twice for the sound to work but when I click play the second time the video starts over from the beginning. This is happening on mobile and desktop. On mobile it also displays a ‘Reply’ button, rather than ‘Continue’ during this process. Looking back through historical Typeform community threads I see that somebody had this problem (on mobile only) 2 years ago & it was apparently resolved. But it is affecting me now. Can anybody help?With many thanks, Janet

how can i get the phone number in the contact form included in notifications?

Hi there, I am currently not utilising this software and wish to pause, or if not, cancel my subscription as it’s costly for not using. I have a few queries/issues:I’m not clear on whether cancelling means you can reinstate and access all your previous data or not The help page says to scroll down to see cancellation option, but there is none ‘Contact support’ goes nowhere. See here:  Ideally I’d appreciate pausing for now. Hello,My quiz isn’t displaying correctly on mobile. I’ve tried both selecting “full-screen on mobile” on and off.When full-screen on mobile is enabled, the questions are cut off at the first line.When the toggle of the full-screen on mobile is turned off, the questions are displayed but because the number of selectable answers is quite long users need to scroll down and answers are cut off and you aren’t able to select next to go to the next question.The full-screen has the better user experience, so I would prefer to use that option, but how do I stop the question from getting cut off at the top? Thank you!

Hey everyone — quick question for anyone else running into this:We used to rely on Typeform’s file uploads showing public links like this:https://api.typeform.com/responses/files/{file_id}/filename.jpg These worked perfectly — we could drop those links straight into Pipedrive and view the images without needing to log in or authenticate.But recently, the file URLs Typeform gives us look like this now:https://api.typeform.com/forms/{form_id}/responses/{response_id}/fields/{field_id}/files/{file_id}-filename.jpg And now they require API authentication, so clicking them in our CRM just throws an error.❓ So… Did Typeform change this recently? Is this permanent? Is there any way to get those old-style public file URLs back? Has anyone figured out a workaround that doesn’t involve spinning up custom middleware or rehosting files ourselves? Would love to hear what others are doing — this totally broke our workflow.Appreciate any ideas or info 🙌

I have two forms integrated with a slack channel, most of the responses are coming through to the slack channel, but a few are not as well. I checked to make sure there was no emojis in the responses and the character limit was not reached on the responses that where not sent to the channel. Any idea as to why some of the responses are integrating but not others? Thank you in advance

Hi everyone,We’re a small legal practice in NYC. Typeform is our intake tool for Housing Court petitions, Small Claims filings, and similar matters. Our sticking point is that every submission still has to be re-typed into the official NYC court PDFs, that is slow and prone to errors.I’ve been looking at Instafill.ai, an AI service that says it can read form data and drop it directly into PDF fields. Their legal-document case study claims high accuracy.Has anyone here connected Typeform to this service or any other PDF-filling tool? Which method worked best (Typeform webhook, Zapier, Make)? Our goal is to eliminate copy-paste and get documents back to clients faster. Thank you for any insights.

Ok, I don’t get it. We are now in 2025, everything is custom except one thing, the social media icons at the end of a typeform.THAT IS RIDICULOUS.🤔We’re a dog trainer, we will never ever use linkedin or X (x rocks), we use instagram and facebook.And we don’t want our clients to share the forms, but we do want clients to visit our social media which is also not available?? That sucks!Make this happen Typeform.

How do I make the variable name invisible to the person taking the quiz?

Does anybody know if  / how the address fields can be changed from those currently shown?  Screenshot attached. I want to use UK address fields if poossible. Thanks 😀
