I already connected and set up the integration with infusionsoft but upon checking on infusionsoft. the data entered in typeform is not feeding through infusionsoft?

Hi I am designing a survey to find out the training needs of multiple organisations.Each organisation has recently employed x new staff.  For each new staff member we want to determine their training needs.  I was considering using a dropdown to select number of new employees, then use logic to jump to questions that ask about what training each indivdual requires.  Is there a way I can set up typeform to repeat the same questions based on how many staff the user enters?For example if they enter 2 new staff I can get answers for new employee#1 and new employee#2, if they answer 5, the form automatically repeats the questions 5 times. Is this even possible? Or is there a less complicated method? Thanks!

Is there a way to refund a payment I accepted for a canceled order?

I am trying to upgrade my plan so I can publish my form.. but, when I try to upgrade it just says my upgrade will go live in september… I need it live now so I can publish. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve integrated the TypeForm into Google Sheets and while trying to edit the data, every few minutes I get a pop-up saying “Heads Up! You’re trying to edit part of this sheet that shouldn’t be changed accidentally. Edit anyway?” And I must close the pop-up to continue working. I am the owner of the Sheet and the other Editors are not receiving this message.Does anyone know how I can make this go away? Thank you for your help!

What is the easiest way to connect to different Google Sheets based on the answer to a question? I already know how to connect to a single sheet. But if the answer to a question is A, I want to connect the results to Sheet A, B to B, etc. 

Hi there , I’ve been working on my forms its more like a consultation . A couple of questions are a pictures multiple-choice , however , when a client choose a picture it doesn't show in the result as big as we could know what picture are they choosing . I tried to figure out a way to get the result image bigger but unfortunately the response result comes as an icon . 

Hi, Is there a way to track how many users started the Form, but did not answer any question? Basically, track “Page Views” in the form after the form started using GA. I know there are Page Views available in GA , but since a page view is triggered even with embedded Forms, this information is not really valuable. Thanks in advance,Marcio

Hi,  EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS for all my typeform briefs have suddenly stopped working. Is there a problem. The workspace hasn't changed, and EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS are set up.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Hi allI am brand new to typeform. I really want to sign up and join, the product looks great!!I am here because I am really disappointed  in surveymonkey. Simple reason is I cannot get support out of them. My problem is when I create a survey my recipients say they dont receive it. They say they check spam and junk mail. My question is, the way I need the surveys to work is when I publish, I need to be able to upload my attendees email list from a csv or excel into typeform and email them the survey (quiz). Then I need to be able to see you has completed the survey via there name or email. Also if they contact me and say I haven't received it ,is there a way to resend it individually. I must be able to prove that that person completed the quiz. I would have tested it myself but on the trial it will not allow me to publish, therefore I cannot check how the collect responses work. I also dont wont to pay and then it cant do what I need it to do

Hi,I created a typeform and added the link to an email scheduled to go out this morning. Last night, I went in and added a question to the typeform but didn’t make any changes to the link that had been added to the email because I didn’t think I needed to and it hadn’t gone out yet. My email program is showing that the link to the typeform has been clicked multiple times, yet when I send myself a test of this email, I can see it is linking to the old version of the typeform without the extra question, yet when I open the form in typeform, it is the new version with the extra question… and it is saying that no one has opened or completed the form?! What does this mean, please? Will I not have the ability to access anyone’s responses?

Hello Typeform Community! I’m looking for ideas on how to use Typeform in a creative way for a project I’m getting set to launch. The plan is to have multiple bars and restaurants participate to celebrate the reopening of our city. Customers can check-in to the restaurant to unlock a deal and once you check in to a certain amount you get a free t-shirt.  The form itself is easy - collect the person’s info and have a drop down menu of participating locations. Where it gets tricky is properly organizing people who check in to all the locations and then notifying our team that they’ve hit that threshold.  Any ideas around setup and integrations? Thanks!!  

Hello, Maybe I have a wrong understanding of how hidden field work, but basically what I am trying to do:For a project I want to get the results of a Typeform with a certain ID in my react application and do stuff with that data. for doing that stuff I need two other values which I already know from within the application: the user(name) and the other one is productArea, this is the page where they are at that moment. I thought hidden fields was a good solution for that. So my code for the typeform is:createPopup(formID, { size: 90, open: "load", hidden: { customerID: user, productArea: RMProductArea, }, onSubmit: (data) => { checkResponse(data.responseId); }, });both user as RMProductArea are variables with strings as valuesif I check in postman for the same responseId in the hidden field part, I see:"hidden": {}, Do I have a wrong understanding of hidden fields? is this an issue? am I doing something wrong? can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Can I create a table/chart where people can choose which event to register, the time & date in one question?

I want that if the user choose “Cats” send it to the “Cat audience” of mailchimp and to a link about the Cats.And if the user choose “Dogs” send it to the “Dog audience” of mailchimp and in the final send it to a link about Dogs. is it possible or not?

Hello,  I am creating an employee survey:Five statement using a rating from 1 to 5 in one slide Is there a way to add the feedback to the same slide? Do I have to create a separate slide for the feedback portion for each statement? I’m trying to use the free access for now because we want to test and see how it will work. This survey will be sent on a monthly basis, same statements.Thank you!  Any help is greatly appreciated!

I purchased an Essentials Plan so I could receive1,000 responses. Then I published a time-sensitive Typeform as a poll but it cut off at 100 responses and closed. This is a nightmare because it’s work-related and hundreds of people rely and depend on me - and right now I look stupid. I tried submitting a help request through the Help Center but haven’t heard anything and of course there is no number to call to get quick assistance. Has anyone else had this issue? Anyone have a fix? My plan shows that it’s the Essentials Plan on my account but my Typeforms remain closed.

HelloI want to create a form with different logic jumps and questions which would then give the user an approximate quotation of a price. Is there any way I can pick these values from a google sheet and display it to the user?
