Typeform conversations

I have an audience that could use the same typeform I have already created. Is there a way to share a link with them so they they can simple upload the premade typeform into their own Typeform account simpler to how Canava has share links to be able to share designed that upload right into your account and let you edit them? I would like to know how to do this if it is possible! Thank you!

I have a typeform survey that has stopped working. Everytime I go to the survey it is asking to be published. no matter how many time i publish it it wont stay published. It was working fine until this morning.Any ideas

Hi there,I’ve got a number of similar forms set up in a workspace, and I’d like to know:Is there a way to be notified when a response is submitted to ANY form within a particular Workspace (rather than going into each form separately and setting up notifications? Is there a way to WHICH forms have new responses in a Workspace dashboard at a glance?At first, I thought the ‘Updated’ column showed you when the last submission was, until I realised they were when you last edited the forms yourself 😏Thank you in advance,Chloie

I’m using Intercom and embedding my typeform in an emailIt’s a multi-screen typeform. The email asks users to click the link if they want to participate, and the link takes them to the 3 screen typeform. My users get the email, and when they click through to the typeform survey, they’re seeing that same first screen again. How do I prevent that? This is where a lot of drop-off happens

Hi all,our account was recently upgraded to plus, however whenever I tried to add two endings, the typeform can’t be published because features are missing (there are two errors - one is to upgrade, and the second one is a technical error in the bottom left corner).I created a blank typeform with one question and it published without any issues. When I added two endings, it no longer wants to be published but this feature should be included in our plus plan…

I'm having several problems to publishing my form and installing the Facebook pixel

I'm getting the "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" but it doesn't tell me what feature that is, so I can't rectify it  

I have encountered a situation where the user mistakenly entered the incorrect email address: xxxxx@xxxx.com2.I believe that this error should have been caught by the email field format validation in Typeform. Hey Typeform community,I'm looking to set up a booking form for a local business, specifically a car detailing service. I want the form to allow customers to:Choose a service (e.g., a basic car wash for $100). Select the date they want the service. Enter their phone number, name, and address (since we offer mobile services and go to them). Alternatively, provide a location if the service is at a car wash bay. Complete the payment, all in one seamless form.Is it possible to integrate payments directly into a Typeform like this? If so, what would be the best way to set this up? I am trying to embed a Survey form on my Shopify stores Thank you page and cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I know its possible because there an app called KnoCommerce that does Surveys on that page.  See attachment example  

I see that I can download individual responses in excel but I’d like to download the report in excel, too. All I need is the #of answers and % as it’s a survey we use regularly that has only multiple choice questions. Thank you,Gustavo

Hi allI’ve accidentally deleted my welcome screen. Is there a way to retrieve it or do I have to recreate it?

I have created a survey in my personal typeform account but wasn’t aware that my organization has another account. I have already started to received survey results from the survey in my personal account and need to move the survey to the organization’s account. I have done that but not of the existing results show up.

Hello all. I am not a user of Typeform and doing some experimentation to see whether it will work for my organization’s use case. I was wondering if we can populate the value of a custom variable with the answer to a question. I was wondering if we can then subsequently use the value of a custom variable to determine display logic. That is if the first question is which facility a client is from, can we store that value and use it to determine which subsequent questions are displayed to the end-user? Branching seems like it would get too complicated for our use case as there is a lot of disjunction between which subsets of questions need to be shown to different facilities. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi! We have created an RSVP form for an event and noticed that confirmation emails are being sent to respondent’s spam instead of their inbox. Is there any way to fix this issue besides marking the emails as “Not Spam” when they open them? 

Hi community!I am rather new to Typeform but I’ve been struggling with creating a personality test for the past weeks! I would like to create a test with 10 different personalities, knowing that each person can have multiple personalities.However, it seems like on Typeform you can just use the score logic or the outcome logic. Let’s dive in an example:Question 1 has 10 answers (multiple choice) Question 2 has 16 answers (multiple choice) ….Each answer represents a personality, and each person can have multiple personalities, how can I associate each answer with one personality?  I tried both given logics. The score logic doesn’t work in that case because as said, you can have multiple personalities, and the outcome logic doesn’t work because it’s a multiple choice question. For me it sounds very easy to just associate the first personality with a score l

I’m trying to see if it’s possible to have a form going to a specific email address (for example sales team) while having another form going to another email address (for example customer service)is this possible? can we have forms go to different email addresses?

Is it possible to customize the popup so that it closes by clicking on the grey background / overlay next to the popup? Currently it can only be closed via the X button, but users also like to simply click on the background next to the survey to close it.
