Typeform conversations

Is there a way to prevent field ID’s from changing everytime we duplicate a form? I duplicate a lot of forms and I have like 40 fields in a Zapier Zap I also duplicate. But although its the same fields and nothing has changed, I have to “re-link” all 40 fields in Zapier to the new form because the ID’s changed. The only thing we should update is the duplicated form itself.Is there any solutions or workarounds I can do in either Typeform or Zapier?   

Hi,I have a a free trial with Typeform and created a form, we have decided to move over to the paid version.My issue is my form on the free trial hasn't moved over to the paid account, as my colleague made the purchase. How to create follow up with notification email containing answers?Mail contains link to typeform and I don’t want to authorise additional employees to see anything else but answers? And, it is very important to get inputs from answers asap in order to act further.Thanks,

I tested the survey to see if I would get an automatic email with my results. It worked. I sent the typeform to friends and family. Some got their results and some didn’t. How does this get fixed to where all participants will automatically receive their results upon survey completion ?

Hello!I was wondering if it’s possible to prefill answers? E.g. the survey running will be done twice a year to track progress, and is a multiple choice survey. I was wondering if it was possible to prefill the answers from a persons previous survey so that it’s easy for them to remember what was chosen last time and to then evaluate what their progress has been?I know it’s possible in Google Forms, and was hoping it is also possible here. Thanks!

So i discovered that the native way to setup Typeform with GTM is to use the integration.However, I do not want to use the Integration.Basically, I want to setup Typeform directly in Google Tag Manager.I have checked by there seems to be no way to do this.Have anyone use GTM instead of the integration provided to setup Typeform.Any workaround on this?

Hello there,I am creating a Power Automate flow to retrieve all form responses.There is nothing complicated about it (apparently), but I'm getting this error:{"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication failed"}Does anyone ever get this error?Your help is greatly appreciated 

One of my team entered a test response now it is included in the results. How can I delete that one response? 

We have daily forms/ surveys to be filled out over the course of 5 days. How can logic be setup to show only non-completed forms without advancing through beyond the current day form?  ie: user is on day 2, but has not completed day 1 survey. User should be prompted to first complete the day 1 form, then shown day 2 form. They should not see forms 3,4,5.  ie: user is on day 3, has completed survey for days 1,2,3 but should not see the form for days 4 or 5.

How can I avoid duplicates? 

Hi,I took a basic plan after my response limit got over. I can only see 10 response (+6) in blue color. But can't see the remaining 6. Is there a way i can see those response.  Also I see that when I'm going to my plan and pricing section, I see that my response will be reset on 18th October at 16:37 GMT. If that's the case what is the use of buying of a plan, when it will reset next month?. I need to see the response as of today and don't want to wait for the next month.  Any guidance will be appreciated, I need to see the response immediately. 

Hi,We want to integrate Typeform with Hubspot and transfer our NPS survey answers  custom questions, on this matter I have three questions:To which entities can I integrate the survey data? Over time, can I manage previous survey data collected for analysis?  I saw that scale type of questions are not supported in HubSpot, is there anyother way to transfer the answer for this type of questions?Thanks,Yanay

Hi, I’ve a question regarding my typeform. I’ve set the logic jump so that the button on the last statement (S9) should be to submit the quiz and the user will be directed to Ending Page A when submitting. However sometimes the “Submit” button on that question fades out and doesn’t show the Ending page. I wonder if this is a glitch on Typeform or is it something to do with the settings on the Typeform? Redirect on completion is turned off. And the logic jump is shown in the picture attached.

Hi thereI’m pretty new to creating in Typeform, I’m hoping someone more experienced can help meI have some questions, all to do with the same output - basically I want to create a treasure hunt quiz around an expo hall. My questions are:• Is it possible to create QR codes to link to different questions in a quiz? • Is it possible to have users scan these QR codes in random order and be taken to that section of the quiz… and critically typeform remembers their previous answers for other questions in said quiz• Is it possible to capture a person’s answers to the quiz, without mandating they answer all questions?• Is it possible to make certain questions compulsory like ID number and work email address before being able to submit the quiz answers?  

I've built a Typeform on Webflow and integrated it with ClickUp using Zapier. The issue I'm facing is with multiple choice answers. I want each selected option to be converted into separate tags in ClickUp, but right now they're just coming through as plain text.Has anyone managed to solve this?
