i have upgraded to basic plan and yet i am unable to publish the form 

I need to add a footer banner to a typeform I’m creating but as there is no option to do this, I’ve had to add it to a background image, however it’s cutting off the bottom of the background image depending on the shape/size of the webpage (it appears randomly sometimes when you make the webpage narrower). The background image is the exact dimensions needed for a desktop and is showing perfectly inside the editor, just not when I preview or view the live link.Typeform support has no solution to this so I was wondering if anyone in the community has found a workaround?Thanks

Type form based on work, only need feedback regarding the same field from the audience.

I’ve set up an exit intent survey to fire as a popup on select pages, which all works fine, except the popup opens twice (one over the other). When i close or submit one, the other one becomes visible. I have another feedback side button survey targeting the same pages, and when i disable that the popup appearing twice issue goes away. Is there a way to have both appear on the site without causing this issue?

I’d like to do a public poll and collect responses, then show people the total responses to date, at the end: you chose X and Y. 68% of people also chose X! 24% of people chose Y!Is there a way to do this? Seems like an extremely common use case, to show results at the end (Buzzfeed, tons of others)

I’ve been trying to get in contact with Typeform customer support for the past 24 hours to no avail. Is there a phone number that I can speak to someone? I’m trying to get my issue rectified immediately.

I have an annual subscription and wanted to switch to monthly and then upgrade. I would like to test this before I decide on an annual subscription again.But if I upgrde now, the uprgade will only become active in a year's time. how can I change that?

Hello all!I have to map an answer on Typeform into a Salesforce field using the Salesforce standard connector. I have a question on typeform and i have created a logic where, based on the selection of the customer, a custom variable is set with the field value required in Salesforce.Example: if the customer choose “Abitazione privata”, the custom variable @typeofhome is set with text value “Home”.Looking at the guide https://www.typeform.com/help/a/salesforce-integration-mapping-and-records-4404606710420/#h_01GHVG0RH3BE34FNXHY5FMKT0A, i have to map the custom variable to my Salesforce field, but in the selection on Salesforce i can’t see the custom variable.Can you help me?

Hello, I would like to transfer someone’s account to mine, as they were the owner of our workspace.I tried to change the e-mail on their account, but since I already have an account, the transfer did not work.What can I do to delete her account (I have their logins) and become the owner of the workspace? Thank you  

I am currently experiencing an issue with my Typeform logic settings.Specifically, I have created hidden fields (score_a and score_b) and need to use them for branching and calculations based on user responses. However, when I try to set up the logic for a question, the hidden fields do not appear as selectable options in the logic settings interface.Here is what I have done so far:Created the hidden fields score_a and score_b. Verified that the hidden fields are correctly set up in the form settings. Attempted to configure the logic settings for a specific question to update these hidden fields.   Despite following these steps, I am unable to see the hidden fields in the logic settings dropdown. I have also tried refreshing the page and logging out and back in, but the issue persists. I need to use the hidden fields in the following way:Increment score_a by 1 if a specific option is selected. HI, I need to send a survey to client specific to each of the products that he has purchased from us.Some clients have purchased 1 product while others have purchased upto 9 products.I want to send a single survey form, with each question specific to one product. But the form should be customized based on the number of products purchased by the client. So, is there a way to hide the questions based on the populated hidden fields.For Eg:My typeform will have 9 slides, each slide will have the same question with a unique hidden field. Each of the 9 hidden fields will be populated with unique Product names ( These values will be fetched from CRM.)Scenario 1: Client X has purchased Products A and B. So, he should receive the survey form with only 2 questions mentioning about product A and B respectively. Hi! Is it possible to duplicate an Endings page so that the layout & image remains, and I can just edit the text? I will have a lot of Endings pages and would like to avoid having to format each one if possible. I see the ‘duplicate’ option for questions, but not for Endings. Thanks!

I need to place a Typeform form on a website domain. Currently, this site has its own form, but I want to replace it with one from Typeform.  we use Google Tag Manager to track when someone submits a form and goes to the thank-you page. My question is: when using a Typeform form, which is hosted on a different domain, will Google Tag Manager still be able to track the submissions correctly? This is important because the form will now reside on an external domain, How does this work anyone help?

Hi,since last week, no repsonses are showing on any of our typeform. The Page is just blank. the Typeform works fine and i can see all results on mobile but on desktop pc the responses page just wont show anything.Please help PC, Win 10 latest Version, Chrome, latest Version

Hi,I published my very first Typeform and was excited, to share it with friends. Unfortunately, when I try to open the TF-Link, I geht this message – also on different browsers or devices:  Does anybody know, what the problem is here? Do I need to get a plan first, to publish my TF?BTW, I found several “dead” TFs like this in german language on the web. Thanks so much for your help!  Until a week ago, the responses to a Typeform were downloaded directly. Now I have to go to my mailbox first to download the file. How can this be?

Hey everyone! I just started using Typeform but I have the following doubts. When a user tries to complete the form they have an error in the questions where they need to upload some documents, Do you know why is this happening?   The other thing is that when a user completes a form we can’t see the response and we are sure that they have completed it. Can someone help me with these?Thanks!

 I've been using Typeform on Google Chrome recently, and I've encountered an issue where the responses appear as white blank spaces. This error persists and hasn't been fixed. When I view it on another browser, the responses are visible, but the fonts look strange, as if there is an error. The same font issue occurs when I access it on mobile as well. Do you know when this issue will be resolved?
