Typeform conversations

The response cannot be deleted from the survey results. It was until last week, but when I tried to do it today, the delete button disappeared

Hi,I’ve created a matrix for reporting eating habits and most users will likely select the same option for all conditions (in the example below it’s likely most users will select the “Yes” option for all).Is there a way to add a “select all” option saving the user from having to click on all 6 options?  

If someone is disqualified from my form, how can I prevent them from doing it again and lying to get past the question? 

Hi, We are an educational institute. We are looking to implement something unique, we want to add multiple forms/surveys on the same page, we want each feedback form/survey under student name and rank so they can easily provide the feedback and then that feedback should be displayed on the same page with that student name with other details of the student. We have discussed this with multiple developers but they are not able to provide exactly what we are looking for and also that option seems to be costly, so if there any tool like typeform that can help us make this happen with minimum cost? Page we want help with is https://www.rauias.com/about-raus-ias/our-results/ Need a solution as soon as possible. We are open to talking with developers provided they can help us.

we’re using an Amazon AppFlow to copy across the ‘responses’ from a form to a csv file.it’s working as a proof of concept, in that we manually run the flow, and all response data is saved to the specified S3 bucket in a new, unique folder as a new,unique csv file.obviously this ends up creating more folders and files than we need.I’m interested to see if anyone has a best practice solution that would:trigger the appflow to run when  the form is completed - maybe using a webhook? add the new submission to the one csv file as a new line or that might mean overwrite it I expect, I’m sure someone will know the answer, your suggestions much appreciated! 

I am in the process of trying to fix logic for an existing quiz that contains the following:16 Questions:Q’s #1-15 are all T/F and are assigning varying point values to 3 Main Types (T, A, G) Q#16 has 9 options (3 options per Main Type - T, A, G) to choose from w/ 2 points going to the Main Type - T, A, G.We need the highest point value to determine the result, Type T, A or G. Total points possible for the 3 types are as follows:T = 13 A = 18 G = 12However, tie-breakers need to go to the Type containing the response to Q#16.So, if Type T points = 9 and Type A points = 9, then we need the category of Q#16 (Type T, A or G) to determine the Type. If response to Q#16 falls outside of the two tied variables, then the tie-breaker could be handled by always sending to one Type or the other. If all 3 Types totals are tied,

Hi,If I have an invitation where you can register more than one person, can the sum of participants (not the number of Typeform registrations) be used when I set a response limit? (under Access & Scheduling)I would like my typeform to close once the limit of participants are reached. Would that be possible? 🤷‍♀️

Hello, I wanted to know if there was a way to retrieve the results of a quiz. Let me explain. When the user finishes a quiz, I'd like him to be able to retrieve his results. I know that e-mail works, but is there another way? Thanks in advance!

I’m new here and can find most of the answers I need on my own, but this one has me stumped….I have created a 12 question quiz that sorts into 4 buckets and gives a short instant report for each. Everything cool so far, but I want to offer my calendly consultation screen but I don’t know how to set it up so it shows up after the instant report ending. Anyone know if that is possible, and if not, what would be the workaround.Thanks 

Hi, I’m making a survey and I’d like to find a way to show someone some text if they answer NO to a question, then take them back to the survey. For instance, if a user selects “yes” they would move on to the next question. If they select “no” then they would get a blurb that says something “We’ll be reaching to talk with you.” Then they would move to  a question a little further down on the survey.

Dear typeform community,I hope this message finds you well. I’m posting because I have a small problem. I am currently drafting a quiz for some of my employees on typeform. After each question, they get a small correction, explaining which answer was the right one and why.Problem is, with typeform, you can always go back in the form/ quiz, such as my employees will be able to answer the question, then see the correction and eventually go back to correct their answers. Obviously, this makes the test useless.Do you know if/how it would be possible to block this go-back / go-before function to avoid this problem ?I warmly thank you in advance for your kind answers.Brousse 

Hi!I would like to achieve a flow, where I know who exactly answered the survey. So far, I do not see which contact sent a response even after connecting Slack and HubSpot with Typeform. Could you please adivise?

I have two embedded typeforms. The first captures personal information and the second asks a series of additional questions. When the user submits on the first embedded form, I’d like to pass a hidden field to the other embedded form. How do I do this?

Hi! I’m learning my way with passing hidden fields between Typeforms. My hangup is this: now that I’ve successfully embedded the ‘sending’ form, how do I redirect it to the ‘receiving’ Typeform if I want that to be embedded on a different page within my site?The tutorial for passing hidden fields says to paste the receiving form URL in the sending form’s redirect--but this is a Typeform URL. I need it to be embedded on my site. Is there a way to do this? Thanks!

Hi, I am wanting to share my Typeform quiz by embedding it into my external website customer account login page. The idea is for the customer to complete the survey when they are already logged into their account. Being that theywill have already entered their email address and password to log into their account I would like to avoid asking the customer to reenter their email or name on the Typeform quiz. Is there a way that I can achieve this using the hidden fields?

Hi! I recently changed the end logic of a quiz from outcome to scoring. After I did this, the results from previously completed quizzes’ endings disappeared. Is there any way of recovering these records?
