Hey all-Â Â If I forgot to include a name field or email field in my typeform, is there a way to still see whose email address is connected to my responses. Trying to figure out a way to collect that data without having to resent the quiz and have people respond again.Â
Hi all, I’ve used JotForm up until now and I’m able to download customer responses in s a very nice and readable PDF form, but with TypeForm my only options to download responses is XL sheet and I’m not able to view the data in an organized way. Do any of you know the workaround to download the responses in a PDF format?Â
Hi, I created a form where I asked leads to upload certain images. When finished I dont want to click on every file link to download and view the image. Instead I would like to get a summary file (maybe pdf) with all images and once. Do you know how this is possible (maybe with zapier)?Until now, I did not figured it out myself (even with zapier). Thanks :)
Hello, I need to create a campaign that gives the option to our clients to “know in which phase of our product needs they are” they’ll answer a couple of questions and we’ll giving them in exchange a PDF with their results as a report to their emails. How can I do this?Â
Hi!I work at an Organizational Consulting Firm, and we create Organizational Culture reports, based on a framework that we have developed and on a questionnaire with closed ended questions.I would like to know if your services allow to create an online questionnaire and based on the responses, it can be mapped into our framework (it is a circumplex figure with three colors and three levels). Also, I would like to know if the responses can be collected in a way that you we can create our data base (because we run this questionnaire with different clients, so we want to have our data base in order to be able to normalize results). Are you able to do this? Thanks a lot!LucĂa
I have created a multiple-choice assessment with 6 options that will tell you which job suits you best in cybersecurity. But i am having a hard time scoring the assessment The options areInfastructure Engineer GRC Analyst Cybersecurity Engineer Cloud Engineer SecDevOps Engineer Cybersecurity AnalystCan someone help me with the scoring calculation. each question in the multiple choice has 6 option, in which the user must select one answer per question
Hi, The report feature is great and I love the graphic representations of the responses. However, I can only generate it for all responses ever given, of which I have around 2000 spanning a year. I want to generate a report month by month, without having to delete previous responses. Is this possible?Â
Hi, We run a business where we match people with their ideal personal trainer or online fitness coach. We’re investigating using typeform to improve our usability. One of the forms we would have to use would be for our members who are fitness professionals to tell us about their ideal clients so we can match up the information we receive from the potential clients we generate. Getting them to fill the entire form once is fine, but if something changes such as their specialities, or where they are based, I would like them to be able to only fill out up to where has changed. If I add an option on each question on this survey to allow them to end the survey after they have inputted their information that has changed - will the information on the remaining questions from the first time they filled in the form remain or be deleted?
HelloWe created a survey and filled it with 40+ responses. After that we connected our google accout to automatically create a google sheets file. How can I populate the sheets file with the previous responses?Â
I am using the following embed code:<div data-tf-widget="?????" data-tf-opacity="0" data-tf-hide-headers="" data-tf-inline-on-mobile="" data-tf-iframe-props="title=?????" data-tf-transitive-search-params="url_form" data-tf-disable-scroll="" data-tf-auto-resize="" data-tf-medium="snippet" data-tf-hidden="url_form=window.location.href" style="width:50%;height:500px;">Â </div>Â <script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js">Â </script>However when I import the form responses into Zapier I receive the following:all_responses### Url_form (hidden field) window.location.hrefhidden_url_formwindow.location.hrefidwpj6z377735gyn52nc7ieawwpj6z37z2submitted_at2023-08-18T03:17:14Ztime_to_complete00:00:01form_id???????Note Question Marks have been used to protect my info - is there something I have done wrong here as to why I am not actually getting the page URL back?
Hi Typeform Community,I am planning to embed Typeform into my online platform to collect feedback from the platform users. The users would need to login in order to answer the survey, and we would like to know the answers provided by which users for which questions. Example:User ID Question 1 (Rating) Question 2 (Rating) Question 3 (Single Choice Selection) Question 4 (Open Ended Text) 12345 5 stars 2 stars Option 3: Free Shipping I love this platform because it allows me to receive products from overseas in 3 days! 87951 3 stars 5 stars Option 2: Bundle Deals I find it a bit complicated to navigate around due to information overloading & no proper tutorial.  i understand there is hidden field but not sure if it also works for Mobile App? Because we are also planning to launch mobile app soon so it has to be compatible with all Desktop/PC, Mobile Browser, Mobile App. Thanks in advance!Â
Hello! I have created a typeform that I am looking to send out to my employees, however I would like to score and comment on the responses submitted. Is there a way to do that without downloading to excel?
I’d like to show the ending that is displayed for quiz scores in Salesforce as part of the mapping, am I able to show the variable they receive? or just the score?
Hello, I recently did the Type form/Salesforce integration for our client surveys, The integration worked but some of the answers did not populated correctly so I decided to deactivate and delete the original type form Mapping and old object fields I had created for this integration. I create new fields to start “ fresh” and re did the mapping ( These fields are under the contact object and the results should be able to get pulled in reports with the type form specific fields.) but now, almost none of the survey responses are populated and don't show up in the report. I only see the response id filed for 3 contacts populated and 8 contacts who rated us from 1 to 10. had anyone had something similar happen to them?Â
The same results from my questionnaire are not showing data from any of my respondents. **These questions were required, I’ve allowed pop-ups, and cleared my browser cookies. Not sure what else to do. Help!Â
I have made a typeform for people to buy tickets to an event and I see a massive drop-off rate on the first question of about 60%, in the first question I am just asking for the person to enter their name. Anyone have any idea or suggestions of what could be going on or if there is a way to improve this with typeform?
Hi! New Typeform user here. I’m creating a lead generation multiple choice quiz, and the end user needs to know their score at the end of the quiz. In “Logic,” I filled out and double-checked the “Score Quiz” section. I even filled out the “Branching and Calculations” section to try to force the score to calculate correctly. No luck! The highest possible score a user can receive is 24, but I’ve gotten 25 multiple times during my test previews. Thoughts? Where should I troubleshoot? Thanks in advance!
I’m having issues with information not populating in my Google Sheet. I have some questions set up as Multiple Choice where they have to select “Yes” or “No”. Those yes and no answers aren’t populating on my linked Google Sheet- they come through as blank.I did previously have these questions set up as the “Yes/No” question type, but it populated “TRUE” and “FALSE” onto my google sheet as opposed to “Yes” and “No”, which is what I need.
Hello! :)I'm looking to gather responses from two linked Typeforms into a single Google sheet. Currently, I've managed to merge them into one file, but they remain separated by sheets. What I'm aiming for is to align the answers from the second form alongside the column of responses from the first Typeform.Kindly check the image below - those are the 2 sheets from 2 linked TypeformsÂ
I am using a two-question survey. I am having trouble reconciling the high completion rate (98%) and the high drop off rate. The drop off rate is 25% for the first question then 52% for the second question. I do not understand how the completion rate can be high with such high drop off rates as well. Would someone be able to help explain?
I was using the free version of Typeform and didn't note that it only accepts 10 responses a month. The typeform was shared out at the event and about 36 people filled it in. However, only the first 10 responses were recorded. If I pay for a subscription that allows more responses, will I be able to get the data for the people who submitted after the first 10?
Hi,Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can stop someone from using my Typeform? I have been receiving submissions from someone who is trying to bully me. They are using fake names, email address, and phone numbers.  I am wondering if there is an email verification that I could turn on? So the form will only allow you submit if it is a real email address? Any other suggestions would be very much appreciated. Also if anyone knows how I could track down the IP address that would also be extremely helpful.  Thank you!
Hello đź‘‹Â I’m brand new to Typeform and I’m trying to figure things out before upgrading to a paying plan. My goal is to ask a set of 20 health related questions (Pick answer from 1-5) to every new patient, and then to send them the same form after 6-8weeks of care at the time of their reassessment. I would be sending the form around 50-60 times/month and I want to create a graph at each reassessment to compare their results and show progress. How could I easily automate that?Any idea is welcome! Thank you 🙏Â
Hi,I just built my first Typeform, a research form with grouped yes/no answers and aditionally a text field for name/initials/reference.I created question groups with each its own numeric score and assigned an “adding 1” logic for every yes-answer wthin the question group. Now, what I would like to achieve, is receiving in the results only the sum of the scores of each question group. I don’t want to know the specific answers (due to privacy - sensitive information issue), just the sum of each question group.I found that in the results in my account it is possible to disable/hide the specific questions (but they still are there and accessible). Worse, in the notifications/follow up, I receive all specific answers in the e-mails’ body.Is it possible to (optionally) exclude the specific answers from sending the form, or (if the calculation only happens at sending) at least to exclude the specific answers from entering in the results in both my account and the notification by e-mail?If not
I have run a survey which included a multi-choice question in the form of a Matrix. All respondents were forced to answer it.Each row was a question and the columns are where respondents enter their answer. There were five possible answer options (columns) per question (row). The answers ranged from “Strongly disagree” (option 1) to “Strongly agree” (option 5). The problem is that the middle three options are not labelled. This is intuitive for the respondent as they can see where the midpoint is and know what the non-labelled options mean.  In the Summary tab under Results I can see all these options have been captured and I can see the overall distribution of answers across the five options. But when I come to downloading and analysing the Responses, I can see those who have replied “Strongly disagree” or “Strongly agree”, but I have no way of working out what the remaining options are. In other words, I can’t tell the difference between option 2, 3 and 4.I’ve re-labelled the survey bu
