Your typeform results

I was notified of a new response on my type form. Every question on my typeform is mandatory however, twice recently I have had responses with absolutely no information attached. It gives me a response ID but no information in any of the answers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   

I have 1 survey live on my site, but so far 80% of responses are blank and empty in my Typeform results, I am on the free trial.I’m not sure why they are empty, I have only two responses with substance. Is it possible to fix or stop this, so it doesn’t consume my limits? I feel that purchasing a plan would not be wise if 80% of my responses would be used up by empty messages.Thank you

I logged in today to access to some of the responses on my surveys. But they do not appear on my workspace! I hope they are somewhere otherwise I’ve lost very valuable feedback from my clients.The link to the survey still works. I even submitted a mock response to see if that would make it appear on my workspace and it doesn’t. Is the survey is still able to be completed it must be stored somewhere.Please help me recover my responses :’(This is the link to my feedback survey in case that helps:  

We are on the Professional Plan but each time I create a new form with email notification, I receive the message below. Why am I not allowed to create a notification in Typeform rather than use a 3rd party? Email editing temporarily disabledThe ability to edit email content is temporarily disabled to prevent misuse. i don't see the replies in the email body in the notifications, is there a problem? 

 Typeform does not let me delete my own form.The form contains 1 response Im the workspace admnistratorTried typing the full form name or ctrl c ctrl v… neither works. It doesnt let me click on the "Yes, delete it"

Hey there. We have been using type form for a while now, but with my most recent form I am not receiving email notifications when someone submits. For some reason it will not allow me to edit the form notifications to send me all of the options selected in the form. If someone could hop on a call with me or try and give me feedback here that would be amazing. Thanks!

I recently created a 140+ Q training quiz with lots of complex logic for one of our clients.  I am using Document Studio as an extension for Google Sheets and Google Slides to automate PDF creation and email submissions/responses. I used Google slides to create a PDF, which pulls data fields and values from Google Sheets, and creates a nice PDF that shows the question, the correct answer and user’s answer as well as a certificate of completion.  This was accomplished by creating an additional worksheet/tab within the main worksheet that maps all the fields and values using the ARRAYFORMULA in Google Sheets.HERE’S MY PROBLEM: Document Studio references the mapped fields and values but doesn’t automatically update when the main worksheet updates, resulting in users completing the training quiz and not getting their certificate and results unless I run an manual workflow every time.  This is painful as I have a ton of quizzes and corresponding workflows created in Document Studio. Hi Community!I work for a company that uses Typeform for a multiple choice quiz as a part of an examination. As English is not my first language, sorry for any written mistakes! I have all my questions typed in and have set the logics so every right answer adds 1 point to the score. In some questions they have to choose 1 answer and in others they might have to choose 3. In a ‘choose 3’ setting, they might have 6 answers to choose from, and the 3 right ones will then give 3 points to that question. The participants should not be able to see their score when they finish the test, it’s only me who should be able to see it.As their results come in, I check their score and adds it to an Excel sheet with their other exam results.  My question is: How can I see how many points they are able to have?Right now I have around 27 questions, but a lot of them have multiple selection so they are typically able to get around 40 points total. As of today, I’m manually counting how many points are abl

Our company has a paid account. According to information I found, the email notification was disabled for free accounts. Is this correct? If not, how can I restart the notifications?

Can TypeForm show the data if a user only partially completes the form and leaves before pressing “send”.This tool is available on other platforms which is especially useful for NPS surveys where they have a score then some follow-up questions.Or do we have to do this in stages? (not optimal!)

HelloI’ve been asked to create a TypeForm that will capture a job seeker’s information.  One requirement is to have an ID number generated for each submission.  Is there a way within TypeForm to do this?

I have one form that does not show the form title and any answers filled in by the respondent. Why not? All my other forms have email notifications as well and do show the answers.  

Hello, I had set up a survey  (I have a paid Typeform Basic account) and am able to get the full survey results in an email notification (which I love! Very convenient, and a HUGE time-saver!) A second survey I set up in a second workspace also gave me the full survey results in the notification email. However, I set up a third survey, and the notifications I receive only contain a link to login to view results. This third survey was not put into its own workspace. Is that why the notification sends the link only? Thank you,Holly  

Hello Officer,  I created a typeform and here was an answer on the typeform. But the person who finished the typeform didn’t leaver her contact information. Now I want to get in touch with her. Dear Typeform support team,  In the follow-up section, we create a trigger set to send email to another person who does not have a Typeform account. Unfortunately, third party people, whose email is filled out in “Notify myself / team via email”, cannot view the responses unless they have access to our account. Screenshot 1 displays our follow-up section with trigger set and screenshot 2 provides information about the error as the thrid party tries to access.  Is this Typeform´s technical problem or do we need to create any integrations to be able to use this feature again?  Thank you in advance!

What I want to build:I have, let's say, 5 topics and I want to ask 10 questions for each topic. The answers are rated on a scale of 1-5, which corresponds to points.After 10 questions, a result will be shown: 0-10 points, 20-40 points, 40-50 points. So far, that's easy. But now I want to move on to Topic Nr. 2. What options do I have? It seems like I cannot link to other forms. Is it possible to redirect to another form?In the end, I would like to display the total scores for all 5 topics. Is there any way to do that?Thank you so much!

Hey there!I have a question to which I suspect I know the answer… but I gotta ask anyways.We have a form. The people who are supposed to answer this form might be asked to complete the form multiple times, in different contexts, i.e., a person might respond to the form twice, at more or less the same time, but with completely different answers to the questions in the form. The context can be determined by a hidden variable.A simplified example: Alice is going to answer the form twice. The form has one question. Alice is supposed to answer the question twice - once while at work, and once while at home. Alice has received two links - one link, she’s supposed to click while at work, the other she clicks while at home. Within the link, a hidden variable is used to differentiate the two links/contexts.Alice is at work. She clicks the first link, and opens the form. She fills out the answer, but doesn’t submit the response. Later, at home, she uses the same laptop to click the second link.

I have created a quiz and I have used Quiz logic to add point values to the answers. I have set up three endings based on the user's score.However, I can’t figure out how to provide the users with (a) their answers with their score and (b) the correct answers  Any help?
