Is the BRAND level minutes calculated monthly or annually?

A buddy of mine got the BRAND level, and it shows 2,400 minutes in his profile… Curious if the annual BRAND subscription is for the whole 2,400 and then add on to that, or if it is 200 monthly?

Not getting any value from Videoask

Hi there I’ve been paying for VideoAsk for several months now but I haven’t had the time to really dig into the software. The support I’ve received has been prompt but very unhelpful.  I don’t know how to get value from the software (my main objective is to get paying customers) I would like support to help me achieve this.

videoask add more minutes

Is it possible to add more minutes in fewer increments than 350 min? I.e. adding only 100 min on the brand plan.

Can I retain a video while switching from "free" to "paid" versions on Video ask?

If I receive a testimonial video on the free plan (with video ask branding on it), can I keep this video when I upgrade to the payed plan and just change the branding to my own companies?

App not working

Hi guys, hope you’re well!need urgently support:the Videoask App isn’t opening anymore.I’m using IPhone XR, everything was fine and since 3 days it only shows the start page (white and videoask logo) but doesn’t continue to login.need the app urgently to take my customers calls!!In general I feel all videoask related is lower as usual. looking forward to hearing from you!thanks, Patrick

bankcard or creditcard, either one should be OK

In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated)  by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders??

There’s a lot that can be done to keep your videoask account in order, set up permissions for team members and keep track of video/audio processing minutes, so we’ve compiled a list of top tips to get you started: Name your organization, switch organizations or leave an organization When you create a VideoAsk account you become the owner of the organization. It will automatically be called My organization, if you would like to give it a name or update the name at any time you can do so by going to the Account Org & Settings:  Select Overview: Then set a name for your organization: If you get invited to another person's organization it will appear in the drop down list at the top of your inbox so you can easily switch between organizations any time:  If you would like to leave an organization you will need to be in that organization, go to your Account Org & Settings and select Team. From there you can remove yourself from the team member list by clicking on the trash can. Add t
