Hi, I have created some multiple choice questions for a diversity monitoring survey. What I would like is to give the recipient the choice to put their own answer too? So for example: How would you best describe your sexuality: A B C other - please tell us if you wish. How would i add the: Other - please tell us if you wish after the multiple choice section? Also, some of my questions have a * after them and I cant delete them! Anyone seen this before? Thanks T 

I can only get 6 questions types. There should be many more I assume (including the payment one, which I need). Do I need to activate something or what? Hope you can help.   

I’ve been using Typeform for over a year, using the essentials plan and I am wondering why all of the sudden there is a weird ill-formatted advertisement with the text “video ad for lavender spa days” that shows up as the background on my questionnaire when you click the link. That does not show up in the formatting I have created. This is a new development and seems very odd and now I’m embarrassed to share with my new clients.  

Hello guys, I need to create an “audit” or a “questionnaire” to be answered by potential customers on our webpage.It is a set of 60 questions (which belongs to 6 main pilars), each of them with multiple answers. Each answer has a numeric value associated (algorythm) Finally, when the person finishes the questionnaire, the idea is to show a “report”, showing current situation in each of the 6 pilars, depending on answers given. The idea is to guide customers through a set of questions, and finally show them “where they need to put focus to improve”. (strong and weak areas) Is this possible to make with Typeform?

Hi, I do have a payment modul with Stripe in my Typeform. Is there a testing/ficticious credit card number which I can use only for testing purpose that does not make a real payment? Thanks for helping me! 

I am using the template of choose your own adventure. When you create a picture question it already had a visual button for example “run” and “hide”. I want to replace these two images with my own two images. I can upload one image but it only puts it in the background, next to the picture buttons or on top of them. I want them to be on button as the visual. Where am I going wrong?

Hi, I have created a personality test on my typeform. The test is a mix og opinion scale and ranking scale. Now I want to give the respondents their personality (ending) based on their mean score. The first problem is that I cant give scores to the ranking scale, the second problem is that I have to choose for the opinon scale. Either I use a score logic Or I use outcome quiz and give them endings based on their answer.  The problem with the latter option is that if I do that, then my results wont show response variable score on the excel sheet. And also I dont understand how I can use the score range to give ending answers based on respondents answers. I have searched your websites, And seen the options, but really I cant get my head around it. Thanks!

I want to make sure a participant takes the time to answer certain questions. Is there a way to make people wait a certain amount of time before being able to respond to a question or click to go to the next question?

HiI’m looking for a way to present a list of features (as multiple choice) that the user can select and then ask them to rate each feature they have chosen on a scale.Is there a way to hold an array of answers and loop through each one to allow them to rate it?CheersAndy

Hi,I’m trying to create a form where someone can submit input multiple quantities (hopefully as a percentage or short answer) for multiple choices in a list as a single question. Ideally at the end of the list it would add up the quantities (as a percentage) that were input so that the user could see the total quantity before submission.I’d also like to add a hyperlink to each multiple choice so that the user could see additional information about each multiple choice option. Below is a link to see an example of a hard copy form that I’m trying to replicate in TypeForm. Click here for Link to Form Example ~ Kyle

Hey Everyone !? I don't see it in the option.. but I was wondering if there an option to add a little bottom on some page so users checks click to see " Why this Question" and there we could add more information on why ask that particular question on a popup style display.  Wouldn’t be very useful?  Example :  

Hi,  I’m trying to collect feedback on quality of products. People answering my Typeform may want to report back on quality of more than one products, so I used the logic feature to loop back round like so:Q1 - what product would you like to give feedback on?Q2 - what is quality issue would you like to report?Q3 - score how bad the quality issue is Q4 - would you like to report another quality issue? If the respondent answers “Yes” to Q4, the logic feature is set up to loop them back around to Q1.  However when set up this way, it starts overwriting the original answers to Q1. Is there a way of asking the same questions again without duplicating the questions? (Q1-4 above is a very simplified version of my typeform - to duplicate would be a nightmare!) TIA :) 

Hello, Typeform community, So this is the scenario I'm currently facing. I need to survey 125 people over time. There are 4 surveys total, and the responses from survey #1 have to be transferred to survey #2, and the answers to survey #2 have to be transferred to #3… until I complete the 4 surveys. Each survey is going to be released one week apart from each other, meaning I can't use the option "Redirect to completion" since I don't want them to respond to the following survey just right after they respond to one of my surveys (they have to be a week apart from each other) My question is: is there a way I connect their responses to transfer information between the 4 surveys? or, Do I have to personalize 125 surveys 4 times for this survey dynamic to work?  Thanks!Paula

Hi all, I’m Nana and I am a new user of Tyoeform.I have just purchased the Basic package but, for some reason, I am not able to access the opinion scale question type (as seen in my screenshot).  How do I get this feature as I would have expected it to just appear when adding a new question? I’ve searched the help manuals on Typeform but they refer to “classic builder” which I don’t know what that even isThanks in advance,Nana 

Is there an update on the status of RANKING QUESTIONS?I’m currently on a free account to test if typeform is suitable for our application.the documentation says:“To add a Ranking question to your typeform:1. Click + and select Ranking from the list.”but when I do this, Ranking question does NOT show as an option.Am I missing something? is there an update coming? What is the ETA?Happy to upgrade to a pro account but need to know it will work first.Thanks for you help and input?

 As the title suggest, the layout of my quiz varies greatly between mobile on desktop and actually viewing/using on mobile. I’ve re-done the layouts multiple times, tried bigger images/smaller images, and I’ve even created a new quiz in case it was a bug or something… I’ve attached what it looks like on Desktop and Mobile for comparison for you. Disregrad the colours/designs, two variations of the quiz while attempting to fix the issues Thanks, as always. Hi friends, we’re embedding Typeform in our Intercom flows and trying to get rid of a few screens to make it more user friendly. Had 2 questions in case anyone has experience with these:[1] When a user clicks on “give feedback” in Intercom, they are taken to a Typeform survey within the same Intercom chat. The first screen is a blank white screen with the survey form title “Customer Feedback” on it only (pic 1) -- does anyone know how to get rid of that screen so they just go to the first question? [2] The permanent header says “Please fill this form” which doesn’t read well and looks odd -- does anyone know how to change that? (pic 2) 

I have students divided into groups and want them to answer question A - how many people in your group?Then in the question B - have them fill each group member’s name and contact info.Is this process possible with typeform? Can I have the table change the number of lines provided to match the answer from question A?

Do you have the same issue with typeform? They changed option without any communication!!!Now when my client are click on send, they cannot go back to the main page as previously.If I do not get my initial setup I will quite within 2 month period as:support =0  change the contractI hope they will stop sending email to offer IPAD and consider there customer.Regards, 

Hi, supposing on a survey, if I ask a Yes/No question, and I’d like to give people a specific set of questions if they choose ‘yes’ and a different set of questions if they pick ‘No’. How would I go about doing that? 

Is it possible, after completing one of the typeform, to send an individual code to the email of the person who just answered? So that, afterwards, they insert that same code in another typeform, and so there are not several answers from the same person?

Hi, First time poster, apologies if I stumble or this has been answered previously…Am creating a 25 question quiz, multiple choice. Right now, regardless of what answer the user chooses in the quiz, the selected answer always has a tick next to it (which makes it seem like they got it correct). Is it possible to have an X or Tick based on their answers?? If they get it wrong, show an X on the answer bar/area. If they got it right, keep the tick.The next screen I have has the right answer/description. But I feel the tick on all answers, regardless, on the question page is confusing…Thanks in advance. Lincoln

Hi there!I am creating a short survey.The second question is a yes/no question. If someone selects no, the final submit button comes up (as it should). However, if the user then clicks “enter” then “Yes” is selected and they are incorrectly moved to the next question. Is there any way to fix this so that “Yes” is not selected when a user presses “enter”? Thank you!
