Hi, I’ve created a link that will open an SMS message on someone’s phone and auto-populate with some simple text so that people who take our survey can invite their friends and family to do so. (This was inspired by referral programs that some companies have.)The link is written in the format: sms:?&body=Message%20HereI’ve confirmed that it works when I copy and paste it into my browser. However, when I add that as the “Button link” to the last page of my form, the response reads: “This URL doesn’t look right.” Of course, I recognize that it’s not in the usual absolute URL format (https://www…) but I’m frustrated that Typeform won’t take it since it’s such a cool use case.Suggestions, or workarounds? 

I have set up the q_price variable for customers answers for an estimate on our services, now how do I have the email that will be sent to them say, thanks for completing the form here is your estimate $xx?  Also is there a way to select that for a specific answer it takes 10%, 20%, etc. off the q_price end score?  

Hello community,I'm working on a survey where I have a Multiple Choice question with 6 options, and each option has its own related question group. The initial condition is that users can choose up to 3 of the 6 options, but I need that depending on what they choose, they are redirected to the corresponding question groups.The problem I'm facing is that when setting up conditional logic (Logic Jump), Typeform only redirects to one of the question groups (the first one that matches), instead of taking users to all the groups related to their selections.How can I solve this? Hello,is there any way to remove that new extra slow form animations with each question? Why is it forced and not behind On/Off settings. Same with that new redesing to put Design from right edit bar to small pop-up. Why? We have hundreds of designs what we use as we create many forms and it is so confusing, small and time consuming to look for design what we need. It is a step back. Editing in Pop-up is the worst UI decision right now. It is getting frustrating that you guys focus on stuff thats not really needed, but not the problems that TypeForm have, like grayed Publish button when you edit questions, Reload pop-up with error when you do simple changes in form and etc. which does nto save your edits and your edits are lost.

Hello, is there a way how to format answers labels in Typeform? On mobile, the labels are displayed above the ranking options, which is a strange UI. Thank you

Hi There I have connected to Stripe and I am on the Business Tier of TypeForm Subscription (Can’t even get live support to answer me) so wondering if the community can help. I have built logic to calculate a price. And I am hoping to inject that price into the Stripe Payment amount - the help videos show a logic tab in the payment page setup - but I am not getting that.  Whereas the help / support on Typeform indicate that I should have something that looks like   Can you help me understand why the Design and Logic options are not appearing? Many, thanks in advance. And TypeForm Support - I am looking at you. How can your AI say I am connected with a support agent when I am not!!!!!    

Hi there,I’m trying to do something that feels pretty straightforward, but so far I’ve been struggling. I’d really appreciate any guidance :)I’m trying to set a parameter/answer to a static value in a given form. Example: in the results when the form is submitted, the answer to the “question” language should always be DE for all respondents of this form.I’ve tried to use variables and logic rules to skip questions but it’s all a mess so far tbh :) Thanks a million in advance!!

I’d like to create a multi-choice questionnaire in which the questions appear on the screen and the “respondent” can answer via video only, and then emails it to us (or whatever) - any template solutions available for this, or pointers? I see ​@john.desborough has addressed this multiple times over the years, tagging ​@Liz, and I appreciate that. I was unable to dig up the proper comment on the sticky product dev suggestions post to add my support.Seems this has been requested many times over the years - I find myself needing to have theatre patrons select top 5 from a list of 12 productions, then rank those five 1-5. Having them rank a list of 12 productions seems cumbersome.If anyone has suggestions on a workable solution for this need, I would appreciate it very much. Until then, my support is behind populating rank-able answer choices from previous questions.

Hi,I'm building a process where we guide users through granting us access to different platforms. The goal is to track which platforms users select "No" for and display a summary page at the end, listing the platforms where access is still missing.At each step, we ask:"Have you granted us access to [platform]?"Yes → They proceed to the next platform-related question. No → I want to track this response and summarize it at the end.I've explored concatenating all 'No' responses and storing them in a custom variable, but I’m unsure whether this is possible in Typeform or if there's a more efficient way to dynamically store and display multiple responses.Would URL parameters be a viable approach here? I'm curious to hear if anyone has tackled a similar challenge.

I work as a communication specialist in a public institution in Türkiye. The forms I created in Typeform were very much appreciated. Approximately 5000 people in the institution were very curious about how this magnificent design and smart logic branching was done. Some even claimed that the forms I made were the product of a global advertising company. This is how wonderful and smart an application Typeform is. I want to do the same work this year. But unfortunately, our budget is insufficient. Can Typeform officials provide us with a facility where we can collect 1000 or 500 responses? Since it’s difficult to ask which for different prices in a question (users will always chose the cheapest option), I was thinking to ask the question in that way: The price of 10 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is Too high. Fair. I would not pay for a subscription.And in a different version of the question I would askThe price of 15 EUR for a yearly subscription to Premium is Too high. Fair. I would not pay for a subscription.I would like that these questions are in the same survey and randomly assigned to the audience. Is this possible to send different versions of the same question randomly to the audience and then analyse the answers?Thanks

Hi, Is it possible to extend the character limit for the options in Ranking questions.Currently it caps me at about 200 - 250 letters. Is it possible to extend to 500 words maybe?

Hello, I currently have a Typerform I’m creating that is somewhat of a self-diagnostic. Some of the questions I have set up are multiple choice questions where respondents can choose as many answers as they’d like.  I am trying to set up logic where it will count the number of responses they choose and assign a number to their score.  For example: if 2 answers are selected then add X amount to Score. If 3 answers are selected, add X amount to score, and so on.  I thought I had seen an option in the logic drop downs to calculate this but I am unable to find it anymore. It only provides me with a way to assign a score for a single option chosen. My logic shouldn’t be based around the specific answer chosen, rather, the total number of answers picked.  Is this a logic I’m able to setup? Any help is appreciated.  Thank you

Hi there!I uploaded a template with Czech translations for a form I’m currently working on. Once I hit publish, the special characters in the language are unreadable and show up as <?> on the survey page. Is there a fix for this or anything I’m supposed to be doing differently?Also, with regards to translations - will the alternate language only be visible if the browser is set to that language as a default? Is there no option for the respondent to perhaps toggle the language and select what they want to answer questions in?
