Hello all!I was wondering if there is any way to make the keyboard of a mobile device pop-up automatically when selecting the dropdown in a typeform. It’s a bit unintuitive to click again on the top bar where it says type and people might end up just scrolling through the 100 options in the dropdown.Thanks!

Hi there, I’m trying to create a Survey Evaluation that requires the Advanced logic using the Branching and Calculations. At the end, I’d like the score variable to lead to a specific Ending, in which the Ending will have the users score and interpretation of the score.  For example, a score of 20 from our survey would lead to Ending A, which will tell the user what that score means.Is this possible? I see that it’s possible under simple logic, but I can’t figure out how to do it with Advanced logic function.ThanksCal

Since 20 February 2025 all the background images from my surveys are not being displayed when I view any forms, all background images have disappeared when viewing the form

Hey Typeform Community. Hoping you have a solution to my problem. I’m a loooonnnnggggggg time Typeform user… years and years. So I’m extremely familiar with the UI and how it works. I’ve added 2 or 3 fields to a form, published it, but the new fields are not showing up on the embedded form on my site. I even deleted the first code snippet, and started over with a new embed… still nothing.  For the life of me I can’t figure it out. I’ve created a survey that scores the respondents based on their answers, using a custom variable and branching. While the info is being collected properly, I’d like to use the ending slide to show their aggregate score. How can I insert the variable total slide score to the end so it gives the respondent their score?

Is there a way to use the "Lead" event an event of our choosing instead of "Typeformsubmit" on the FB integration? We don’t want use TypeformSubmit as it shows up in the reports. Sometimes it’s confusing to clients

Hi, so we have 8 different typeforms across a lot of pages on our website.  For example “Book a demo”-typeform. But that typeform is in a couple of places on the site. What I want to see in the results are from which URL the respondent came without creating an own Typeform for this. So if person A fills a “Book a demo”-typeform in page A i want to extract that URL to results.And the URL for Person B who fills out a “Book a demo”-typeform in page B.How can I do that? Best regards,Tomi 

Hi,One of our Admin users can no longer see the options of “Move To” and “Delete” from the dropdown menus in the console.We have tried clearing their cache but the problem still persists. This is on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.Any suggestions?Thanks,Andy

I am working on a Health Care project at Stanford and would like to create a Health Care Form for Patients - with multiple Sections.  We need to gatther the usual Medical Clipboard Data: Basic Contact Information, Insurance Information, Famly and Caregiver Information, General Health Information including Blood Type.  And also we need to collect Disease/Condition Specific Information - with checklists and fill-in the blanks descriptive fields. For patients with multiple Chronic Conditions, like Diabetes + Heart Issues + Parkinsons etc there will be different checklists for each condition.   We need to be able to select which Conditions for which we  present the right form.  We aim to have each of these sections able to be filled out and displayed in Typeforms.  This needs to be done recursively - editing, adding to and updating existing Patient Information.  And we aim to have a Patient’s Typeform display and work in Crbmble - so we can See and Manage a Patient’s progress - without cre

Hi,I’m new here, so thanks in advance for your help!I want to do a survey, as follows: I have 45 questions, each question has two possible answers, and the respondent has to pick one of the two possible answers. Each answer falls into one of six categories.However, when respondents choose an answer, I don't want them to know the category that answer falls into, so I want to assign a category to each of the answers, but have that category be invisible to the respondent. Then, after the respondent has responded to all 45 questions, I want to be able to tally up how many answers fall into each of the six categories, for that respondent. How do I do that in Typeform? And is that capacity available at the Basic level?Thanks!

Notifications were once easy to find and execute.  Now, I can’t find the path even with searching the community.  Where the hell have follow-ups/notifications gone?  This is the most basic thing that I want to do and it is completely obscured to me.  Please make notification/follow-ups an OBVIOUS option somewhere logical an intuitive at the top level of the Typeform design process.  I just wasted 20 minutes searching for them. 

When I do the preview for the typeform below I can see the progress bar, and progress bar is turned on. However when I view the share link, the progress bar is gone? Any thoughts on why? Thanks,Tom https://tom464801.typeform.com/to/AR2ZFkv6

We have callers who call respondents and then record their answers.  We do not want them to answer the form directly.  Can we use typeform with this method?

I wanted to create a typeform for my site. I wanted to create a typeform in wordpress. I am new  and I wanted to know Is typeform compatible with wordpress. 

Hi everyone,I’m trying to build a diagnostic tool with Typeform and I wonder if I’m trying to achieve a bit too much.I have 9 categories I’d like people to assess themselves on and then compare the results with each of the 9 categories. Each of these 9 categories (with 5 questions in each) would then have to be separately scored.As I understand Typeform allows only one score per survey? I am aware of “Redirect on completion” but I’m on a Basic account and just want to make sure it will actually do what I need before I upgrade. I would then need to link 9 separate surveys to each other?However, the key for me would be to then put these 9 scores next to each other (visual data would be nice but text is fine). Ideally instantly for the person to view on the screen or could also be an automated email/PDF option.Has anyone built something like this with Typeform + any other tools? Google Sheets + Zapier + etc ? I’m a bootstrapping startup so have to cheaply hack this together :) Thanks in a

I want to ask: How many children do you have and then provide a slide with that number which asks for both: name and age of the children.Thank you so much for your help!

I want to integrate Stripe into a form but it is no longer listed as an integration and will not allow me to sync my accounts (Stripe to Typeform). Tried to integrate Square as it is listed as an integration but the payment element is only tied to Stripe.

This is different than requiring answers before proceeding. I have a survey that contains questions that will be asked over a period of three days. Using Mentimeter, a facilitator has control of which question is showing up on the screen, which prevents the responder from going on to future questions. Is this feature available in TypeForm? 

The publish button just stopped appearing for me out of the blue. I need to publish changes and it’s impossible. This is ridiculous! I can’t get ahold of someone on the customer support chat either. Infuriating.

We have added 3 extra languages into our typeform. In the instruction video it says that when someone opens the form they should get the option to translate the questions into their chosen language.We have published and tested it, but we don't get the option to translate the questions.We want to share our typeform om Monday, so hopefully someone can give me some quick support on how to solve this. Thanks in advance!

Hello, hopefully someone can help me with my question.. I have created a matrix question, but I want to reorder the way they appear, for example:  The only way I can figure out how to do this is simply deleting / over-writing existing metrics so they appear on the order that I would like them to appear. However, this is time consuming and prone to error. Is there an easy way to drag rows into the desired order? Thank you for your help! Zoe

I need to avoid as much risk as possible of people filling out the information incorrectly.First I made a form where people fill in their information and several details of people who will do the feedback. And for the second fromulario I want to pull information from the first one so that the participants don't have to fill in the information incorrectly. The question is if I can pull this information from the first form to the second one.How can I do that? Can I pull the information from an excel sheet to the second form as pre-filled information for each participant?Thank you for your help! Have a nice day!

I’m trying to build an instant quote form for my window cleaning business. The customer will answer questions about their property to give them an instant online quote using the form. I need my quote to have two separate prices one for a 6 weekly clean and one for a 12 weekly clean. I need the 12 weekly clean price to be 50% more than the 6 weekly price. I’ve put the logic in place to calculate a price for 6 weekly but I’m really struggling with the logic to generate the 12 weekly price. Could anyone please help me make sense of this?Thank you in advance
