Hello everyone!  I need some very important feature for an upcoming survey: I always have four attributes which have to be rated by the respondent according to his personality. For example ambitous (1-4 stars) analytic (1-4 stars) social (1-4 stars) pleasing (1-4 stars) Each score (1-4 stars) shall only given once per group of four attribute). So the respondent should pick the attribute that best and least describes him (no ties). For that, I need all the four ranking questions to be seen at once. Otherwise he/she cannot compare the attributes with one another or may score two with the same rating. Thank you all for you help and a happy weekend you all! Timon

Hello there,  I want to create a personality test which classify one’s personality in a four-coloured spectrum. For that, I always list four adjectives and ask the participant to rank the adjectives from 1-4. (1 = most accurate; 4 = least accurate). Each adjective can be ascribed to one of the four personalities. In the end, each personality (colour) has a specific score.  I.e ambitous (red) 2analytic (blue) 1social (yellow) 4pleasing (green) 3… Total yellow: 40Total blue: 37Tot red: 30Total green 17 Ending: You are a rather “yellow” person but you also have blue characteristics… I always fail when trying to depict the answers all together in a spectrum rather than in a linear result since all combinations of personalities are possible.  I hope someone can help me with my rather complex topic. Thanks a lot!

Hi, is it possible to set up a IF condition based on answers of two questions?Example:1st Question: How often do you exercise per week?2nd Question: Do you consume supplements (e.g. Protein powder, vitamins etc.)?If a survey participant answers “Never” for the 1st question and “No” for the 2nd question the person should directly jump to the end of the survey. How is it possible to set up this kind of logic? Many thanks in advance. 

Hello Typeform Community!I have struggled to understand the set-up flow the questionnaire where certain questions are scored under separate topic. Since the questions answers will also be evaluated in separate categories and divided by the number of questions in the category. To make it clearer I will add the information and background of the questionnaire.The questionnaire I like to set up is Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) where there is 10 questions. Items 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10 make up the Cognitive Reappraisal facet.Items 2, 4, 6, 9 make up the Expressive Suppression facet.Each facet’s scoring is kept separate.The ERQ each item is rated on a 7-point Likert scale from 1 (strongly disagree) to 7 (strongly agree). Cognitive Reappraisal Score: Sum the scores of the 6 reappraisal items and then calculate the average (sum of the 6 items divided by 6).Expressive Suppression Score: Sum the scores of the 4 suppression items and then calculate the average (sum of the 4 items divided by 4)

Hi community, first time poster. I am setting up a nutrition questionnaire, with some answers having multiple choice questions. Each answer will have a addition of a vitamin/ mineral variable (most answers will have a few vitamin and mineral), for example magnesium. Is there a way that I can perform a count of selected variables so that I can average out the selected variables chosen? Thanks in advance.

Hi community,I want to make dozens forms.Most of the forms will have some repeating fields like name, email, etc’ .(about 10-20  fields).I may have few(2-3) “Common SubForm”s (different groups of questions repeating ).From time to time field will be add/ delete/ edit to the repeating so it will better for me to treat those repeating fields in one place and just once.(on specific “Common SubForm”)So, far i didn’t find any solution to this. i thought on linking forms to the “Common SubForm” but i want those fields to be saved together. (I’m planing on sending them using webhook on the submit)

If in Question 1, I have 8 choices, then a respondent needs to choose 4, can I use the 4 chosen answers as a new set of choices for the next question? Example: Choose your top 4 favorite fruits. then on the next question, among the 4 favorites, which is your favorite? (which the respondent would only choose 1)?

We would like to put a legal question at the end, a disclaimer about GDPR that people accept to submit their details, or don’t accept.  We can’t work out how on logic, if they disagree to the consent, we can politely thank them, but then phase them out so no data is collected.Does anyone know how to do this?Thanks in advance!

Hi,We’ve had typeforms set up for about a year and a half now.  One of the very first things I did when configuring our email notifications was change the font that is used in the email.I loathe Times New Roman. It is difficult to read and just looks old.I forced it to Arial with a bit of HTML, and that was working really well up until April 4th.Between April 3rd and April 4th, something changed on Typeform’s end and all my my email notifications are now going out in Times New Roman.  When re-entering that HTML to change the form back to Arial, the code is not recognized and the font is not changed.Why?  I want to control the font used in the email notifications.Typeform is the best feedback tool around, and having it output in Times New Roman makes it less enjoyable to use and feels like it’s stuck back in the 90s.  Additionally, back slashes are being added to lists in Typeform.  Each time I edit the form and save, another slash is added.  This is really annoying and I don’t understa

Hi I’m trying to pass Google Ads gclid parameter as a hidden field from a landing page to a full page embedded typeform. I want to be able to add a whole sentence on the embed pop up of my form so that it disappears together with the text link like image below.We wanted to add this whole copy there: “Need help deciding? Answer 3 questions to help us find the ideal Notary package for you!” but can’t because the button text input makes the whole sentence a hyperlink. I had to add the copy in my CMS and add the button text in between the copy but now when the user submits the quiz, the button text disappears, leaving the whole copy from my CMS page there. It’s not ideal so we want to know how to do this in Typeform. I really hope there is a way. below you can see the Answer 3 questions is now gone but the extra copy stayed:this is how it shows at the beginning before submitting the quiz:  

Hi, Hope everyone is doing well :)I have an existing Typeform and I would like to add some more questions to it.However, I do not want to compromise current responses in the Gsheet. My thought process is that once I add the questions to the form, I would need to then create the new columns in the Gsheet. Then once I publish the from, new entries will be recorded in order. I will have previous data without those columns populated, and new data with those columns populated. (I have the form / file integrated with Zappier) Is this the right process?Many thanks in advance. BR

Hi - In surveymonkey, when you select “add other”, you’re able to change the copy of “other” to something else, while still letting the respondent use the open text box.  My example is that I want to ask the question “is this your first cleanser purchase” with options: YesNo (please input most recent product purchased)  I cannot find out how to do this - can someone help? 

I will do this survey for a event tomorrow that will give a bonus for who answers the questions correctly. But the answers still saved on the quiz and the other would have the answers done. How can i reset the answers? { PS: Using a windows notebook}

Hello, I am trying to create a feedback form for an event and when I choose the multiple choice option, I think it is the right one, I would like to put in the answers only if I liked it, didn't like it, if it was average but this format comes with the answers listed alphabetically, that is, A Bad; B Bad; C Average; D Good; E Very Good. But it doesn't make sense for my questions to have these "letters" before the answer option.I'd like to know if I'm using the correct option or if there's a different one that's more appropriate for this type of question.Thank youPaula Caet

Hi all, I would like to add the option of choosing one from 3 payment plans at the end of the form and each plan will have inclusions and price maybe in 3 columns but not sure how to acheive thisso far i only created a multi option but it looks terrible as i had to do all description above as a text and then just put option A,B or C on the bottomanyone who tried to creatd nice 3 multi option?

Hello! I am struggling with the survey I am creating. I am asking my customers about the different types of furniture they bought from us. To do that, I made multiple questions "slides" with everything detailed, "sofa", "chair",...(the people I will send my survey to will have the option to choose more than one option in order to have more accurate results)…… Following this, I created more "slides" detailing each product by category (same as the "sofa", "chair",... ,above). However, I have trouble every time I try to run my survey; if I select sofa and chair out of the 7 options available, I will automatically skip the options before, but after responding to these two, I will still have to reply to all the rest even if I did not select it, I try to change it by making it mandatory skip it to the next relevant question, however, than I can only reply to one thing I selected out of 2/3 items I selected. I am sorry if this may sound confusing. I appreciate your help,Regards,Juliette
