Build your typeform

Im making a project in school and i have made an review feature with y/n and when i show each field they have filled with @variable name and if he thinks that is ok he types yes and goes to submit if no he goes at the beginning and change the fields he need to. But there is a path in this logic and it separate even if i get the info of the first path when i review and want to take the info of the second one the first one its already written is there any way to reset this values when he choses the no button? Thanks

Hi. We are trying to figure out how to access the ‘Clear All’ link that appears at the bottom of a matrix question. This ONLY appears to the User when they are taking the survey; it does not appear when you are building the question (when you’re building, you see Add Row). We are building a survey is Spanish and need to figure out how to get to Clear All to translate it. Thanks in advance! 

I see this technique used in some templates but i cannot figure out how to replicate it myself. see attached image  

Hi there,After watching Des’s recent workshop on creating custom reports to email, I’ve managed to follow the process using one dynamic field (called “group”) in my template. Now I want to add two additional dynamic fields to my template which I am calling “text_1” and “text_2”.  Only thing is, I’ve got a bit lost around the 29:00 min mark of the workshop.What I want to doPull text_1 and text_2 from a tab in my worksheet called “Text for each group” into the “Report” tab so that it will be included in the Document Studio process and the output template.For example, if group=happy, then display text_1 and text_2 for happy; if group=unhappy, then display text_1 and text_2 for unhappy, and so on.NoteThe text_1 and text_2 fields are not part of the original Typeform.Is this possible?Thank you.

Hello Typeform community,I'm in the process of designing a booking form and need some assistance with best practices.Objective:When someone is booking tickets via the form, they can choose to purchase between 1 to 10 tickets. If they purchase more than one ticket, I would like to capture the full names of all additional ticket holders sequentially. I am aware of using form logic but just checking for a best practice approach.Requirements:1. If a user selects to purchase, say, 5 tickets, the form should prompt them for the names of ticket holders 2 through 5 in sequential open-ended questions.2. Only the full name of the additional ticket holders is needed. No additional details are required.3. No specific validation is required for these names.I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to best set this up in Typeform. First, my customers log in to my website. Then they fill a Typeform to place an order. Since they already have to log in to my site, I would like it if they don’t have to, every time, type out their username in my “enter your username” (typeform) question. Possible?

Cannot adjust mobile images.Everything appears fine on desktop but images get cut off on mobile. No way to adjust. Please fix this ASAP.

This is how it looks And ironically, the form I’m writing on now is how I would like it to look. Why?  Because I want to encourage long answers. Anyway, is it possible?

I want to send customised follow up emails depending on survey respondents’ answers to a specific question, I’ve found a help article that describes exactly what I want to do...but my settings bar doesn’t have “Follow ups” as an option, only “Notifications”. How do I access follow ups? 

I want to dynamically change the videos in the typeform when the user come back - The vieo links are in Google sheet. Can typeform pull the data from the sheets or any other DB for automatic change?

Hi!New to survey/quiz building, but I’m hoping to build a quiz where someone can select multiple options and get served questions based on those options. So for instance: Do you like: Apples Carrots Squash TomatoesIf they select Apples and Carrots, I would like them to be directed to a set of questions on Apples and then a set of questions on Carrots. But right now when I build it, it only sends them to Apples and then the quiz is over.  I know I’m probably missing something, but not sure how to phrase it to find the solution. Thank you!

Hi Everyone,I was wondering if it’s possible.  In a multiple selection form, each selection will have 1 follow up question.  Let’s say if I have 4 choices, ABCD, and I will select only A and B, the succeeding questions will only show follow up questions for A&B and then exit, options for C&D should not be shown anymore.  Is this possible in logic feature?

Hi. I’m trialing VA. Maybe a dumb question… Can you tell me if the following use case is possible with VA? I want to use VA to record and send short 1-to-1 video updates to clients. I’m not really seeking answers - just using VA to send out updates. So the VA sequence/flow would likely just include a single, short video (with Open Ended buttons inviting a response) and then a final thank you message. Since I would be repeating this VA frequently, I would want to use it as a template labeled "Client Update" or whatever. So each time that I want to communicate with a client, I would fire up the Client Update template, shoot a short video, and send it off to each client. Can you confirm that VA can work as described, and is it also possible to use this template as described on my iPhone?? Thank you!- Allen

I’m looking to create a series of questions with 1-5 score answers in the columns.Rows are namedI’d like to be able to duplicate the questionnaire and automatically change the row names by importing.OrCopy just the matrix and paste onto each question page ( so I’d only change the names on the first matrix and paste them into the others.Anyone got any ideas?Thanks in advance

Ok so,I have a multiple choice question which allows for multiple selection. I have tried to cover the logic for all possible combination of selections ( A,B,C , A+B, A+C, B+C e.t.c) I have included a screenshot of the logic below. However when i select multiple selections on the form it only takes me down the path of the first option selected. For example if i click answers A, B and C the form will take me down the route as if i have only selected option A. and not the logic for A, B and C.  Im not sure if im being stupid (very possible) here but would appreciate a resolution as have spent a long time creating the logic.

We have a problem – could you please let us know what is the easiest way to make the following:We are making a registration form and we have a question there: “How many people you wan to register”.If the answer is 2 or more, we need s specific loop cycle where after filling all the information about one person, client would be redirected to a specific field from previous to start filling information for another person. So depending on how many people he choose (2, 3, 4 or more), that many cycles there would be.How can we do that?

I want to add a welcome slide to an application form, (it already exists for others I have done) but when I am looking at question and type, then Welcome Screen isn’t an option.  Any ideas anyone please.I am working from a previous form that I have copied over and that didn’t have a  welcome slide.

I need your help in working out: (1) the logic, and (2) the method, for defining three, mutually-exclusive groups of respondents to my Typeform quiz.My quiz consists of 10 questions, each of which attracts a score that I have already defined in my Typeform.What I want to do is define three groups:the first group is everyone who answers yes to Question A, Question B and Question C AND scores 20+ the second group is everyone who answers no to Question A, Question B and Question C AND scores under 15 the third group is everyone else.Each group should receive a different screen at the end of the quiz, followed by an invitation to enter their email address.How do I achieve this?Thank you in advance for any assistance.
