Hi Everyone,I was wondering if it’s possible.  In a multiple selection form, each selection will have 1 follow up question.  Let’s say if I have 4 choices, ABCD, and I will select only A and B, the succeeding questions will only show follow up questions for A&B and then exit, options for C&D should not be shown anymore.  Is this possible in logic feature?

Hi. I’m trialing VA. Maybe a dumb question… Can you tell me if the following use case is possible with VA? I want to use VA to record and send short 1-to-1 video updates to clients. I’m not really seeking answers - just using VA to send out updates. So the VA sequence/flow would likely just include a single, short video (with Open Ended buttons inviting a response) and then a final thank you message. Since I would be repeating this VA frequently, I would want to use it as a template labeled "Client Update" or whatever. So each time that I want to communicate with a client, I would fire up the Client Update template, shoot a short video, and send it off to each client. Can you confirm that VA can work as described, and is it also possible to use this template as described on my iPhone?? Thank you!- Allen

I’m looking to create a series of questions with 1-5 score answers in the columns.Rows are namedI’d like to be able to duplicate the questionnaire and automatically change the row names by importing.OrCopy just the matrix and paste onto each question page ( so I’d only change the names on the first matrix and paste them into the others.Anyone got any ideas?Thanks in advance

Ok so,I have a multiple choice question which allows for multiple selection. I have tried to cover the logic for all possible combination of selections ( A,B,C , A+B, A+C, B+C e.t.c) I have included a screenshot of the logic below. However when i select multiple selections on the form it only takes me down the path of the first option selected. For example if i click answers A, B and C the form will take me down the route as if i have only selected option A. and not the logic for A, B and C.  Im not sure if im being stupid (very possible) here but would appreciate a resolution as have spent a long time creating the logic.

We have a problem – could you please let us know what is the easiest way to make the following:We are making a registration form and we have a question there: “How many people you wan to register”.If the answer is 2 or more, we need s specific loop cycle where after filling all the information about one person, client would be redirected to a specific field from previous to start filling information for another person. So depending on how many people he choose (2, 3, 4 or more), that many cycles there would be.How can we do that?

I want to add a welcome slide to an application form, (it already exists for others I have done) but when I am looking at question and type, then Welcome Screen isn’t an option.  Any ideas anyone please.I am working from a previous form that I have copied over and that didn’t have a  welcome slide.

Hi everyone. I need your help in working out: (1) the logic, and (2) the method, for defining three, mutually-exclusive groups of respondents to my Typeform quiz.My quiz consists of 10 questions, each of which attracts a score that I have already defined in my Typeform.What I want to do is define three groups:the first group is everyone who answers yes to Question A, Question B and Question C AND scores 20+ the second group is everyone who answers no to Question A, Question B and Question C AND scores under 15 the third group is everyone else.Each group should receive a different screen at the end of the quiz, followed by an invitation to enter their email address.How do I achieve this?Thank you in advance for any assistance.

After working on a new survey for 2+ hours, I realized that the template I’d been using had broken questions down into sections. I no longer needed this organization as all of my questions were now in one section together, so I clicked on the parent section and deleted it. It instantly deleted every question I’d been working on and now the survey is blank. Is there any way to pull up the history of changes so that I don’t have to start from scratch?! Seems like something that people might accidentally do often and hate that I can’t find any sort of option to undo.

Getting an error trying to embed YouTube video. Video is public without copyright restrictions.  I’ve cleared my cache, logged out of Typeform, restarted the browser (Chrome on MacOS). I’ve tried different mobile and desktop layouts. No dice. Error message is attached. 

How can you give an answer to a multiple choice question after it is answered by the user? Can the correct answer be highlighted, or do you create another slide to pop up after the question and before your next question? Can you give total results in the end? You got 3 out of 4 questions correct! 

Hello, I’m new to type form and I’m wanting to create a QR code to be displayed on a poster and business cards that will link to my type form to collect data for leads. Is this possible? Leads will be sampling my product at a studio I am not located at, so I would like them to be able to easily express their interest via a QR code Thanks for your help  

I’m getting a form setup before I upgrade to a paid plan. I was able to upload a background in my earlier work, but I can’t replace it or upload anything new and keep getting the “An error ocurred while processing the media” error. The image is a PNG, tried with JPG and a different image, and tried on different browsers (I’m using Chrome but tested Edge and Firefox). Not sure if this is related to an existing issue, or if it’s on my end.

Hello I am making a test form but i need to confirm that typeform can do it or at least have the tools to make possible the following configurations: a. Suspension Criteria: Configure Typeform to trigger suspension after four consecutive items receive a score of 0 (never).b. Reverse Sequence: Implement a reverse sequence function. If two consecutive items receive a score of 0, the survey should automatically backtrack to the previous item. For example, if the respondent scores 0 points on items 4 and 5, the survey should jump back to item 3.c. Starting Point: Enable the survey to begin based on the age of the respondent.

Hi everyone!I added to the logic 'if/then' rule to move after special IDs to special questionnaire step. All the old IDs work fine, but the newly added IDs go through all the questionnaire.What changes/steps/test can help me avoid this problem?

Several Issues here , my fault I am sure.When sneding a link to a potential applicatant, I would like our branding on the gif generated by system and not the blace share image with TYPEFROM which is there now.  I have seen so many typeforms that are spectacular, our is dead, and needed to know how I coudl get help from a professional agency. I orginally saw the link and it seems to have dissapeared.  Confused about Calendy intergration. Can it be directed to anyone or just the “account Holder”Thanks for your help everyone.

Hello!I have a Typeform workspace which has about 30 forms in it. These forms connect to each other using Endings (Redirect to URL), passing hidden variables along with the URL. I wanted to make several copies of this workspace. Is there is an easy way to do this?Currently the only way I have is to create a new workspace, manually copy each of my 30 forms to the new workspace, and manually edit the Endings on all of them so that those URLs now point to the newly created duplicate copies of the forms that they were originally pointing to. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Best,Balu

Hi, my name is Santiago. I am working with this platform to digitalize a psychometric test (Vineland-3 or Pearson Adaptive Scale) in my native language, which is Spanish, but I am Chilean. I have imported about 355 questions from google forms, and I would like to know a way to create or fill in the alternatives. If it cannot be done in Typeform, I would like to know if there is a way through an application (preferably free) that could accomplish this task. Thanks in advance.

I have x number of people that have to be asigned in a time and place (a hotel) after they complete a survey. How can I add a field in which they can point to another user that completed the form before them and wish to be grouped together. First I need to make aware the first form submitter a reference number. The subsequent people have to point to that number when they submit. The worst thing that can happen if I don’t nail it right - I’m organizing a swingers party without intention :)

Hi folks: Can anyone walk me through how to pass information from one type form to the next?  Specifically, I’d like to create continuity between three forms -- would like the name from form #1 to be confirmed in form #2 (And then #3). I made a hidden field, but don’t know how to connect is to the answer to a particular question, nor how to update the URL to recall info from the first form.  Thanks for any help!
