Build your typeform

I cannot get hold of any help from your website.  I have subscribed and cannot publish my typeform.  It keeps throwing up an error message:“Sorry, something’s wrongWe’re dealing with a technical issue. Try this:Refresh the page. You may lose any changes you just made.  Get support. Send us a screenshot of the error details below if you get in touch.”OR“Unable to publish changes”I have logged out and in.  I have exited the website.  I have tried many times to no avail.  I have a paid subscription.  When I try and leave a message via the bot help “there was an error processing your request, please try again later.” I am wanting a refund for the year’s subscription.  I have doubt I will ever be able to talk to a real person and get this resolved??  Crap product if this is how you handle it.

We need to gather some details about an organisation and then let them submit a list of trainees.ideally the trainee list would be similar to filling in an excel sheet. I’ve attacvhed a screenshot of the existing excel sheet people fill in and return.they would fill in organisational information and then trainee specific informationany starter points appreciated. 

How do you limit the number of responses to the form? I want to cap out the number of people that can sign up. 

 Hi, I'm creating a question asking the respondents how they feel; it's a multiple-choice question. If they choose one of the positive answers, they get a certain statement; if they choose a more negative response, they get a different statement. The logic for these is set up and working well. However, they can answer the question with the "other" option and type their own response. For the logic, I want to direct anything that is typed to be directed to a statement that is general and supportive. However, when I go to do this, the program asks me for "is equal to". How do I fill this out so that anything the respondent types in other goes to my chosen response? I hope I have communicated this correctly. I really appreciate any help you can provide. 

Is it possible to store a hidden field in a statement, so this information from a hidden field can be used later on by recalling it?For example, I have a yes/no question which leads to a different statement depending on the answer. Is it possible to give this answer (which is a statement) a certain name value, so I can use this value later on?Thank you for any adviceDirk

I’m trying to anchor the option of “I don’t know” at the bottom of a question that I’d like to randomize all the other responses for (to test if people are mostly choosing the first few because they’re overwhelmed by all the options). It doesn't seem this functionality is currently available, so as a workaround I wanted to use the “Other” option since that goes last by default and change the text under Messaging settings to I don't know. My question is: Can I make it so the respondent is not prompted to type an answer if they select “Other” or is that non-negotiable? P.s. It’d be really great if this functionality or randomizing while anchoring 1 or 2 responses was in the pipeline! 

Dear Typeform Team,I set up a questionnaire with a logic that if a respondent is English, he will be send to the questions in English and if a respondente is Dutch, he will be send tot the questions in Dutch.The issue occured that I wanted to add the option ‘Other’ for several multiple choice questions. Since you can choose only one language for the questionnaire itself, this option will appear OR in Dutch OR in English. There seems to be no solution to change the language per question/question group.Could you please help me out? Best regards,MIchelle

Why are some question types not available to use in branch logic? For example I would like to ask for a phone number but the response is not required. I want to be able to skip some questions based on the response of the phone number question. The phone number is not available as an option make a rule around.

Hello,I would like to make a multilingual (2 languages) form using 3 forms (one to choose the language and 2 for each language).I don’t want to add pictures (as it is explained here https://www.typeform.com/help/a/create-typeforms-in-multiple-languages-workaround-360058731891/) but I would like to let the user choose between 2 language in the principle of YES/NOT (“Yes” for the first language, “not” for the second one).Then I would like to redirect to each forms depending of the choice. So I'm trying to add two “redirect to URL” but I don’t how to add the logical… (there is an Error, I don’t know why)Thank you for your help! 

Hello. Does anyone know how to map “Picture choice” in Typefrom to Notion? 

Apologies if this question has already been asked but I can’t seem to find the answer I need in current posts.I have created a self assessment style quiz which contains some multiple choice questions with multiple selections required (eg, which 3 of these…...).  I would like to add 1 to the score only if the correct 3 answers are chosen, but it seems the calculator only allows me to add a score if one answer is selected.Here is a screen shot of my question:If the user selects A, C, and E I would like to add one to the score but add zero if they choose any other combination.When I try to add a calculation I can only add a score for each correct answer:Can anyone advise me on how to do this, or suggest a possible work around please?Thanks in advance!

Hi there, I am new to type form. I have just created my score quiz and published. When the client goes to take the quiz the typeform is already showing the correct answer. The black tick in the upper right hand corner is showing the correct choice. How do I switch this off so the client cant see the answer?Thanks

Hello, I know you cannot have drop down options for answers within a matrix but is it possible to have grouped headers so I can have 3 groups with 2-4 column headers each against 6 rows all within the same matrix question? 

Can you create a typeform where two different people enter data into the same form? We are hoping to use typeform for performance reviews. An employee completes the form. Then the supervisor reviews the responses and then adds their comments/information.

Hi. Totally new to Typeform and wondered if the following may be possible? I am am making an order form and would like to show the “customer” how much the price (@score) is at the end AND also how much it would be broken down over 12 equal (monthly) payments.So essentially, at the end of the form, I would like to display the @score and also show that score divided by 12.  For example:Total = 1200 (@cost)Monthly cost = 100 (@cost/12) Thanks in advance

We are wanting to use Typeform for a customer to fill in the correct details of a purchase where the items have arrived damaged. We require the customer to upload photo’s of the damage as proof. We want to give a link to this form on our customer service page in the website.Can we achieve this?
