Hi, I lost my workspace and form. When i connect to my account, its like I never connected before. When I go to my form (published and tested a few times since a few days), i have this message : “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.”. But I did it ! Any idea where it disappeared ? (It was already connected to Notion an my mail with Zapier. It also included a Calendly.)
Hi there, A) I have 100 questions (Likert Scale) across 10 categories. I want to demonstrate, based on people's responses, where a company is performing well and where it is not. For example, conflict management is good, but team collaboration is not - and then I want to provide a recommendation/diagnosis. How can I do that?B) I want to visualize this graphically at the end.
HelloI now create 50 differens quizes, and I’d like to duplicate and change a little, BUT it makes me define the buttons each time. It does’nt duplicate the form with the defined buttons, but it gos to button defolt and I have do define manually all of the 50 forms. Is there a way to duplicate the form WITH the button definitions? Thankxxx L.
Hi there!I am trying to create quiz where the respondents rate statements from 1 to 5 (totally disagree to totally agree). Each statement belongs to a personality trait (36 questions and 9 traits). I want the score selected for each statement to add to the corresponding trait. In the end screen I would like to show the percentage of each trait, i.e. sum of trait score divided by 180.I have created variables for each trait and created calculations saying: “Always add @score to the corresponding @trait”. Then, following the instructions of a tutorial I added the calculations to turn the scores into percentages:Always divide @trait by 180. Always multiply @trait by 100. I have started from scratch but can’t even manage that the sums of the trait scores show on the end screen (without even trying to convert into percentages). Also, ideally I would not want to sum to the final score if the respondent selects 1.I’ve been checking out all tutorials and looked for answers here in the forum, bu
Hi, I am creating a quiz quick will have questions based on three topics. Each topic will be set-up as a question group and has a set of sub question where the individual has to rate themselves using an optional scale for a total of four questions under each question group. What I want the logic to do is apply whichever number they pick from each question to the total score for that question group and then once they have made their way through each question group and sub questions the end to push them to a page reflecting whichever question group they scored lowest by how they rated themselves within the three sections, which the lowest scoring section being the one they need to work on the most. I cant find the logic to do this as it seems to add as a total and cant add in groups and serve the lowest, is there a way of doing this? Thanks!MonetÂ
can i use this https://www.typeform.com/help/a/custom-domains-for-enterprise-plus-accounts-4404606584852/ for embedded forms. A customer has white-listed our domain but not Typeforms so the typeform url is blocked from their account.
Hello! In my typeform, there is a multiple choice question that, depending on which answers are selected, I want to lead to either 1, 2, 3 groups of questions in a row before returning to the central logic path of the survey. Do I need to create a separate logic for each possible set of answers? Here's the question:Q2: Which role/s do you see yourself inhabiting in the TC ecosystem? There are 7 response options, they can choose as many responses as are true for them.I have specific conditional questions for some of the response options, and I want to make sure they see all the questions that are relevant to their responses. Then, all respondents should return to the central line of the logic map (Question #7). Thanks for your helpÂ
The size limit for uploads it is really limiting for us (any picture today has 5MB and the user is not willing to spend time reduzing photo sizes). So I am thinking to create multiple uploading questions. For instance, my process requires uploads of +_ 50MB and multiple pictures. Therefore I am thinking to create 5 different questions for uploading. Is that idea, of having multiples uploading questions, works fine on typeform? Thanks a lot
I have used the template from GoogleDocs to import my multiple choice questions, but need to assign a score to each multiple choice response. Is there a way in which this can be achieved? On the screenshot below, I have 130 multiple choice questions to build, each response from A through to E has a score from 1 through to 5. I cannot find an easy way to import these scores automatically for each question Â
Hi all,I have been creating a quiz on type form over the past few weeks and as of Friday it will no longer save my progress. It keeps saying “not saved” below the quiz (although sometimes will randomly save), when I click the publish button it will continue to say “not saved” or that “someone else is working on my quiz and I’ll lose all my progress” (note that no one else has access to my account, so that’s not true) and then the publish button fades so I can no longer click it. it will normally save the work I do within the first 30 seconds of logging it, but that is all. Any insights??Thanks!
Hi,I am playing around with forms, and experimenting. I will likely need the Business plan. There’s the option for a “Short text”. Imagine that we have three of these - First Name, Last Name and Nickname. How can we have three different placeholders? I know the “Messages” option from the Settings, but what if I want the placeholder to include instruction. It’s native.F.e. on the nickname one “It should not be abusive language”.Thank you. Also, is there a way to make a short text be between two lenghts, f.e. 6 to 60 characters, or only maximum lenght one is avaiable?Happy Wednesday.
I have one typeform that asks for the respondent’s email address at the beginning and again at the end (we did this on purpose). Is there a way to pre-populate the email address they used at the beginning to the question at the end, so they don’t have to type it again?
Is it possible to prepopulate fields? I looked into hidden fields but it seems to me you can only use them in the descriptions.Â
I am conducting a very large survey on physician burnout. Is there a way for respondents to dictate their response to an open ended question as well as type it if they choose? I have access to high volume voice to text translation but want to make it as easy for the respondents as possibleThanksDr Scott CampbellEmergency medicineSanf Francisco
Hi,I am wondering what our customer see when we hit the response limitation, can they continue to submit(but we cannot see result)? or are they not allowed even to submit when the form reached limitation? We are currently just on trial so considering use Essential plan first, which has response limit 1000/month. If I could know what our customer actually see when the form hits limit, it helps to improve our customers’ experience. Thank you.
Even if I turn on the toggle the Quotation Marks is not appearing.I also checked if my “answer” color was not the same as the background. It works on all the form except this oneHow do I fix this.Â
Hello, is it possible to add 5 type boxes under one question? My question prompts responders to list 5 words that come to mind when they think of X. I can add one short/long text box however it would be easier for responders and for me to collate answers if there were an option to have multiple free typing text boxes. Thanks for your help
Hello:I own two Typeform accounts. How can I copy a survey template in one account and paste it (or transfer it) to the other account? I would rather not re-create the survey in the other account.Thank you.
Hello,  We would like to add an audio option within our research survey. We’re interested in using in two formats:Using our (pre-recorded) voices to take our participants through a brief exercise. And also to aid those who may have sight problems. Allowing our participants to respond freely with their voices instead of typing a response in the short or long format options. How can we go about doing either (ideally both) of these, embedded within our (Essentials) Typeform? Thank you for your help! Silke & Nigel
Hi everyone. I’m looking for a poll/survey template that I would as a pop quiz-like interface. Ask a question and after someone answers, they are shown the correct answer and how everyone else voted. Any idea how to set this up would be appreciated
Hi Type Form,We are excited about the features and possibilities of TypeForm and would like to use the service for a client. However, the corporate design specifications of our client are very strict, so that the design of buttons and the choice of fonts could be a criterion against TypeForm. Is it really not possible to include a custom - minimal - CSS? Not even with an individual business super account?I would be very happy about a positive answer.Regards,Anja
What is the maximum number of questions one form allows?
Hope this issue hasn't been covered but I was unable to find the answer.I have logic set up to only answer question groups if they are selected, however after answering the first question in a given question group it does not bring you to the second, but rather the next step in the other previously selected options.ie.What health concerns would you like to address?Gut healthBone HealthEnergyIf I select Gut health and Energy I am taken to those question groups. However, once there after the first question about Gut Health I am taken to the first question about Energy. Thanks in advance!  Â
Hi - our last question for the survey is the person’s contact information, such as first name, last name, phone and email. However, the ORDER is set toFirst NameLast NamePhoneEmail… is there a way to CHANGE the order? And have Email as the FIRST contact information that needs to be filled, then first name, last name, phone? Thank you
Good morning everyone.I’m currently trialling building an order form in Typeform for our online customers and have been asked if I can add a summary feature either as a sidebar style feature or at the end before submitting the order. Ideally the former because our customers can place orders with multiple line items and if they get interrupted by a phone call during an order, being able to know which items you’ve already added to the order would be useful. Is this something that’s achievable with Typeform?
