I need to have a space on my hidden field for name. How do i do it? i.e. the name should be Mary Lynn and not MaryLynn. We aren’t using any CRM integration tool and will be manually creating the link below using a name listhttps://comoclub.typeform.com/interests#name=MaryLynn&user_id=00010003

Looking for help - I want to create a multiple choice question with a yes/ no response but add….. if you answered no please provide more detail.  Is this possible?I know I can create the logic jumps but on my package there are only 3 permitted and I need more.  Additionally, I’d prefer to utilise my original plan on question format.Thanks in advance!

Hey Everyone, I am stuck and would like to have your help.  I would like to add hidden field which can give opportunity to my team to set value (cost of service).This value should be used in the form using “Score” instead of my Hidden Field as I would like to be able to adapt the value from the answers of our clients. Why should I want to do that : For example, if our cost of service is 1000 we will set up a link with 1000 as value, the client can pay with card and to total cost would be now 1003. For doing this we multiply @score (or @price) per 1.03.The problem is I should be able to transform original hidden field set up at 1000 into score, first, and then to be able to multiply. The only way I see looks like a nightmare and would be at starting of the form logic, by doing hidden field value : 10 = @score 10  Hidden field value 11 = @score 11    

Can someone walk me through how to create this logic in Typeform:If answer to question #2 is P, then ask questions #3 - #50 only, then go to end of surveyIf answer to question #2 is NOT P, then ask all questions (ie. #3 - #58), then go to end of survey.Is this possible?? 

Dear CommunityIf the correspondents choose for example option A, B & C - then i would like them to receive all the followup questions for the choices they've made. Right now, when correspondents choose multiple options which all have different follow up questions, they only receive one followup question, which was the first choice they’ve made. Hi there,I am creating an inquiry form for a jewellery services website. There are obviously multiple services that can be done for one item or the customer could have multiple items that have different issues. How do I create a feature which allows the customer to go back and do the quiz again without overwriting previous data? For example, person A has a ring and follows the form step by step to refine the service, let's say it’s ring resizing and then uploads an image.Q’s‘What service would you like today?’ → ‘What ring service would you like?’ → ‘What size are you?’ etc.A’sPicks ring service → picks ring size → picks size xThey want to then add another service on this ring, for instance, polishing. They want to go back and add more services for one item. Additionally, they have a watch, which needs fixing and want to start the quiz again to add their watch issue. i am a developer i wan to create a registration form where people can register with all their informations and at the end the make a payment using mtn or orange mobile money ,card and bank.after which a recip is being generated containing all thei information showing also that they have done payment which at the end a secure code will be generated for each person that register as well. provide me with step by step guide on how i can go about building such type of registration form .

I want the customer only choose one row so i avoid or didnt marked multiple selections form on the typeform. This means the form use radio buttons not square buttons. But when I test the form and i select only one option it inmediately says “Ups you only hast to choose on” and it wont me move forward, i press clear all and choose only one, and it is teh same result: “Ups” but I already choosed one. This isnt working at all.Please help. My matrix questions has 4 rows and 1 column.

I’m building a booking form for a photographer, and she’d like her clients to be able to give her a few dates that could work for them to do the shoot. I’m having trouble figuring out how to do this with one question - the “date” question takes a whole page, and it’s already a long enough form that I don’t want to make the users enter (for example) 3 dates over three separate pages. It would be ideal if I could ask “What are some dates that could work for you?” and the user could submit up to three potential dates as the answer to that one question. I suppose I could do a text response, but I like to avoid those as much as possible so that we get fewer unhelpful/junk responses. Any suggestions?

I am using the Follow-Ups feature to send an email to the user after completing the form and for several of my type forms I often get broken images appearing in the email.I am using very simple html code to insert a logo image (see below), yet it arrives broken. Looking at the raw source / headers I can see the code is a mess and often split up - is this something type form is doing?<img src="https://crediteureka.com/logo.gif" width="300" />

Apologies if this was answered somewhere - I tried looking through community posts but many of the use cases seem very specific and/or more complex.I am trying to see if Typeform is capable of weight-based outcomes (as opposed to the score range).For the sake of simplicity, let’s say we are doing a quiz to find out what is your spirit animal: Cat, Dog, Mouse, Owl. Each of those spirit animals would be a variable that accumulates points based on answers (only by increments of 1). There would be a series of 10 multiple-choice questions and a specific selection adds weight (+1) to the specific spirit animal (i.e. favorite food “seafood” would add +1 to “cat”, while “steak” would add +1 to “dog”). After user goes through the 10 questions, they would be shown which spirit animal they are based on the variable that has the highest score accumulated. Ideally the “winning” spirit animal would also be assigned to a variable that then could be used for mapping properties through one of the many

My last question of the my form is do you take “Are you currently taking any of the following medications?”. If the user selects two or more, I would like them to go to a specific ending. This the logic that I have created for the question.  I have choices from A to Z. So my thought was if the user Chooses A and B or C or D Or E, etc. it would just to my specific ending. I can get it to work A & B and B & A. When I try to get to Z, that’s when it fails and If I just select one option it sends me to the non desired ending page. Any help would be amazing

When I go to my form (published and tested a few times since a few days), i have this message : “Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so.”. HelloI now create 50 differens quizes, and I’d like to duplicate and change a little, BUT it makes me define the buttons each time. It does’nt duplicate the form with the defined buttons, but it gos to button defolt and I have do define manually all of the 50 forms. Is there a way to duplicate the form WITH the button definitions? Thankxxx L.

Hi there!I am trying to create quiz where the respondents rate statements from 1 to 5 (totally disagree to totally agree). Each statement belongs to a personality trait (36 questions and 9 traits). I want the score selected for each statement to add to the corresponding trait. In the end screen I would like to show the percentage of each trait, i.e. sum of trait score divided by 180.I have created variables for each trait and created calculations saying: “Always add @score to the corresponding @trait”. Then, following the instructions of a tutorial I added the calculations to turn the scores into percentages:Always divide @trait by 180. Always multiply @trait by 100. I have started from scratch but can’t even manage that the sums of the trait scores show on the end screen (without even trying to convert into percentages). Also, ideally I would not want to sum to the final score if the respondent selects 1.I’ve been checking out all tutorials and looked for answers here in the forum, bu
