Build your typeform

Hello all, I'veI've created a Typeform that asks users to input project budgets to generate a quote based on that input. These budget inputs and generated sections may contain a significant number of digits. Looking at these numbers without commas can be very confusing (especially if there are a series of 0s0s).Can I add commas every three digits to a number question input and a currency symbol? The same goes for a calculated variable (although I know I can manually add a $ sign before the variable).You can check out the Typeform here if this is unclear:

Can I change the size of the type on any page? The type on my ending pages are too big. I want to reduce the sub-title and increase the size of the button.

Hi,We recently sent out a series of surveys in a email campaign. However, we added a few questions to each survey thus we need to re-publish so it will update the “live” version.Once I republish with the new questions added, will this break the original URL (i.e will it generate completely new URL)? 

Hello,  I’m trying to build a quiz for which I want people to give me a number, and they have 3 tries to do that. I’ve created extra variable (@tries) set to 3 in the beginning, and logic rules so that I remove 1 when the answer given was wrong. Basically, if my answer is 14 : if answer = 14 then @score +1 if answer =14 then go to S1 “corect!” (and then next question) if answer is not 14 then @tries -1 if answer is not 14 then go to S2 “wrong! you get @tries more tries to find out” Then in S2, if @tries >0 then go back to question 1 / else, go to S3 “you loose, correct answer was 14” The problem is that @tries is not decreasing, and I stay blocked at the same question for infinite numbers of tries, unless I find the correct answer .. How can I solve this?  Thanks a lot 

Because the majority of our survey respondents are American Sign Language users, all of our questions are accompanied by text in English/Spanish and videos in ASL.We recently decided to purchase Typeform, as it allows for more answer options, the ability to leave/return to the survey, and a progress bar - all of which are not offered by VideoAsk. However, we still wish to keep VideoAsk so that our respondents can reply to open-ended questions in ASL (via video) should they wish.To embed videos in our Typeforms, we have the option of: embedding YouTube (too many ads), Vimeo (yet another subscription), or VideoAsk. While embedding our VideoAsk videos works in theory, it means that every video (VideoAsk) in every Typeform will have an unnecessary button alongside the Typeform buttons - see screenshot below. This gets unwieldy fast.We would like to hide our answer types (per this VideoAsk “Hidden Feature” link), however, this appears to only be possible when embedding the VideoAsk using HT

I want to ask users if they speak any other language and, if so, at what level. A matrix where they can fill in the answer(s) themselves and then tick the box in Basic, Intermediate, Fluent columns could be useful. Does something like this exist? Is there an alternative? Ideally it should be Salesforce integration friendly.

Is it possible to automatically assign an ongoimng number system for better tracability or do I need to do this by hand in google sheets?   Like:   AT10001 AT10002  AT10003   BR Thomas

I have a multiple choice question and one option is “other”. When the person chooses “other” I want them to be able to elaborate on their response in a text field. Is it possible to do this? Thank you. 

Can I add a "non relevant" or "pass" to a rating question? What if one of the kids says- I don’t want to answer this question, or, it is irelevant to me?And I don’t want it to “ruin” my statistics….Thank you!!!

We have a typeform that is used on our contact us page. During the typeform respondents have an opportunity to schedule an appointment with someone directly if they have been referred to someone specific in our company or they can select nobody. If they select the Nobody option what we would like to do is alternate who gets the lead. Is there an easy way to do this? Is there a way to maybe get the number of times the typeform has been submitted or started and then use that number as a means to determine the person to route this particular form to? Can we pull information from our table of responses and then manipulate that number? Thanks!Eric

 Can I make a permanent link for a hidden field, so I do not have to type it every time?

Hi, the auto transcript is not that great in french and I need to do a lot of transcript touch up. I would like to simply upload an SRT file, but it seems that it’s not possible. Am I missing something here?

In my form, I have a question where respondents select an answer which takes them to a small loop, and then takes them back to the original question in case they want to answer other questions. So they can select A, answer 3 questions for A, and then that takes them back. They can then select B and repeat the process. At the end, they can select P which proceeds with the survey. Later in the survey, I can recall those answers and it recalls them correctly, but when it collates the responses it doesn’t put those answers in, it is as if they never answered those questions. I don’t want respondents having to go through all 15 when maybe only 4 might be relevant so this looping mechanism works really well, but the collation of the answers, those are all blank. My guess is that because you go back and choose a different option, it disregards those answers, which is really annoying and rubbish functionality of Typeform. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be much appreciated.

Hi ! I have a question regarding the endings and the mutiple choices questions. In my typeform questionnaire, I used 3 multiple choice questions that lead me to different answers. To arrive at this answer, I checked several answers. Is it necessary for the client to check all the answers to arrive at the right answer, or is one or two sufficient?  Many thanks for your help,Jeanne

We have 3 emails and only 2 actually get the notifications without an issue. 1 receives them for a while and then suddenly, nothing. The address is still included on the notification section of typeform but nothing comes in. One tech last year suggested it was being blocked. He fixed something on their end and it worked for a while. Now it’s acting up again. Any suggestions? 

I would like to use Typeform to share training content with my teams.For this in intend to share videos followed by questions. (Figure this is possible),But I would also like to add some optional downloadable content to each video. How can this be done??

Thanks in advance!I have a three question quiz (it is essentially a tool to calculate a quote based on different options selected), that depending on the answer of each question, results in giving a different ending (which is a dollar value quote). Each question of the quiz is select one from a multiple choice question. Hello there community!  I am creating a lead generation campaign. For the qualified leads, I would like for them to be able to book a Calendly invite, for those who are not qualified I would like for them to get a ‘’Thank you for your Time’’ message & not be able to book a time in our time Calendly. I don't want all participants to be able to book a meeting with me only those who qualify for our services. It looks like I can do this using the logic feature based on answers however, I can't seem to find out how to use the Calendly invite in the ‘’endings’’ portion as opposed to It being a part of the questions. 

Hello! I am using Typeform as an application to capture lead information and determine if they are a fit for my coaching program.  I need to curate only the best leads and not allow unqualified leads the opportunity to book a call.  So far I’ve been allowing anyone to book a call which causes issues with me having to cancel on them which creates a negative experience and requires me to physically cancel. We have Calendly embedded on the last page/question of Typeform.  What I’d like to do is after the 1st question, if they have answered “no” then they are not qualified and I want to redirect them to a low ticket offer and not allow them to complete the typeform application.  Is there a way to do that with logic?

Hello, I would like to create a quizz that tells you what is your compatibility with your crush according to your astrologic sign. I have 6 answers possible, and depending your sign and your crush’s one, you will get a spécifique answer.For example you will get answer 1 if :If you are airies, and your crush is taurus, or geminiIf you are libra and your crush is lionetc… Do you know how to create such “logic” answers  ? Thanks,Claire
