I have a multiple choice question and one option is “other”. When the person chooses “other” I want them to be able to elaborate on their response in a text field. Is it possible to do this? Thank you.
Can I add a "non relevant" or "pass" to a rating question? What if one of the kids says- I don’t want to answer this question, or, it is irelevant to me?And I don’t want it to “ruin” my statistics….Thank you!!!
We have a typeform that is used on our contact us page. During the typeform respondents have an opportunity to schedule an appointment with someone directly if they have been referred to someone specific in our company or they can select nobody. If they select the Nobody option what we would like to do is alternate who gets the lead. Is there an easy way to do this? Is there a way to maybe get the number of times the typeform has been submitted or started and then use that number as a means to determine the person to route this particular form to? Can we pull information from our table of responses and then manipulate that number? Thanks!Eric
Can I make a permanent link for a hidden field, so I do not have to type it every time?
Typeform Link: https://qlmarketing.typeform.com/to/HSGD6sNUFor the above typeform link, I need to hide questions 9 & 10 from respondents. I don’t want to delete those questions b/c I don’t want to lose previous response data. Is this an option?
Hi, the auto transcript is not that great in french and I need to do a lot of transcript touch up. I would like to simply upload an SRT file, but it seems that it’s not possible. Am I missing something here?
Is there an option to allow free typing in the drop down autocomplete menu? - In Jotform it is possibile. Thank you
Hi,I know we can add “Other” option to enter extra details but is it possible to add that text box to each choices in the multiple choice type question. Thanks,
In my form, I have a question where respondents select an answer which takes them to a small loop, and then takes them back to the original question in case they want to answer other questions. So they can select A, answer 3 questions for A, and then that takes them back. They can then select B and repeat the process. At the end, they can select P which proceeds with the survey. Later in the survey, I can recall those answers and it recalls them correctly, but when it collates the responses it doesn’t put those answers in, it is as if they never answered those questions. I don’t want respondents having to go through all 15 when maybe only 4 might be relevant so this looping mechanism works really well, but the collation of the answers, those are all blank. My guess is that because you go back and choose a different option, it disregards those answers, which is really annoying and rubbish functionality of Typeform. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be much appreciated.
Hi ! I have a question regarding the endings and the mutiple choices questions. In my typeform questionnaire, I used 3 multiple choice questions that lead me to different answers. To arrive at this answer, I checked several answers. Is it necessary for the client to check all the answers to arrive at the right answer, or is one or two sufficient? Many thanks for your help,Jeanne
We have 3 emails and only 2 actually get the notifications without an issue. 1 receives them for a while and then suddenly, nothing. The address is still included on the notification section of typeform but nothing comes in. One tech last year suggested it was being blocked. He fixed something on their end and it worked for a while. Now it’s acting up again. Any suggestions?
I would like to use Typeform to share training content with my teams. For this in intend to share videos followed by questions. (Figure this is possible),But I would also like to add some optional downloadable content to each video. How can this be done??
Hi there - hoping the community can help as it has been a while sine I have used Tyepform. I would love some guidance on how best to achieve the following. Thanks in advance!I have a three question quiz (it is essentially a tool to calculate a quote based on different options selected), that depending on the answer of each question, results in giving a different ending (which is a dollar value quote). Each question of the quiz is select one from a multiple choice question. Here is an example:Question 1: Multiple Choice (must select just one of these options)Photography only Videography only Photography & Videography Question 2: Multiple Choice (must select just one of these options)Before & After Before, During & AfterQuestion 3: Multiple Choice (must select just one of these options)Under 1500 1501 - 2500 2501 - 3500 3501 - 4500Result / End: Logic based outcome depending on answers to Q1 - 3 above. Examples:Photography only + Before & After + Under 1500 = $450 cost (
Hello there community! I am creating a lead generation campaign. For the qualified leads, I would like for them to be able to book a Calendly invite, for those who are not qualified I would like for them to get a ‘’Thank you for your Time’’ message & not be able to book a time in our time Calendly. I don't want all participants to be able to book a meeting with me only those who qualify for our services. It looks like I can do this using the logic feature based on answers however, I can't seem to find out how to use the Calendly invite in the ‘’endings’’ portion as opposed to It being a part of the questions.
Hello! I am using Typeform as an application to capture lead information and determine if they are a fit for my coaching program. I need to curate only the best leads and not allow unqualified leads the opportunity to book a call. So far I’ve been allowing anyone to book a call which causes issues with me having to cancel on them which creates a negative experience and requires me to physically cancel. We have Calendly embedded on the last page/question of Typeform. What I’d like to do is after the 1st question, if they have answered “no” then they are not qualified and I want to redirect them to a low ticket offer and not allow them to complete the typeform application. Is there a way to do that with logic?
Hello, I would like to create a quizz that tells you what is your compatibility with your crush according to your astrologic sign. I have 6 answers possible, and depending your sign and your crush’s one, you will get a spécifique answer. For example you will get answer 1 if :If you are airies, and your crush is taurus, or geminiIf you are libra and your crush is lionetc… Do you know how to create such “logic” answers ? Thanks,Claire
Hi, is there any way to set a minimum character count? We’ll be asking for some order ID and should comprise a certain number of digits. How’s that possible? I can see that a max can be set, hoping that setting the min. is also be possible. TIA!
Hi there, I’m looking for a way to have a user respond to a question about activity that they engaged in. Instead of them specifying via short form and having the user input in a variety of formats. I’d like to have the user be able to input each activity into their own multiple choice selection. Is it possible to have the user write in their answers to the ‘blank’ multiple choice boxes? Thanks!
Hi Typeform, (Originally posted in VideoAsk by mistake) Can the functionality to use Custom Variables as Questions Options be included. For example, I have a list of names as options in a Multiple Choice question that will be repeated on many question screens in the same survey. Rather than having to go through and update each page with the names it would be good to be able to assign the names to Custom Variables and then “@” those variable names in the option text to pull them in where they are needed meaning that when I reuse that survey template for a different set of names then I just have to update the variable values instead of every question where they are used. If there is an alternative to the above that already exists please also let me know. Thanks, Andy
Hello, I am creating a survey with a multiple choice questionnaire from people can choose some time to visit a place. I am wondering if it is possible to define the max number of participants per choice. For example, no more than 20 people can choose a choice, and after that the choice will disappear from the option / or will say something like ,, the number of people has been reached, please choose another time slot’ Thank you!
Hello Community!I’m creating a typeform that will help us eliminate leads that are not in alignment with what we offer. For example, before a new lead can request a free lesson, they must go through this typeform and based on their responses, they’ll have the ability to book via our Dubsado/Calendly form. While this process felt simply in theory, I’m realizing it’s a little bit more strategic than I realized. It’s only 7 questions with agree/disagree answers. What would be the most efficient way to set this up? I want them to select their answer and be redirected to the appropriate screen. Or, I’m ok with it being numbered as well. Meaning, if they only select 5/7, then they are redirected to another help screen. I truly hope this makes sense and I’m looking forward to helpful feedback.
To simplify things, my outcome quiz has two outcomes where the difference is a yes/no question. A “Yes” qualifies one outcome (X), and the absence of a “Yes” leads to the other (Y). There are many other questions and outcomes too though. One survey taker responded “No” (i.e. not “Yes”) to this binary question, but still got outcome “X”. How could this happen? How can I fix it?
We’re using the Typeform embed API to display a form on our website. If the user does not complete the form, their partial responses are kept and pre-filled the next time they start the form. Is there a way to disable this so that each time the form is started, it is completely empty without the previous partial answers?
I’m NEW. I have been watching everything going on but just don’t where/how to start so I would appreciate everyone advice and guides because I have so many good creative ideas. I just don’t know how or where to start with nowadays generation. I would appreciate it for the reach out and some advice.
I am building an assessment that has 7 groups of Yes/No questions. Is there any way to populate an ending page with multiple results, instead of creating multiple ending pages that include all of the different variables? For example: I’m going to use fruits here as my example. My seven fruits are Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes, Pears, Strawberries, and Mangos. If users answer YES to questions 5a-5e (topic: apples), ending page reads “You may qualify for APPLES” If users answer YES to questions 6a-6d (topic: bananas) and questions 8a-8c (topic: grapes), ending page reads “You may qualify for BANANAS and GRAPES.” If users answer YES to all questions, ending page reads “You may qualify for APPLES, BANANAS, ORANGES, GRAPES, PEARS, STRAWBERRIES, MANGOS.”And all of the other variable combinations that exist with those 7 items.
