Hi, is there any way to set a minimum character count? We’ll be asking for some order ID and should comprise a certain number of digits. How’s that possible? I can see that a max can be set, hoping that setting the min. is also be possible. TIA!

Hi there, I’m looking for a way to have a user respond to a question about activity that they engaged in. Instead of them specifying via short form and having the user input in a variety of formats. I’d like to have the user be able to input each activity into their own multiple choice selection. Is it possible to have the user write in their answers to the ‘blank’ multiple choice boxes?  Thanks!

Hi Typeform, (Originally posted in VideoAsk by mistake) Can the functionality to use Custom Variables as Questions Options be included. For example, I have a list of names as options in a Multiple Choice question that will be repeated on many question screens in the same survey. Rather than having to go through and update each page with the names it would be good to be able to assign the names to Custom Variables and then “@” those variable names in the option text to pull them in where they are needed meaning that when I reuse that survey template for a different set of names then I just have to update the variable values instead of every question where they are used. If there is an alternative to the above that already exists please also let me know. Thanks, Andy

Hello,  I am creating a survey with a multiple choice questionnaire from people can choose some time to visit a place. I am wondering if it is possible to define the max number of participants per choice. For example, no more than 20 people can choose a choice, and after that the choice will disappear from the option / or will say something like ,, the number of people has been reached, please choose another time slot’ Thank you! 

Hello Community!I’m creating a typeform that will help us eliminate leads that are not in alignment with what we offer.  For example, before a new lead can request a free lesson, they must go through this typeform and based on their responses, they’ll have the ability to book via our Dubsado/Calendly form. While this process felt simply in theory, I’m realizing it’s a little bit more strategic than I realized.  It’s only 7 questions with agree/disagree answers.  What would be the most efficient way to set this up?  I want them to select their answer and be redirected to the appropriate screen.  Or, I’m ok with it being numbered as well.  Meaning, if they only select 5/7, then they are redirected to another help screen. I truly hope this makes sense and I’m looking forward to helpful feedback. 

To simplify things, my outcome quiz has two outcomes where the difference is a yes/no question. A “Yes” qualifies one outcome (X), and the absence of a “Yes” leads to the other (Y). There are many other questions and outcomes too though. One survey taker responded “No” (i.e. not “Yes”) to this binary question, but still got outcome “X”. How could this happen? How can I fix it?

We’re using the Typeform embed API to display a form on our website. If the user does not complete the form, their partial responses are kept and pre-filled the next time they start the form. Is there a way to disable this so that each time the form is started, it is completely empty without the previous partial answers?

I’m NEW. I have been watching everything going on but just don’t where/how to start so I would appreciate everyone advice and guides because I have so many good creative ideas. I am building an assessment that has 7 groups of Yes/No questions. Is there any way to populate an ending page with multiple results, instead of creating multiple ending pages that include all of the different variables?For example: I’m going to use fruits here as my example. My seven fruits are Apples, Bananas, Oranges, Grapes, Pears, Strawberries, and Mangos. If users answer YES to questions 5a-5e (topic: apples), ending page reads “You may qualify for APPLES” If users answer YES to questions 6a-6d (topic: bananas) and questions 8a-8c (topic: grapes), ending page reads “You may qualify for BANANAS and GRAPES.” If users answer YES to all questions, ending page reads “You may qualify for APPLES, BANANAS, ORANGES, GRAPES, PEARS, STRAWBERRIES, MANGOS.”And all of the other variable combinations that exist with those 7 items.

Hello everyone!  I am curious if there is anyway that Typeform allows for someone to input their phone number to text a link to their phone to upload images. I have a form that requires my clients to upload a video and several photos and I can see this being a problem if they are filling out my form on a computer. If Typeform does not allow for this… Are there other integration that I can use to accomplish this task? 

My customer is wondering if you can slow down the page transitions between the different pages a bit. I can not find a solution.Someone some advise perhaps?

Hi! I’m creating a subscription form for dance classes. When you subscribe through the form, you need to enter a lot of data: name, address, phone number, emergency contact info,… Now, every year people have to ‘resubscribe’. I was wondering if there was a way to add for example a choice ‘first subscription’ vs ‘resubscription’, and when people click resubscription, they just have to enter their name and the form pulls up the previous information entered for that name (in a previous form submission) and asks if the info is still correct? So they don’t have to reenter all their info all the time. Thanks, Hanne

Hello all,Is there a way of linking directly to another Typeform survey based on an answer?I am looking at using Typeform for market research where users will be testing samples that are assigned a 4-digit code.I would like one typeform (using just 1 short text question) to be able to send people to different surveys based on their responses to the one question. Eg. someone puts the code 1234 in and it will take them to a typeform/URL that I have set up for that sample.Any idea if this is possible? I would really like to avoid a bloated survey based on multiple logic paths.Thanks!

It is fine if there are ties!I am basically taking categories like the below screenshot, and have multiple choice questions for each bolded category below, in which recipients can select as many adjectives as apply to them (there are 12 categories in total): For the first group, there 12 variables (ie @innocent_brand; @sage_brand, etc). Each question has scoring applied whereby for every adjective selected under The Innocent, 1 point is added to @innocent_brand. The second group of questions is the exact same set, just applied to their client. I am creating a typeform that can come to various different end screens, depending on a scoring model. Depending on the end screen, users should see 1) scoring results and 2) a combination of two videos (from Vimeo): 1st video depending on end screen2nd video the same for all six endscreens I can combine the two videos into a Vimeo Showcase. Can, and if yes how, is this embedded into my typeform endscreen so that I can show this together with the scores from the survey?

I have a very branching typeform. It goes all different ways, depending on the answers given. There are a few different email questions asking for the respondents email at different places depending on where appropriate. Is there a way of skipping this question if the email has already been captured earlier??

Hello,I want to build a request form where people can reply to several questions in different branches.Ex: Choice between 3 categories Select the 1st category and moving to branch 1 At the end of the 1st branch, offer the possibility to go back on the category selection Select the 2nd category, moving to Branch 2 and end the questionaryI created the form and the logic, but unfortunately when people reply to the 2nd branch after having replied to the 1st, I only get values populated for the 2nd branch, the replies gave on the first branch are gone.
