Build your typeform

Im currently building a type form that is an order form. I used the t-shirt order form template and I’m trying to figure out how can I keep track of my product inventory. To avoid over-selling and create a control to sell out after the amount of people order all of my certain product inventory (t-shirt). Should I connect to and outside app? I have the premium package and would hate to have to pay for two website like applications.

Folks: it’s the first day of Fall in the norther hemisphere… and there is an outage at Typeform in the responses area. I have a couple of things that I recommend to all my clients that you might find useful, just in case: subscribe to the Typeform status page where they outline outages and issues - you will get an email notification if something happens always connect your typeforms to a Google Sheet so that you have a copy of the responses in the spreadsheet - regardless of other integrations. this is a good way to make sure you have a backup copy of your data. Take precautions and be prepared for outages. Even ‘the cloud’ and SaaS solutions we use in our business process ecosystem can go down.. what’s our backup plan if that happens??  just sayin’des

Hi, I want to create a Typeform where the output of Google Sheets formulas are displayed within the forme.g. if they type in that they have 200 employees, and I know that 10% of employees quit each year, can I display as a statement that - statistically speaking - 20 of their employees will quit in the next year?Essentially, I want to perform a calculation that displays a % of the number they input back at them…Is that possible - I assume it is with Google Sheets integration? I’m new to Typeform and just created a quiz which was easy.  It’s a marketing lead magnet where I’m offering leads an analysis of their social media.  I want to show the score on the last page of the quiz and then I’ll have a link to a PDF where they can review what their score means.  My only problem is I can’t figure out how to show the score at the end of the quiz.  TIA

Hello, I am trying to convert this self-assessment quiz into a quiz that will help students understand their strengths and weaknesses in different areas of executive function (EF).  As you will see in the link I shared, each question is linked to a different area of EF, so I am hoping that the Typeform could add up their scores for all the questions in EACH area and then give a breakdown of where the student rates themselves in the different areas of EF which are:  Response InhibitionWorking Memory Emotional Control Sustained AttentionTask InitiationPlanning and PrioritizationOrganizationTime ManagementGoal-directed PersistenceFlexibilityMetacognitionStudy SkillsSelf-advocacy I get SO confused when I try to build this. Does someone know if there is an option to change the opinion scale to a smiley scale in Typeform?Thanks for your help. Diana

We are a language school and we use a typeform for our English level test. To discourage guessing, we have an “I don’t know” option on every question. As there are 50 questions, it would be great if we could jump to the end after 10 “I don’t know” responses, so that a lower level student doesn’t have to go through all 50 questions. Is there a way to do this? Thank you

I’ve solved my branching doubts with other discussions, but I’m stuck with a new problem. In Q2 I have a Multiple selection question and I want to show follow-up questions based on this one. I’ve been working on the multichoice choice branding logics and everything was working OK until the followup questions jump back to a different question branch.  I’m not sure if I’m explaining well enough. The question would be: How can I complete the branching if the rest of the followups are in a previous position? 

Hello, In our webapp, we use typeform to allow our users to create forms via the create API. However, we are facing UX and flow issues and we would like to know if there is to integrate the form editor directly in our product. Please note that I am not talking about integrating the form but the editor itself.I mean that, in our app, we would be able to create/edit forms using the same interface that we can find on typeform’s app, instead of replicating the functionnality via API. Thank you

I created a form and had all my videos uploaded to it, when I changed the background to one of the gallery backgrounds, it removed all my videos and when I click on the add video again, it continues to say arrrggg unable to upload videos try again later.  I closed program after multiple tries and it still refuses to allow any thumbnails of videos we can choose for our forms.

Is it possible to set default hidden field values? For example, if a hidden field `source` is not defined in the form link hash, is it possible to define form logic that will give the field to a non-null value?Related questions:Is it possible to define and/or compute hidden field values based on user input? Is it possible to pass hidden field values to a form using POST, rather than the link hash format?

I have a problem with the logical editor interface. I make the parts more transparent for me (move them) with the logical editor, but when I click through to the questions tab and then back, the system changes the location of the parts. This makes my work confused to me. My question is, can this be switched off somewhere? I really like the system, now this is the issue that is deciding whether to subscribe or not.

I have an Ionic app (runs Angular 4) and in one view I'd like to embed a typeform using the typeform embed sdk. For some reason adding the following code results in a zone error:Error: Zone.js has detected that ZoneAwarePromise `(window|global).Promise` has been overwritten.Most likely cause is that a Promise polyfill has been loaded after Zone.js (Polyfilling Promise api is not necessary when zone.js is loaded. If you must load one, do so before loading zone.js.)To make things simple I started a new app in StackBlitzJacob Gordon and it shows the same error. The relevant code is as follows:

Do I get more templates when upgrading from free to basic?I’m specifically wanting to create a qualifying application from an application template, but there are only 4 of them in the Free version of Typeform.Does anyone know if there are more available when I upgrade to a paid subscription?Also, is one able to add questions to a template or when it says “8 question”, am I limited to that when using a template.Thank you in advance for your kind response.Most grateful, Scoty

I’m trying to ask the following question…In preliminary tests we discovered it was optimal if the respondent could see all of the options at once, as to be able to clearly comprehend between what options they were bucketing their time into.Looks like the ideal question type would be if the matrix question type & number question type had a little helpful baby together.I see similar queries here, here & here but they were all some time ago. Is this possible now? If not, what’s the best workaround? Thanks,

Hi ! :)  I have built a quiz in Typeform and I want to implement a priority in Hubspot with the winning outcome of this quizTo do so, I have set up the outcome quiz in Typeform. and I have created a text variable called “v__ending” Is there a way to then make this kind of logic “if ending page is A, then v__ending = “security” ?  Thanks so much for your help !

I have a plus plan and I’m trying to upload a video to the first page of my survey.  When I click on “add video” the space where I should be able to copy the vimeo link is greyed out and “add” is not an option.  Can anyone help?
