Hi there,I have variables input to calculate the annual max figure that a person can pay into their pension to get full tax relief based on age and income. I’d like to be able to show this as a monthly figure. Not entirely sure why this happens. We have an internal typeform where you request a review. A fast way of filling in all of the details and attachment info is to upload (drag and drop) the an email directly from outlook. The problem is this seems to be then deleting the email from outlook (i can get a link of it through typeform) but I want a copy of that email to remain in the uploaders inbox. Does anyone know why this is happening, how I can stop it happening? Where does the email go to? 

I keep trying to upload my own image for the background and it doesn’t save it and once I published my questionnaire it isn’t there…

Hi,I am setting up a business and will be using typeform. Once it is launched, people will have access to the typeform via my website and the first page is a payment page and therefore the can only access once they pay.However, I am currently in the beta testing stage and therefore need people to access my typeform without paying, but I don’t want them to have continual access to the typeform as they could share that link with others easily. I am hoping there’s a way I could create a one-time access code or URL to a typeform to have people access it just once?Thanks

 1. How can I embed this UI page into my theme? Do I need to upgrade to the plus version ？2. Can only the background be changed, or can the click button also be modified?3. Now click on the answer to automatically jump, can you modify it? Click on the answer, and then click OK, I think this UI interaction method is not very good   

I’m trying to build a “savings calculator.” That way, my prospects can know how much money they can save by taking my course. Are the “numbers” type responses smart in the sense that I can ask…Question: “How much do you expect to sell this year?” Answer: $100,000+Question: What percent do you pay in Credit Card processing fees?Answer: 3% Me: It sounds like you are paying 3,000 year in processing fees. And do things like commas, %, or $’s throw this off? I also need to add up all their savings from various methods at the end of the quiz. Before I go down this rabbit hole, can Typeform do this? Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated or if support has any help articles, I’m all about reading them. I looked and didn’t see anything pop up. So it might be how I’m searching. I feel like this has to be a common question. :) Thanks all!

Hi there, We had our Typeform set up to send email to a Microsoft Teams channel once it had been completed. This was working fine until about 2:00 AM this morning (EST). Just wondering if anyone else is having this problem and what the fix might be.Thanks!

I am about to launch a few surveys where the participants will have to evaluate what they saw previously in a video we have embedded to the survey.How can I track if the participants have actually watched the video?Is there any parameter that can track the time they have spent per page? So I can screen out all the people who spent less time on the page video than the video length? Thanks a lot!Mr. Lorey

Hello,Im using typeform questions to generate a set of 10 numerical variables dependent on how they respond to two questions, is there a way to then determine what is the top 6 variables so I can calculate the sum of these.Thanks in advance,Niall

I have been trying to add a video to my survey but it doesn’t let me add it. It shows a message like this. My internet connection is superfast too!  

Hello all !Here is the problem : I have a form, made of 7 groups of questions, and users want to choose the order of groups of questions they answer.They have to answer all 7 groups but can decide in which order.I tried having a first page that let’s you choose where you want to start and all 7 routes endings going back there until all are completed but I can’t find a way to:-remove the previous group proposition they just answered when they get to the first page at the end of a group, to make them understand they have finished it.-go to the end page when all are completed. Althought all group end with a change of a variable specific to them to let me know if it is answered, and the first page has a logic that says if all variables are “finished” it redirects to the end page, I can’t get it to work. Any clues on what to do ? Or other tools that can do this ?Thanks a lot !

Hello,I`m creating a quiz at the moment and I have a multiple choice question with 5 answers, in which 2 are right (AB). But every combination that includes A and B count as the right answer (for example: ABC ABCD ABE etc.). Do i have to manually set every combination that leads to this result as wrong? Or is there an easier way to fix this?   

I want to create an information gathering form for clients.  I am having trouble creating how a client enters in their medications and how they enter in details of medical treatment doctor/hospital visits over a given period of time.  So a client could be taking 1 medication or 20, same variability as to medical treatment.   Paper analogy is a form table.  For medications, row named “Medicine Name” with columns for “Prescribing Doctor, “Start Date”, “Dosage” and “Side Effects”.  I am having a hard time figuring out ho to set this up.  Thank you.

Hello!Is it possible to remove numbers from Typeform questions? I’ve created a questionnaire that links several brief questionnaires -- so that if respondents bail part-way through, we still get some data. The combined questionnaire looks great, except for question numbers, which don’t make sense (1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.-SuzW

I attend a congregation where we wish to have a Q&A after the the weekly lesson. However, sometimes people ask good questions, and other times, not so much. I was wondering if Typeform might allow a form to be created where each possible question can be displayed to all respondents in real time and also have the ability to allow respondents to upvote or downvote questions of interest. This will presumably then push the better questions to the top of the list so that the speaker can then address these questions.

Hi, did someone else experienced an unexpected change in the default ending statement?do you know when this change took place? does it affect all previously published surveys as well?it changed from being a nice “Done! thanks for your time” to something weird (see image attached) that I wouldn’t choose to share with my end users if I would only know beforehand it was changing...    

I can’t find an option to turn a question of the type “Short Text” into case-insensitive.If one of my questions has the answer “All right”, it should be accepted “all right”, “ALL RIGHT”, “All Right”, and variations.How do I do that?Thank you!

Hi! I’m planning to do a conjoint analysis using typeform. I would like to present 3 options next to each-other with each option displaying a list of 10-15 features.This would be a multiple choice type, except that I don’t seem to be able to type a list instead of a single line answer option. Alternatively, I could make a list into an image format and present it as a picture choice. However that is more work and less easily formatted etc. Is there another option to do this in a more straightforward manner? Thank you!
