I have been trying to add a video to my survey but it doesn’t let me add it. It shows a message like this. My internet connection is superfast too!  

Hello all !Here is the problem : I have a form, made of 7 groups of questions, and users want to choose the order of groups of questions they answer.They have to answer all 7 groups but can decide in which order.I tried having a first page that let’s you choose where you want to start and all 7 routes endings going back there until all are completed but I can’t find a way to:-remove the previous group proposition they just answered when they get to the first page at the end of a group, to make them understand they have finished it.-go to the end page when all are completed. Althought all group end with a change of a variable specific to them to let me know if it is answered, and the first page has a logic that says if all variables are “finished” it redirects to the end page, I can’t get it to work. Any clues on what to do ? Or other tools that can do this ?Thanks a lot !

Hello,I`m creating a quiz at the moment and I have a multiple choice question with 5 answers, in which 2 are right (AB). But every combination that includes A and B count as the right answer (for example: ABC ABCD ABE etc.). Do i have to manually set every combination that leads to this result as wrong? Or is there an easier way to fix this?   

I want to create an information gathering form for clients.  I am having trouble creating how a client enters in their medications and how they enter in details of medical treatment doctor/hospital visits over a given period of time.  So a client could be taking 1 medication or 20, same variability as to medical treatment.   Paper analogy is a form table.  For medications, row named “Medicine Name” with columns for “Prescribing Doctor, “Start Date”, “Dosage” and “Side Effects”.  I am having a hard time figuring out ho to set this up.  Thank you.

Hello!Is it possible to remove numbers from Typeform questions? I’ve created a questionnaire that links several brief questionnaires -- so that if respondents bail part-way through, we still get some data. The combined questionnaire looks great, except for question numbers, which don’t make sense (1, 1, 1, 2, 3, 1, 2). Thanks in advance for any suggestions.-SuzW

I am setting up a form to purchase products, but I need the customer after choosing the first product, to give them the opportunity to purchase another of my products, but haven't been able to make this happen, so that in the checkout they can see the 2 difference products they purchased. Thanks so much!

I attend a congregation where we wish to have a Q&A after the the weekly lesson. However, sometimes people ask good questions, and other times, not so much. I was wondering if Typeform might allow a form to be created where each possible question can be displayed to all respondents in real time and also have the ability to allow respondents to upvote or downvote questions of interest. This will presumably then push the better questions to the top of the list so that the speaker can then address these questions.

I am looking for an option to add audio files of me reading the questions - is there a simple way to do this? I also just signed up with VideoAsk - is it possible to duplicate or move a copy of typeform to video ask so that I dont have to start from scratch?Thanks for any assistance!

Hi, did someone else experienced an unexpected change in the default ending statement?do you know when this change took place? does it affect all previously published surveys as well?it changed from being a nice “Done! thanks for your time” to something weird (see image attached) that I wouldn’t choose to share with my end users if I would only know beforehand it was changing...    

I can’t find an option to turn a question of the type “Short Text” into case-insensitive.If one of my questions has the answer “All right”, it should be accepted “all right”, “ALL RIGHT”, “All Right”, and variations.How do I do that?Thank you!

Hi! I’m planning to do a conjoint analysis using typeform. I would like to present 3 options next to each-other with each option displaying a list of 10-15 features.This would be a multiple choice type, except that I don’t seem to be able to type a list instead of a single line answer option. Alternatively, I could make a list into an image format and present it as a picture choice. However that is more work and less easily formatted etc. Is there another option to do this in a more straightforward manner? Thank you!

Hello !Videos are not working anymore in my Typeforms… either if I create a new one or on the old ones… did that already happen to you ? It is the same for all videos including the videos from typeform directly… i can select a video from the library but once i Add it it is not moving :( Thanks for your help !

I would like to create rating questions with Radio Buttons similar to the image below where only one answer can be chosen and descriptions for each level of the scale. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this in Typeform. Does anyone have any advice or know if it can’t be done?

Do I need an upgraded plan to use a hyperlink in one on my questions to a PDF?

How can I do so? Typeform UI and features are good, but on serious note, non availability of few basic features like multilingual and randomisation of questions is preventing me to use for enterprise usage. Honestly workarounds are not good. Hope to have these functionalities very soon.

Hi there,I have input calculations and want the answer to show in a statement.The calculation is based on age brackets e.g. Under 30, 30 to 39 etc.. So if you are age >30 & <39 jump to S3 and so on. I am asking for gross income and I have input variables based on the % max contributions e.g @under30 = 0.15 (15% of gross is the max for people aged under 30) The statement will say Aged Under 30 you can get tax relief on 15% of your earnings every yearBased on your gross income you can contribute €xxx to your pension per month with full tax relief How do I get the answer into the statement? https://diarmuid974625.typeform.com/to/dkkpbF2k#u30result=xxxxx&thirtyto39result=xxxxx 

Hi Everyone! Let’s imagine that I ask the following question in my typeform and that the person who answers the survey can select more than one answer (multiple choice and multiple selection question). Let’s imagine that the person selects chocolate and vanilla. Which ice cream flavours do you like? I am trying to build a “question per day” survey that stretches over a long period of time. To do this, I was hoping to block a survey respondent from moving onto the next question until either A) the next calendar day has arrived, or B) a certain amount of time has passed (e.g. 12 hours). Is this possible with Typeform?

I was not able to find anything addressing this specifically but I was trying to build a form to calculate the savings new clients have realized by working with my company.  These are the fields and for the sake of ease I will assign each a letter to demonstrate the calculation:(A) BAMS Volume(B) BAMS Fees(C) PreBAMS AMEX Volume(D) PreBAMS AMEX Fees(E) PreBAMS V/MC/D Volume(F) PreBAMS V/MC/D Fees The calculation I’m trying to do is:(((D + F) / (C + E)) - (B / A))*(C + E) = Calculation I’m looking for This can be broken down into pieces if easier / better supported by the Typeform capabilities.
