Hey everyone, I recently purchased a new laptop with an Intel Core i7 processor, and I've been encountering some compatibility issues with Typeform. Whenever I try to use Typeform on my laptop, it seems to lag or freeze intermittently, making it quite frustrating to use. I've tried troubleshooting on my end, but haven't had much luck in resolving the issue. I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced similar problems with Typeform specifically on Intel Core i7 laptops? Could it be a compatibility issue with this particular processor? Or perhaps there are other factors at play? If you have any insights or suggestions on how to address this issue, I'd greatly appreciate it. I created a form in Thai language. Once published, let’s say 5% of users complained of experiencing strange questions. Upon inquiries, I found out that the whole form seems to be translated into Thai. Not just English to Thai but Thai to very strange Thai. It made no sense and caused disreputable!!

We have been wrongly charged by Typeform and can not find a way to talk to their team other than this community forum. Shouldn’t they have a support email, a place to raise tickets, or simply, a phone number?Disappointing

Presently, the phone number field has an option to set one of the countries as default and it works in most use cases if the majority audience is from a local geaography.The User Experience can be improved if the user can have the default country code can be set dynamically from the IP Address. This would not require to store any IP Address or location into processing on server and can be done entirely client side so it would not affect any existing cookie or privacy policy. I personally have been filling forms at hackathon and I have to change country code every time I fill. It would be awesome if Typeform could fill country code for me from my IP location

I’ve got a couple of small requests that would be helpful with the new Follow-Ups notification system. First, this is much improved over the old Notification system, thank you for implementing it. Second, two things I had minor issues with while formatting my emails today:There is no confirmation when you click on the Delete button - which is distressingly close to the Edit button. I accidentally deleted the entire notification I had been building for the hour plus beforehand. Luckily I had copy and pasted everything into a word doc, but I had made some changes since then, so I had to remember what I had changed and then re-enter all of the fields. If I hadn’t copied everything over it would have been a much bigger frustration. I’d like to be able to manually enter a reply-to email address. Right now I’m only able to select from the email address that the respondent may or may not have entered. These notifications are being forwarded to people that I don’t want to be able to
Hi there,I upgraded my account because we had reached our limit in free responses. The dashboard says we need to upgrade, but when I go to billing it says we are on the basic plan and the money has come from my account. Unfortunately I sent the email out to all of our customers (on a paid service) and now support hasn’t been in contact for 12 hours and Im a bit frustrated as people are viewing the email and the survey isn’t working. Any ideas?

those value , I want to display on the starting page/landing page/welcome screen/ws. so that user aware that form is available for how many left.plus my suggestion is, for now the limit is only set by numbers, can we custom the limit of dropdown dates and then have their own limits response based on list of that dates.
Yet another cry to add this super simple feature: editing placeholders for form fields As a software engineer myself I know how stupid easy this would be to do. Need this feature to consider Typeform a long-term solution or else we are going to need to migrate elsewhere. Can you please get your head of product and send them a screenshot of this please? We already purchased a package form typeform below, but unfortunately we are running out of quota and would like to change the package with a bigger amount . if we change the package in the middle of the month. Will the package be immediately replaced in that month or will it be replaced in the following month?
