How do i get multiple emails receive a notification that the typeform has been completed?

I am trying to create a lead generation form and integrate it with Freshdesk so that all responses will be sent in a ticket to our Customer Care team. It says that the integration was successful, but I have tested it several times and nothing is showing up in Freshdesk. Please help!

Hi all and one for you @john.desborough :)I’m trying to figure out the best way to automate (as much as possible) data visualisation and report creation off the back of survey data collection.My current process is painful and goes like this:Typeform survey Responses fed to google sheets Download excel version Merge into another excel which has formula/calculations set up Check for errors (there are some error formulas setup within it) Visualise key stats manually in Sketch/Illustrator Produce PDF and sendVery manual! I need to automate as much as possible.I’ve seen the following post: https://community.typeform.com/your-typeform-results-32/auto-send-single-typeform-report-results-outcome-to-client-945Is this still the best way to do things? Hello,I am working for a SaaS that provides sports teams with websites and membership administration. The service has thousands of unique websites, and also users. Our service includes a Control panel where Admins can administrate their club/site/member base. Our idea is to embed the Typeform on each site in the network, so it pops up when the admins enter the control panel (on *domain*/next/admin/dashboard). Does anyone have an idea on how to effectively do this?We tested an embed in our website builder’s html editor widget on a specific site, and it works well and looks good, but it’ll be a hassle to fix that widget to each unique site.  Also, it seems that it will pop up on each page load even if the user has completed the survey. Any fixes for this? All help is deeply appreciated. Regards, Marius

We would like to use the Typeform Intercom integration to replace Intercom’s emoji rating that is automatically sent when a conversation is closed.  The only problem is, there doesn’t seem to be a way to map the Intercom conversation ID to a Typeform hidden field.  It seems only Intercom user attributes can be mapped.We use the Typeform Salesforce integration to import responses into Salesforce.  For phone/email case surveys, we inject the Salesforce Case Id as a hidden field so that Salesforce can relate the created Survey Result record to the associated Case record.  We need to be able to do this as well with chat cases.  Ideally, we’d be able to inject the Intercom conversation ID into the Typeform response, and then we’d have Salesforce map the Survey Result to the related case via that conversation ID.Is there a way to do this currently?  If not, is there a way we could go about submitting a feature request?  Thanks 😊

Does anyone know how I can send the score from my typeform survey, into Zapier?  I want to send the survey result with the score calculated in typeform, into Zapier through to Google Sheets, but I can’t see how to detect the score from typeform, in the Zapier field. Help?? Thank you!

Good morning, I need the responses of all the typeforms to reach a single google sheets file, because I see that currently only one google sheets file can be obtained for each typeform.It is possible to integrate all typeforms in a single sheets file?

With the new Contact Info, what Salesforce Field Type, found here, Salesforce integration: Mapping and records - Help Center | Typeform does the Typeform Contact Info map to for integration?   

If I have already configured an integration between a Typeform survey and a Notion database, will that integration be damaged by adding new properties to the Notion database? 

I have integrated typeform to my canva presentation correctly, but i have another problem. I created a question for the public to answer by show of hands and when i answer for them and it shows the correct information it gets stuck there and I cant pass to the next slide of the presentation. How do I fix this?

I have a type form which ask people to type their revenue (which is often in the millions). I then have a logic to divide this by 1000000 and webhook this to our CRM platform Affinity. This logic is this not being pushed through into my webhook to Affinity? The number they actually type in (so 3500000) is being passed through, rather than 3.5In general I would like the people filling out the typeform to be able to type their revenue in millions (like 3.5) but Typeform can’t handle decimals (no idea why that’s a feature?)Does anyone know if this can be fixed?Thanks a lot

I wonder if anyone has experienced this issue or can help me please. I added a hidden field (user.Id) in my typeform and embedded the link into my app via a webview component. When I test it, the form shows on android devices. On Apple devices however, it just shows a blank page? Can anyone help me fix this issue as I’m blocked from further development.Thanks 🙏🏽  

Hi All, I think there is a bug with the Microsoft Excel integration with the Contact info form. I have one that asks, FN, LN, email, company, but only get a blank in the integrated excel sheet. Everything else works fine in the excel but just not the contact info. 

Hi - I recently set up a MailChimp integration in order to automate an email send. The user’s journey should look like this:User fills out a Typeform in order to access a download Once complete, the typeform-mailchimp integration places a tag on this user This tag triggers a MailChimp automation which sends them an email that contains the download/other infoThis is working great, except when a user fills out the form more than once. It seems that Typeform doesn’t send the tag again or MC doesn’t recognize this as a ‘new’ tag, therefore the automation isn’t triggered. I do have “Contact repeats journey” clicked within MC to allow user’s to receive the email more than once.Is it possible within this integration for a user to receive an automated email more than once? Thanks,Holly

Hi all, I'm having trouble with Google Sheets Integration. Firstly, my integration broke because my team was editing the main spreadsheet. After contacting support, I was advised to create a new tab (TAB2) within the same Google Sheet and pull all the information by using the ARRAY Function. That worked really well, however… TAB 1: RED / TAB 2: GREEN My problem now is with this new tab (TAB2) I created. Somehow I can't filter information, or sort by A-Z for example without losing all the data that's been pulled from (TAB1). I know they are connected by the ARRAY Function, but is there a way I can edit the info on (TAB2) without messing things up? Also, on (TAB2) I created new columns (in blue) so my team can edit and add information about the ongoing claim/form. However, every time a new row is automatically added, the data on the blue columns lose alignment with the data from the grey columns. Does that make sense? I'm not sure how to make them stick with the information from the grey

How can I populate my spreadsheet with my updated questions?I have my Typeform survey linked to a google sheet that populates with all the questions & responses. Unfortunately, when I add additional questions to my survey, the Google sheet does not automatically update and add these in, or even remove the previous questions I had deleted. Even when disabling and enabling the integration, no change seems to happen. Thank you

Hello, I have created a lead magnet quiz within Typeform. I would now like to integrate it with my Flodesk account. Ideally, I would like to have my Flodesk account send an personalized page that is specific to the answers a client entered within the quiz. I am aware I would likely have to do this via Zapier. However, once I get into the Zapier dashboard, I am lost when it comes to creating the right events that would achieve this. I am open to any other ways of doing this as well. 

options to replace the current Connection are Zapier (or similar) and using webhooks. I’m looking for examples where folks have used webhooks to push data to Convertkit.  Bueller? Bueller? Bueller? des

*edited* **FORM SUBMISSION DATE**I’ve just upgraded my account, so I can now do a direct integration between typeform and Airtable (yay!). But I can’t find a way to send the submission date of the form to airtable (since there is no question in my typeform which asks the date). Do I have to go back to my old zap workaround to include the submission date? If so, that’s disappointing considering I’m paying for the upgraded account for this reason. Thanks!!
