Hi,I would like to connect Typeform with Google reviews. We have a questioner that at the end customers can rate us from 1-10 stars. The idea is to if customers rate us from 9-10 stars we are asking if they can leave a review on Google review.We could place a link at the end of the questioner to Google location but the problem is that we have multiple locations in Google My Business and the link needs to be to the correct location where customers visit us.How can I achieve this?

I am creating a new typeform and have set up integration with google sheets. However, when I new questions and click “publish” they are not showing up on the google sheet automatically. Only when I turn off integration and delete and then redo it, is the google sheet updated. But this defeats the purpose - I need it to be automatics with changed / added / deleted questions. 

HI, I’ve been using variables to  attribute different numbers to certain answers in my Typeform and do more complex calculations once I have the date on Airtable. The problem is that Airtable is only recognizing the first custom variable from the list and repeats its data to all columns connected to different variables. On Typeform results, they all appear ok, but when I export them to Airtable, only the first custom variable goes through.  Is there a way I can solve this issue? Thanks in advance

I have an email list and I've seen answers on what to do if one has an email list to personalize the questionnaire using hidden fields, but my question is - when the respondent replies can I match his survey answers to his email, and if so, how is it done?

I'd like to record participants who agreed to join a user research panel by answering 'yes' to a question on Typeform. The CRM tool we use is Braze. We use a hidden_field to detect the user ID, but I'm not sure what's the best way to send ‘yes’ responses back to the CRM.What's the best way to go about it?

Hello, i am trying to load the following script via <script src="https://embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>But on console am having the following error due to cors origin that it’s not the same origin.Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://embed.typeform.com/next/css/popup.css' from origin 'MY DOMAIN' has been blocked by CORS policy: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.GET https://embed.typeform.com/next/css/popup.css net::ERR_FAILED 200Form seems to be working just fine. Usually proposed solution is to add the domain on header allow cors origin on the server side. Any solution?

I have created a Typeform survey in the form of a chat that many participants are taking on their phones. It works great in Chrome. However, when using Safari on a mobile phone on open response questions, the keyboard covers the answer box. The user is still able to type and submit answers, but they can’t see what they are typing. It feels like being blind. I understand that the issue here may largely lie with Safari, but is there anything I can do on my end to prevent this from happening?I’m using the pop up embed code to put it on my site.It also only happens when using the pop up button embeded on my site. It works fine if I use the generic typeform url.

Hi, I understand Typeform does not have the basic functionality to prevent duplicates (which is crazy).I just bought a premium subscription, only to realise this now. I have two options:Ask for a refund, and go back to SurveyMonkey OR Get a step-by-step instruction on the Cookie workaround (embedding the cookie code in a Wix website...I’m a non-tech guy, and can’t figure out how to do this).@Liz Looking for your guidance. Anyone else figured out how to embed cookie code in Wix? Would really appreciate your help.

Hi, I am looking to get my Typeform integration to assign a lead created via a Typeform survey response to a campaign in salesforce. When I look at doing this within the form mapping section of my Typeform salesforce dashboard (within the static fields section) this isn’t populated as an option in the dropdown. I am trying to understand if this was an issue with set-up that is isn’t pulling this field from salesforce / if its a salesforce issue / or if this is something that’s not able to be completed within the integration. I am asking the same of our salesforce rep however, also thought id sound the question here to see if this was something anyone else has also experienced / could aid with at all? Thanks!

I am trying to set up an automated email in HubSpot with a CTA going to a typeform page. I don’t want to ask them their email because I obviously already have it so I have a hidden email field. How do I set up the URL with mail merge so each contact get’s their email address added?

Hi there,I am integrating a factfind with Excel with the aim to mail merge information to use on MS Word doc template letters requiring the basics of name, address, DOB, and marital status. I am using the address type question but that information is not pulling into the excel sheet.I had previously been asking for addresses with long text question type but found that clients would only put in bits of the address or just the postcode. Any assistance appreciated, or can you suggest another integration that would be better to put information onto templates?Cat

Hi,  We want to collect geographical information on our (worldwide) respondents upto the subnational level. Ideally I am looking for something that lists all countries, and then when one selects their country, they get a drop down that is customised to the sub-national provinces/districts/states in their country. Is there any integration that allows for this?

Why can’t I download and view the files that have been uploaded onto my survey? 

Hi, We’re trying to create a salesforce mapping for one of our typeforms. However when we try to activate we get the error - Can't Map Same Salesforce Field To Two Questions: undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined, undefined. I’ve checked the mappings and no Salesforce field is mapped to two questions. There’s also no duplicate questions.   My Type Form has also a Matrix and ranking type of fields. As I already read the existing conversation in the Type Form Community I seen these field type can cause issue. But for my form those fields are required we cannot remove them. So need help from the Typeform for this issue to activate the mapping.Thanks.

Hey I need help pleaseI use a form with Calendly for leads to book sales calls.Now I need that data to go to my CRM in Notion.While integrating through Zapier I found Typeform send all the data in the form but not the date and time of the appointment, as that is made by Calendly. Is there any way for adding the appointment date? Thank you very much.

Hi guys, I would like to realize the following scenario: Someone can answer questions on a typeform Formular and the answers someone gave there should be applied as a filter for the product site. The website is made in WordPress. Do you know a way to realize this? Cheers! 

We have been collecting customer surveys for some time and decided to revise both the survey and the target spreadsheet.Basically, we cloned the original survey (#1), removing a question no longer needed.We created a new Excel connection to the clone (Survey #2)  and got clean data in Spreadsheet#2. We added a number of pivot tables to this sheet, and everything looks good.Now, we want to re-create this arrangement for another employee.  Rather than recreate all these pivot tables, can we CLONE Survey #2 and Spreadsheet#2?In other words, can we connect a new survey to an existing spreadsheet? Note: we don’t have to import existing data. Nice to have, but not critical.

Total novice, so please bear with me…I am having to run a segmentation project which means getting insight from our current customers. How can I use the survey results gained (such as household size, interests etc) with existing customer data without braking GDPR regulations?I send out an email to my entire customer database (via email in Braze CRM) I get survey results / data (Typeform), which is linked to an email. I have some customer usage data (how much they order + use the product in Braze CRM) I want to map this against their usage data (using ‘Typeform email completes’ + ‘CRM customer emails’ from Braze to understand more about their usage and behaviours. I don’t want to violate GDPR. Questions:Can I do this “matching” of emails? What do I need to do in Typeform re setting it up? Hidden fields/ tags or something? Or define in Braze CRM? or use a merge-type of worksheet? Do i need to ask for specific consent in the survey?Any help greatly appreciated.
