Hi there, I”m running into an issue where when connecting Mailchimp to a form, little bits of code are showing up instead of text. Additionally, I’m not able to get to the option where I can apply a Tag for the entire form submission + add a GDPR step. Here is just 1 example of what it looks like when it shows snippets of code: Any thoughts on what this is and how to fix it? I’ve tried disconnecting the Mailchimp account on MCs end but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that in Typeform. I’ve also tried connecting to different forms but I always get code.

My Typeform shows up on my Canva website as the mobile version of the form instead of the desktop version. So the picture I have on my form isn't in the right spot. Does anyone know how to fix this when adding the link onto a Canva website?

Hi there, I have recently set up Typeform and integrated it with Hubspot to track lead sources. Typeform is embeded on /apply page using data-tf-hubspot tag as per https://www.typeform.com/help/a/set-up-source-tracking-for-hub-spot-4413167079316/ And this works if the lead converts right away. For example: a lead clicks on an ad with a url: domain.com/apply?utm_source=”xx” and converts. This lead will be correctly attributed to source “xx”. But if the lead lands on the domain.com/case-study?utm_source=”yy” page and then navigates to /apply page and converts, this lead will be attributed to direct traffic, which is not correct. The ?utm_source=”yy” should be stored in Hubspot cookie but it doesn’t seem to be passed on to Typeform in this case. Are there any additional steps needed to retrieve it from the cookie?

Can I make a button to call a slider typeform width a dynamic width based on browser’s window screen? The attribute “data-tf-width” has only accept fixed value in pixel? If I try to assign a percent, don’t work.

I am trying to integrate Mailchimp and Typeform. I need to add a hidden field and I’ve watched the video. However, “Advanced” and “Hidden fields” does not show up under logic. Where do I find it?

Hello folks! Yesterday I made Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager integrations to my typeform. The main reason was to see events in my GA, I also added some variables and tags from google tag manager in order to have a look on the UTM parameters from my landing page, I mean when user clicks on typeform link on my landing page with the utm parameters, I wanted to still identify campaigns which were driving traffic to typeform. However no I am getting some random numbers in the typeform URL and I think that it is not the right way how it should work. Maybe some of you has ever had situation like this? Can anybody help me? I will attach URL photo.

I am using a Typeform connected to my Hubspot account. I want to report of the traffic sources of conversions. In both Hubspot and Google Analytics, the source says ‘Direct’ or Referral. is there a way to overide this/change the settings so I can see the original source of the visitor? Eg. Organic search, paid search, direct, etc. Many thanks

HelloI’m a bit lost on how to do that, but Ive been connecting my typeform to zapier via a webhook. When testing the connection works well, but zapier is receiving all information : questions and answers, while I would need only specific fields. (answers)Is there somewhere I can set this up directly from typeform or I should look at zapier.. thanks for the helpSalama

Hi I’m trying to integrate a form with MailChimp but many of my MailChimp fields aren’t showing. It’s only letting me use ‘Signup source, email, first name, last name, business name’. We have a drop down option for ‘area’ but it’s not appearing as one of the options in the integration. Many thanks James

In old ui I was able to change “ref” for api. After ui update i can’t find this option in field settings. I have few form linked to 1 my endpoint and i using “ref” to detect fields. How and where I can change “ref” in new UI ?

Hi Typeform Community! Is there a way to populate hidden fields without a pre-existing integration? I am trying to create a feedback form for interviewed candidates. I am able to set up a webhook from our applicant tracking system and I can use Zapier to organize and send the data I need. Are there any Typeform API endpoints that allow my to personalize our form by candidate? Thanks in advance, -Ted

Hi all, We are using typeform on this page (form.typeform.com/to/DDypDR5X?typeform-medium=embed-snippet&typeform-embed=embed-fullpage) and would like to track the single steps with virtual pageviews in Google Analytics to display a full funnel through the process. Therefore, we implemented Google Tag Manager to the iFrame and are able to send events to the main container which fires the GA tracking, but we have the following issues: We only see one event for TypeformFirstInteraction (+ the TypeformSubmit in the very end) But we cannot see the TypeformQuestionPassed AND the FirstInteraction event fires twice. Also the information remains the same and we cannot tell what step fires which event. Is there a possibility to get this information from the page or can I add a custom dataLayer to every step? Hi there, We’re using Typeform to do a weekly, in-house pop quiz. I’ve got the Slack integration set up, but can’t seem to get it to send to a private channel or a group DM. We want to keep the results private, so sending the results to a public channel doesn’t work for us, and two of us are involved in this project so we’d ideally like two of us to get the Slack notifications. Does anyone know a way to do either of these, sending to a private channel or a group DM? Thanks!

We currently have a single slack channel that is private that we are sending multiple typeforms. We would like to add an additional typeform survey to this channel, however, the dropdown option is not populating the private channel we want. How do we add additional typeforms to this channel that are currently set to private? Zapier is not a paid service we use today, so looking for a workaround. Example: brand-survey-channel - this is private Currently we have 2 other typeforms sending data to this channel. we added a Google Data Studio integration for emailing reports, since then the slack channel no longer populates the end user submissions and only shows the report details Can we only have 1 integration to these services at a time? What other options, outside of archiving and starting new, are available?

My typeform embedded code when copied to HTML is not showing in the webpage. <div data-tf-widget="iAqv5S5U" data-tf-opacity="100" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Early Tester Contact us form" style="width:100%;height:500px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script> But when integrated with Canva it is showing in Canva infographic design. Also when there is a background video in the Canva infographic not able to interact with type form. When you click on form input it plays or pauses video. Is there a solution to interact with typeform placed on top of Canva infographic which has background Video. Regards Uday

Hello, I have a small problem with typeform with Divi on the mobile version of my wordpress site. Indeed when I go to the page of my site containing the typeform on my mobile and I open it, when I scroll i can see the text, the images and everything who is on the page hidding the typeform you can see on the l picture below.. By the way it doesn't do that on the web version.I don't understand where this problem comes from, does anyone know? Thanks a lot

Hej there ;) I created a big quiz on typeformstarting with 1 questions that can lead to 5 different topics. I embedded typeform on a webpage. The webpage alreday shows teaser in terms of the different 5 topics. I want to know if I can link a topic related question within my big question tree to the webpage so that I do not end up at the first question all the time.
