Integrate your typeform

After you’ve established a connection for data mapping (in my case, InfusionSoft), if you want to update or edit it this is not possible. You must DELETE the connection altogether and start over from scratch. It seems there should be an EDIT function instead of delete and start over. I have TypeForms with 20 questions and I have to manually re-map them to the correct fields any time I add a new question. This seems like an oversight. It’s quite a pain to have to delete and redo everytime you add a question. 

Hi, what permissions are needed for a non-system admin to see the Typeform Admin page in Salesforce? I installed the package for the relevant profile but the admin page is just loading when a user in that profile navigates to the tab. The profile has access to all Apex classes and Visualforce pages prefixed with typeform.

Hi, we are using native typeform integration, but it seems like the integration blocks the communication between the dataLayer object and Google TagManager.GTM cant see any events dispatched.When debugging GTM, all GTM events happen normally, but every time we need to use dataLayer, GTM cant see it.Thats the url: https://sofia-salud.typeform.com/to/Wmm83bDg/When we run this js command in the consoledataLayer.push({'event': 'formSent', 'testData':'testData'});We should see the event inside GTM debugger, but nothing happens. 

I’m aware that the current integration does not support lookup fields with Salesforce.  Is there a workaround in place where we can create a case that is associated with the correct account, given that we can store the Salesforce Account ID as a hidden field?

Hello Everyone 😆 I am contacting you because I just tested the MYSQL integration on zappier. It is great and it works just fine. I can push all the datas to a database when the form is sent. I have a question. Someone knows how the datas are handle when we use the ‘Upload’ form on Typeform. How the datas are sent to mysql ? For example, if i want on typeform offering the visitor to upload an image or a doc,how do I store it through mysql ? how typeform handle the data and send it to mysql ?  how the image is stored ? where i can find the doc and how typeform and mysql integration handle this integration regarding documents or images uploaded ?  Thank you for your help . 

I’m using the new feature to embed Typeform in a linktree.None of the UTM parameters are passing through to Typeform on form submission. Do I need to format the link differently? The first one: When "embedding" this Typeform, it doesn't adapt the dimensions neither in mobile nor in desktop, so it can't be done. Hello, I have multiple typeform forms and I need to integrate all of them into one airtable table.  The integration of the first typeform is OK but when I integrate the 2nd typeform form, it shows me only fields from the 1st typeform form, even though I am “connecting” from the 2nd typeform form.  How can I do this?

Is it possible to embed a Typeform in a PDF brochure.  Not a link which jumps out to the form in a browser but actually the form is completable and submitted whilst within/ veiwing the PDF?

Hi, Please let me know how to let students retry a quiz in a typeform embedded in migthy network course.I have created a points login where if they have enough points, they can then finish the course. However when there’s not enough score, they need to retry the course. I have tried to put the Typeform link on the “failed ending page” but it instead opens up the typeform quiz in a new browser tab.  Please help me with how to achieve thisThank You! Oka

We are leveraging Klaviyo to send out a feedback survey created with TypeForm. We want to pass along things like order#, email, and SKU through TypeForm responses.My question is two-fold:Am I missing something here in how I have this set up? For Klaviyo Merge Fields should I be concerned about the spaces? (or should I convert said spaces to ‘%20’ ) 

We have a quiz that is integrated with HubSpot but the responses are not sending to HubSpot. Does anyone know what we can do because the information on the landing page after the quiz contains information linked to answers on the quiz? Please help 

Hi there,  I would like to create a “what’s the best product for you” type of output quiz out of a database I have set up in Airtable, in such a way that a specific set of answers to the questions will match the fields of the database leading up to a single output from the database. Is that something that can be done in Typeform or do I have to set up each individual output manually? Specifically concerned about managing the database and quiz sustainably as expect to have a high volume of outputs.  Thank you

Hi guys :) i know this question had been asked before, but I could not use the solutions given.#I trying to set Filters via Zapier to send different endings via e-mail in klick-tipp.The problem is that I can’t figure out how to set the filters.I came up with outcome ID, winning ID etc. but there are no values.Then i opend the api forms and had a whole bunch of numbers for winning ID but i still don’t know how to set this up. If you need any kind of screenshot i’ll send you :)  Thank you for your help!RegardsMaraike

Hey there! I realise it isn’t currently possible to edit an existing Airtable integration but can I add a vote to have this developed please? It’s a real pain to have to go back, delete and then add again, mapping fields and then retest everything :(It looks like you’re working through third party integrations and adding these features. It might be useful to publish a list and allow people to flag their interest. I’m guessing being able to edit any integration once created would be really useful.

Hello and help!I have created a quiz with 5 different endings based on the answers provided (ie., think various personality types). My goal is to have the user enter an email automation campaign through Active Campaign that is segmented based on their outcome. Example:They have entered their email information through type form, they finish the typeform and their outcome is ‘x’, and from there they receive a series of emails through active campaign based on their outcome. I have connected Typeform to Active campaign, I have tried to search for answers on Zapier,  but I am stuck on how to get the typeform users into an automated campaign on Activecampaign based on their ‘outcome’ on Type form.  The areas i have looked at on Zapier seem like generic email Help!!Any assistance?

What are the CRM’s that Typeform and VideoAsk integrate with for dropping the form data into automatically? We use Infusionsoft / Keap, ActiveCampaign, Kajabi and Copper. Do any of these work?

Hey there, I used a template Typeform and fully customised it. When I go to connect with the AC it seems to have all the old questions/fields and none of my new ones, I did this a fair few days ago and my other forms where I’ve also used templates seem to be working fine. Anyone had this before?

Hi - I have a WordPress microsite we’re using as a landing page where the CTA is a button that opens a TypeForm in a popup. I would like to have a hidden field in TypeForm that is dynamically set to the value of URL parameter. For example:if the URL is mymicrosite.com/?source=partnerA&campaign=sept2022 How do I set the hidden fields in the embedded TF?The goal is to be able to run multiple campaigns simultaneously and track each signup to a campaign. Thank you in advance for your assistance.Graham 

Hi,I just integrated Salesforce to Typeform and tried to map 2 simple forms. I’ve gotten all the fields to integrate correctly with the except of Yes/No questions that aren’t appearing in the “Salesforce field” section. I tried to change the type of question in Typeform to “Multiple choice” with “yes” and “no” answers, nothing’s changed. Fyi : those fields in Salesforce are picklists with “yes” and “no” answers.Any ideas ?Many thanks in advance.
