Quiz isn't updated

I have a 10 question quiz, that is set with a score for each question. But when I embed it in my landing page, only the first 5 questions show.Same thing when I send this an a link in an email.Any ideas why I can’t see all 10 questions? Thanks,

Analytics Tracking for iframe embedded Typeform

We have some typeforms on our website embedded in an iframe. Currently all users of the forms show up with source direct/none in Analytics because our website calls the iframe.How can we manage to see the real source of the visitor (e.g. paid search)?

Incorrect Webhook Payload

I’m using webhooks to fetch the entry info on submit. Can you delete a row of data from google sheets or will it mess up the way typeform sends information to the google sheets?

Property Attribute with Klaviyo

Hi, I need help with Klaviyo integeration I have made a form in Klaviyo Just a quick example is here What type your hair is? Dry Damaged  OilySo what I want here is if some one selects Oily Hair this feature should be added to users’ profile as a property instead of just additional info. I talked to Klaviyo and they said only Type Form can do it at their end, otherwise this info will remain in the Additional info section instead of Property Attribute. ( with property attribute I can segmentize users based on their hair types and send them emails accordingly.) Please help. thanks.

Mailchimp not receiving responses?

I’m a newbie! I have been struggling to find the reason why Mailchimp is not receiving the responses to my beautiful typeform. Alas, I have been trying to figure this out for hours, after many attempts. I’m grateful to ask here, but at a standstill. Thanks to anyone who can help me find the way through!

Webhooks IP range

Does Typeform has a specific IP address range from which it will send the webhooks requests? I was thinking in locking the service access depending on the IP from which the request came from.

Google Sheets - How to add calculations to a spreadsheet without breaking the Typeform integration

Hi there, Lasse from Typeform Support here. When integrating a Typeforms to a spreadsheet like Google, adding calculations to the tab where the form is integrated often break the integration. We recommend to always work on the data in another tab in the sheet. To showcase a way to do this, I have created the video below(6 min) where I use Google Sheets own =ARRAYFORMULA() and =IF() methods. In the video I also show a way to change data from True/False to a number (1 or 0) using the =IF() method.

I edited my Google Sheet and now need to make a new Integration

I did make a change to my Google Sheet last week and see that the connection has been broken in Typeform. Reading from other posts I understand the instructions are to ‘remove the integration and set it up again in a new spreadsheet using the same credentials’. My current sheet has over 6,000 saved responses already. I see there is a limit of 3,000 old responses that can basically be backfilled upon new integration setup. Should I move all of my existing data over to a new sheet?And will Typeform know to populated the next blank row?Does it matter if I give this new sheet the same name? I understand it shouldn’t have the same name as the Typeform survey. Thanks in advance for your help!

URL Not Present?

Morning Everyone Wondering if there is anyone able to help…. I am attempting to past my link into a submission button on my clickfunnels page. I have set the action step to go to the typeform link upon submission. My typeform doesnt come up and no matter what I do I keep getting this page come up: ????? If anyone can help with this I would really appreciate it as I cannot for the life of my understand what the issue is.

Help with collecting multiple emails in a survey and using a Zap to send emails?

I can’t figure this out, and I’m new to both Zapier and Typeform, so not sure if it’s me, or what I want isn’t possible.I’m trying to use Typeform “long paragraph” answer to collect email addresses (listed separated by a comma or semicolan) that the person provides.  In other words “Give me the emails of your friends you want Klouf to reach out to on your behalf.”  I want to then send THOSE people a separate email (it’s a passthrough function) immediately. I got excited that I could set up a Zap that would send those people an automated message, but I keep getting an error in the “to” function. I dragged in the right question (give me the emails...), but  it’s not working. I’m wondering if maybe you can’t include more than one email address? or is there a way they must be formatted?Thanks so much. I was SO excited that I didn’t have to do this manually, but now am lost:( cheers,Jessica

Forms to Docs to Sign to Email

Hi Typeform Community, I’ve tried contacting Typeform support and have not received responses to multiple follow ups. No idea why. (Is this typical of Typeform support?) But I do love this community support function. Currently my company uses Formstack (formerly WebMerge) to create Forms that merge to Documents that are then sent for Digital Signatures and finally, the completed documents are saved in a shared drive and/or emailed off to the appropriate people.  Is this something that Typeform can accomplish as well using merging, API’s and integrations? Does anyone here have first hand experience in creating these workflows and merges? Thanks for any help!

GA Demographic Data from typeform survey?

Hello,I have connected GA to typefrom and tested filling out the form to see if the events/users are showing in GA. That worked but I am wondering if typeform passes the demographic or interest data along to GA. I had 5 people fill it out. I made an audience to filer the page containing the typeform ID. But no Demographic or Interest data is showing. It does show Geo, Technology, & Mobile.I am trying to get out of asking demographic questions within my survey if they can be tracked automatically.Any help would be appriecated.

Turning off cookie for multiple use form HUBSPOT

We use a form to capture clients details but the form is filled in by a member of staff. I push this data to Hubspot to create a client record. Problem is Hubspot sees the cookie and attributes the clients to the same company due to the cookie from the one member of staffs computer.  How do I stop this?

How to track conversions in Google Analytics?

Hi,I would like to know how I can do to visualize typeform conversions in Google Analytics in such a way that they appear to me from the source of the page where the conversion was made. The typeform has Google Analytics integration enabled and it appears as a pop-up on my website when clicked.Right now what I see in Google Analytics is the entire Typeform URL but not that the conversion was made from the page where the typeform is.See the image below for reference: Thanks for the help you can provide me!

Update Pipedrive Deal information when new survey submitted

I am trying to update an existing contact record in pipedrive once an existing client completes a typeform. I know this is possible with hubspot integration, where it matches the contact record email fields and then updates any fields from Typeform to Hubspot. I can’t find how we can do this in Pipedrive though. Is there a way? For example, if we already know user email = sean@cahill.cpaAnd then they enter values in typeform, and we match those values and questions to data fields in our CRM for pipedrive, can we not integrate and have this update our CRM as well?

Typeform won't publish on my wesbite

Hello everyone! I am new to TypeForm so could really use your help. I created this form and embedded this on my website (Go Daddy builder). But when I publish the update, the Typeform doesn’t show up. Does it take a few days to propagate onto a third party website? It’s been over 24 hours! Is this normal? Please advice!

Embedded form will not show as the correct size

Hi my typeform is showing the correct width but minimal height - see wildpoppyperfumes.com.au and ‘what is your perfume code’  I have tried every type of install and changed heights and widths from pixels and back to percentage - nothing changes in the height

quiz questions not showing on google sheet

hi - noob here. i’ve done one typeform integration to google sheets, and it works great. i did my second one, and i have problems. i started with a sample quiz, removing the two sample questions and adding my own questions. the google sheet still shows the two original questions, to which there are no answers. is it safe to delete these columns from the google sheet? the first three questions are name (short text), email, and phone. these do not appear on my google sheet at all. this is the most important thing i need to get besides the score. the columns on the sheet do no match up with my questions. i can live with this, but it’s weird. what do i need to do to get the name, email, and phone answers to show up? is there something embedded somewhere i can’t see? do i need to start over? it’s a 79 question test, so i’d rather not have to start over! thanks!

I use one form/quiz across five different websites and want to be able to track events in five different Google Analytics accounts.Is this possible?We currently have it set up in one, which is okay but all five markets are really important from an analytics POV.
