Integrate your typeform

I have created a form in Typeform to collect new leads. I have roughly 200 responses in this form but I have not set up a workflow to send an email to these respondents/new leads yet.I have googled how to set up a workflow and all I can find is how to trigger an email to NEW Typeform entries.Will this still work for completed entries already in the Typeform form? 

I have a client who has a Typeform embedded across multiple pages of their website. We are running Meta ads and using UTM parameters to track traffic. The challenge is that we are sending traffic to the homepage with UTM parameters appended to the URL, but users often complete their journey on a different page where the Typeform is embedded. As a result, the UTM parameters are not available in the Typeform submission because Typeform only captures UTMs if they are present in the address bar.I also attempted to pass the UTM data to the URL of the destination page with JavaScript, but this solution is inconsistent—sometimes it works, but in most cases, the UTMs are still missing in the form submissions entries. Key details:1. The website is built on WordPress.2. The issue doesn’t occur when I test it myself; it works perfectly in those cases. How can we ensure that all form submissions consistently capture the UTM parameters? 

Hi, Lately i´ve been trying to connect my typeform con my zoho CRM and i´ve been having an issue. I follow the next steps:-My typeform->Connect>ZohoCRM.When selecting the account i want to use the page goes white and i I can´t do anything:I hope you can help me with this issue. Looking forward to your reply.

We are experiencing an issue with the integration between Typeform and our CRM, Pipedrive. Specifically, two important system fields in Pipedrive are not being recognized or integrated correctly:"Source Field" "Source Field Identifier"These fields are critical for us to track the origin of our leads effectively. Without them, the integration does not provide the full functionality we need to manage and analyze lead data.I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this issue.Thanks!

Hello everyone,It came to my attention that on some cases once the partial submit is complete, Typeform triggers a web hook to notify us regarding this. However, the last answered question in the form(which is before the partial submit section), is not included in the payload.This has caused our endpoint to raise bad request for such web hooks and not collecting such responses.Could you please advise on this?Thanks,

As I am from Australia I am just catching up on the Typeforum videos. Victor mentions here at 37.15 that Typeform can send data to relevant API… As I have used typeform for years I am looking at mining out all of the email addresses and phone numbers captured across all of my typeforms to load into my CRM for newsletters. What is the best app to use?  

Unless I’m missing it within all the updates, which are great but we are still missing one of the most basis features needed in survey completion… We need simple and easy way to generate end of survey unique referral codes!  This is very import to us in the paid market research field.  Please get with it Typeform.  Us paying customers have been waiting for this.  Even survey monkey (which is no Typeform) offers it now.    

Hello,I am trying to map variables to my Make.com scenario, but there aren’t any instructions that I can find. I have attempted to input the variable’s name as the “key” value but it doesn’t return any results upon submission. The information records correctly in “responses”, so I know the variables are setup correctly. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.  

Ok, so I have set up my second Stripe account, and Typeform automatically recognizes that account by my email. I’m skeptical - is that really all that it takes? That’s all that I can find in the Typeform instructions, but on the Stripe side it looks like there is a ton of coding that needs to happen to make the connection.I’m not terribly fluent in Stripe (our other account, for a different platform, was set up years ago), and it looks on that side like there are codes that need to be exchanged. For one, how would Typeform know from my email to send funds to the new account, vs. the old one (same email)? All of the instructions I can find in Tyepform only link to Stripe pages for that end of things, and the Stripe pages are indecipherable to me. Could someone confirm that there is more to it than just a) having a Stripe account, and b) entering that email into the Payment Question field? Even better, could someone offer tips on what needs to be done on the Stripe side?Note, I also can’

HiiI am struggling with a question: How can I bring contact details from an optin to a Typeform?Potential leads fill in on my website an optin with name and email. After that the lead comes on a thankyou page on my website where they can fill in the Typeform. In the Typeform are Hidden Fields. How to get the contactdetails in the hidden fields?(the contact details are also going to ActiveCampaign but there is no option that AC pushes them to Typeform)Any suggestions?Kind Regard, John 

Hi We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign.  The problem is that some of the form submissions are not going through to ActiveCampaign, but some are going through fine.  I can’t see a way to troubleshoot this, so wondering if anyone can help? What are the common problems with this integration? Or is there a way to find what my problem is?  Many thanks! 

We send out an NPS survey using Typeform with User’s ID as a hidden field. I’d like to sync the responses to the Hubspot contact of respondents based on that ID, but I can’t get it to work at all, either as a hidden field or in the body of the survey. Is what I’m trying to do even possible?  

I have a video field in my form (multi-format) and I have been trying to download that video through API - most specifically, through Make.com But the file keeps being downloaded as a m3u8 file type Is there another way of downloading the video from this multi-format field? Hello,I’m trying to delete every single integration from my form, so far it’s worked with only a few, but when trying to delete Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, they just show up as active once again, even though I’m not on the Business Plan anymore, therefore I’m unable to publish one of my forms.All help on this topic is appreciated :)

We are integrated with Salesforce, and our Typeform questionnaire ends on either a “Qualified” or “Disqualified” screen. Is there a way to keep Typeform from creating a record in Salesforce if it reaches the “Disqualifed” end screen? Or only create records if “Qualified”.

I have a long list of multiple choice options. I have 1 question where there are 10 options and another where there are 20 options. I want all the options to appear without the user being required to scroll within the TypeForm widget. IE if they need to scroll down, I want them to scroll down on the web page. I have struggled with figuring out a way to do it.

Hi TF,As per Neilm27 post a year ago, I’m also having issues with some form submissions going through to ActiveCampaign and some not.But I’ve just discovered for me that it only happens with leads that already exist in our ActiveCampaign contact list. For some reason Typeform doesn’t send through the form field data and update the existing contact in ActiveCampaign with the same email?Is there anyway to resolve this on Typeform end? We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign. 

Hi, Hopefully someone knows what's going on here :)I've embedded my typeform on a webpage. https://www.bever.nl/services/bever-koopt-terug.htmlMy end screens have a button ‘Start over’ which leads to the embedded form The first time it works perfectly, it reloads the form in the iframe and there you are. However, if you fill out the form a second time and use the button again, it leads to a different URL:https://9zsfh4wfry0.typeform.com/BKTV2?typeform-source=9zsfh4wfry0.typeform.comIt opens in the parent tab, not in the iframe. It only does that the second time. I have no clue why this happens. The expected behaviour is that it again reloads the form in the iframe like it does the first time. Hi community, 🗨️ I am having an issue with embedding forms. While editing on Elementor, the form with drop down actually looks great like a form should.🗨️ When viewed from the live site, it has horrible UX/UI with buttons/options covering the dropdown. (Please see both below). 👇🏽⚠️ The same effect happens regardless if it is in a small or restricted container or not.❓ How can I fix this?

I am setting up a feedback form, if a client answers positively to the first 3 questions i would like it to direct them to create a Google Review. If they respond negatively i would like them to continue to fill out the form for us to internally access the feedback. Can this be set up in logic?
