Manage your Typeform account

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. I used Typeform before (2018) and the basic monthly subscription was also around the $20-$30 dollar range so I thought ok, that's what I'll do again.I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than EUR300?! I am a grad student with no work at the moment and this is my rent money they took. :( I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.

We had an active survey in a workspace that had over 100 responses in it. The account owner (head of our department) has changed up who has access to Typeform, and upon regaining access, that workspace seems to have disappeared, and I think the workspace may have been deleted.  That workspace contained an active survey, and now I’m not sure if this will cause breakage on the FE application for our users, plus now I can’t access the survey data.  Is there any way to undo what the account owner did?  Is there any way to regain access to that survey data?

hey there. one of our team members accidentally removed another team member who created some forms. now when we invite them back the forms they created are not visible. but the published forms still work. can someone plz help us with this? we are in a crunch situation and needs the details of ppl who submitted the forms. our account should be under shilpi@goodfin.com please let me know if you need any info.

Hi everyone,I would like to know if there is already a setting in Typeform that allows me to see on the main overview page in my workspace whether a survey is active or inactive. At the moment, I need to click into each survey to check its status, which is a bit time-consuming.Is there an option or setting available to display this directly in the survey list? Thanks in advance!

Is there any way how to move more typeforms at once between workspaces? And if not, why is that? We make workshops for schools and we have hundreds of typeforms per year, once the workshop is over we move the typeform to workspace named Past workshops. If we could do it in bulks, it would make our life easier.

does anyone know how do i get each respond to my email. it worked for me in the older version, but as i understand it now i only can do it with Zappier, which i am not really sure what it is. and email notification shoult be a basic thing :(

Hi Typeform team,I signed up for a paid plan using my personal email and accidentally selected the Google login option. I’d like to change the account email to a shared business email for long-term team use, but I’m currently locked into the Google login and can’t set a password or update the email. Can you help me either:Convert the account to a regular email + password login, orChange the email address tied to the account?I want to make sure I keep my subscription and forms but move everything over to a more transferable setup. Thanks so much!Terell

How can I get in touch directly with customer service from Typeform? There must be one.

Hi there, I didn’t realize I was on annual renewal and was just billed for another 12 months. Is there a way I could be refunded and just pay the monthly amount instead? Thank you much. My email is: nickmattifit@gmail.com  Thanks, Nick

Hi there, I am currently not utilising this software and wish to pause, or if not, cancel my subscription as it’s costly for not using. I have a few queries/issues:I’m not clear on whether cancelling means you can reinstate and access all your previous data or not The help page says to scroll down to see cancellation option, but there is none ‘Contact support’ goes nowhere. See here:  Ideally I’d appreciate pausing for now. It’d be great to connect with a real human and get hold of actual customer support. Many thanks, Anna

Ok, I don’t get it. We are now in 2025, everything is custom except one thing, the social media icons at the end of a typeform.THAT IS RIDICULOUS.🤔We’re a dog trainer, we will never ever use linkedin or X (x rocks), we use instagram and facebook. And we don’t want our clients to share the forms, but we do want clients to visit our social media which is also not available?? That sucks!Make this happen Typeform.

Hello, we have multiple accounts working on mutliple worspaces. My Gallery is populated for one user, but it’s empty for the other. Is it possible to share the Gallery with other users?

Can we sort out workspaces in alphabetical order ?If yes, how ?

Does anyone know the customer support contact phone number?

We have a Typeform Business account, but we are unable to contact support through the Typeform admin panel. This issue has been ongoing for several days. We have already tried clearing browser cookies and logging in using an incognito session on Google Chrome, but neither approach has worked. When we click the “Support” button in the admin panel, we receive the following message: “Messages could not be loadedTap to retry” Tapping “retry” does not resolve the issue. Can someone help? Thanks in advanced

Hello everyone,we have many many typeforms for many topics in our company and use them internally and externally in four and sometimes five languages. To get some order we have a lot of workspaces, usually one for every language/country.However some of these workspaces are getting pretty filled up now and sometimes we have to search for a few moments to find a relevant typeform survey/quiz.  I now have the following question: Is it possible to create folders in workspaces in order to get a better overview over the typeforms in the workspace and sort them separately? This would be super helpful. Thanks.

Hi everyone, I canceled my VideoAsk account, but I’ve noticed I’m still being charged even after the cancellation. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d like to understand if this is an isolated case or if there’s something else I need to do besides canceling through the platform. Any tips or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I had a free student’s plan (through GitHub) which I used once for a classroom project and never used Typeform again. I recently graduated. I got a mail out of the blue saying 539€ were paid for an annual subscription renewal. That’s a disastrous unplanned expense for me as an immigrant unemployed fresh graduate in Europe. Kindly cancel my subscription and please issue me a refund of the 539€.What might help (for others, in future) is a reminder email a week *before* the renewal date with a choice to continue or discontinue the subscription. I have already raised a ticket and recieved an auto-generated response, but it is very stressful for me untill and unless I get the refund or at least an assuring response from a contact person (not auto-generated).

How can I contact support/Accounts to fix an issue.  I also want to change from Yearly to Monthly, however all buttons greyed out.

I’m planning to subscribe to Typeform's monthly Business Plan to launch a fundraising initiative for my company, where participants will be required to make a donation before taking a quiz. While I value the data analytics and priority support provided by the Business Plan, our company only plans to use the quiz for a three-month period each year.We intend to make this an annual initiative, but we’d prefer to pay monthly for the Business Plan during the active months when the form is live. During the off months, we’d like to switch to the free plan to avoid unnecessary costs. Is it possible to do this without losing any essential user analytics or elements of the form, and would we be able to reactivate the Business Plan the following year without any issues?

Good evening Typeform,I want to stop an automatic subscription renewal. Now 107.69 euros have been automatically taken from my bank account. I did not agree to the extension of the subscription and I would kindly ask you to return my money to me, as well as to cancel this automatic withdrawal of money. Please, take into consideration my situation (nobody informed me about this process as well as nobody have asked about my confirmation). I wrote you an email as soon as I saw your email about invoice. With best regards,Kateryna Bartashovych

hiwhen i clone a form the image that appears in workspace is the same, even if i change the theme of the form.therefore i have a lot of forms with same image in my workspace.are there a way to change the image associated to a form in workspace for easily identified forms?thanks

Hello! Yesterday I went into Typeform and saw that My Workspace is empty.  When I connect to my account, its seen like new. All the forms are gone, none of the forms that were created earlier are missing. How can this be restored? I'm writing here because the support chat doesn't load in any browser either. I really need your help. Please help me restore my forms.
