Hi team, I’ve been trying to upgrade from a free to a paying plan but I keep getting an error message after clicking the ‘upgrade’ button. I’ve tried everything, other browsers, incognito, pop-up blockers, nothing works. Can you please advise, thank you. Dylan

I swear I setup a form inside on my Microsoft account with Typeform. But, when I look at the forms, I only see one form that’s not the correct one. I still have the URL of the form that I sent out and it’s still live, but I am not sure what account that lives in. I am trying to change my subscription from Basic to Free because the project that needed answers have finished.I can go all the way through selecting the Free subscription and answering all the questions, but when I arrive on the final confirmation page, the Confirm button it deactivated and nothing seems to be able to change that.Any idea why this is - I need to cancel within 5 days or a new month’s payment is drawn from my bank.

On September 16th, 2024, we mistakenly activated an annual plan and received the invoice with the number IN-2024-824954, for a total amount of 302.50 EUR. For the new free plan, you get 10 responses per month with an unlimited number of surveys. Does this mean that only 10 people per month can answer one of our surveys under the free plan? It also says that responses won’t be lost, so...I am unclear. What is purpose of having unlimited surveys if only 10 people per month can answer them? Even for a free plan, that seems entirely not useful. What am I not understanding? Thank you!

I only needed to do one survey for one project in July. I swear I cancelled my subscription when it was done, but my boss just came to me and said we were billed for August and when I logged into my account I see it is still active and they are about to bill us for September too! So I try to cancel, but when I get to the end of your survey, the cancel button is grayed out! I also am unable to delete my payment method. I am also unable to instant chat with you bc I only had the basic plan. I hope to have a prompt cancellation AND a refund of the two months I didn’t even want or use. Seriously.

The payment was not approved because the stopped card was registered. I don't think I'll use it for a while because it's not frequently used. I have an issue that has been going on and putting my business on hold for nearly 3 weeks now. 2 forms disappeared, now I’ve found that 2 forms have logic that is no longer working and was as recently as last week. I have tweeted, emailed, EVERYTHING - I saw there is live chat if you upgrade to the business plan - so I did that...I followed the instructions on where to find live chat - its not an option in my account. I NEED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OR CHAT - whatever - to get this addressed TODAY.
