Manage your Typeform account

I sent an email 8 December 2020 to billing@typeform.com asking to cancel my subscription. I am continuously getting charged for a service I do not use! HELP!

Hey, so I’m currently using Typeform Professional Plan (now Plus Plan) by GitHub Student Developers Pack. So, since I have free access for Typeform Plus for 1 year, I thought I can use the hell out of it, but I found out that I cannot apply “Remove Typeform Branding” or like other functions on Plus plan. Anyone know why there is the limit on it? For more infos, attached the photos here.

Hi there. Posting this question on behalf of @OXO who said he asked the community but I can’t really find his topic anywhere. I would like to upgrade. From basic to the next lever There is no upgrade button when I sign in OXO, this article should explain it all about upgrading. Can’t you see the button? Would be great if you could share a screenshot so we can ‘see’ what’s going on.

I’m on the basic plan, but paid for a year, with a limit of 250 responses. I want to upgrade to 750 responses for this month only (pay monthly). But Typeform only says this will go into affect after the year subscription has renewed. How can I temporarily upgrade to 750 responses?

I havre tried numerous times to cancel my Typeform account. When I get to “email authentication” and it tries to sign me in it says my password is incorrect (which is impossible since it uses my thumbprint on my iMac). This community chat is my last effort. If it doesn’t get resolved I will report this to Google. This is a poor online interaction & delivery system.

Hello, I go to the settings, then plan and billing to change my plan into a free one. But the “change my plan” icon is in light grey and it’s impossible to click on it. I tried to find an answer but couldn’t. Could someone help me find the answer please. Thank you

Hello, I’m newbie from south korea. I have a few questions about the subscription. I’m going to decide between yearly and monthly plan after I use it for a month. So I would appreciate it if I can get guide for questions below! I’m going to pay for the monthly business plan from today, Is it right that I can use my plan until Oct 3rd even if I cancel the billing before the next subscription date? or should I have to wait till Oct 3rd to cancel? Even if plan changes from business to free (after oct 3rd), Can I keep the business plan’s features that I made before? (Such as GA Tagging or Sales force integration.)

I upgraded my account to business but it doesn't appear in my login and I don't know what else to do

The plan has been arbitrarily changed. I used a basic monthly plan by paying with my personal card, but changed to an annual plus plan using my company card. However, one month after I paid for the Basic Plan, the Basic Plan was automatically paid with my personal card. I would like to receive a refund for the portion I paid with my personal card.

I will no longer use your service. Cancel my yearly plan immediately and refund.

I want to create a survey of 2 questions ( plus their name and date) to approx 90 people, part of our yoga community, but I can’t find a free one to do this - any ideas ? All the ones I can find have a limit of 10 - 40 responses, or I have to signup for a year. Thanks

What pricing/ plan do I currently have?

When I click on the settings under my account name, there is no “Account” section on the left hand panel. There is only a “Profile” section (see my entire left hand section below). I am trying to access my invoices, but cannot even find the “Plan & billing” tab on the left. It doesn’t exist. Any ideas on how to find that?
