Share your typeform

I have a few Typeform surveys that are no longer active, and I’d like to stop accepting responses. Unfortunately, the links to these forms are still circulating, and I want to make sure no one can submit anything through them anymore. However, I don’t want to delete the forms, since I still need access to the existing response data. Is there a way to disable the form or make it inactive so people see a message that it’s closed, without losing the data? Ideally, I’d like to preserve the form structure and results, but prevent any new responses from being submitted. Thanks in advance for your help!

Hello,My quiz isn’t displaying correctly on mobile. I’ve tried both selecting “full-screen on mobile” on and off. When full-screen on mobile is enabled, the questions are cut off at the first line. When the toggle of the full-screen on mobile is turned off, the questions are displayed but because the number of selectable answers is quite long users need to scroll down and answers are cut off and you aren’t able to select next to go to the next question. The full-screen has the better user experience, so I would prefer to use that option, but how do I stop the question from getting cut off at the top? Thank you!

I recently built a form and have shared it with 3 individuals to test. 2 out of the 3 individuals can access the form fine. however, one gets the “sorry, you can’t access this Typeform until creator says so” error message. the same individual only gets this message when they access the form on a laptop, it works fine on a phone.i have also tested the form using multiple browsers and 2 different devices and it has always opened fine. i did read on another post that potentially sharing before publishing will cause this issue, and i believe this is something i may have done.the form is open to new responses (i.e. not closed)link to form here: https://innertemple.typeform.com/to/XLaz9gZ3#serial=xxxxx

My NPS is stacked on a few lines and the labels are not in the correct place. Does anyone know how to fix the NSP

Hi all, I’ve had a number of emails from Chinese clients recently who’ve said they’re experiencing problems uploading files to one of our Typeforms. We have a lot of Chinese clients and have had no issues with this in the past, but they are nearly all getting the error message: “An error occurred while uploading the file”. It’s not to do with the file size as they’ve checked it’s under 10MB. Is this a recent issue, and are others aware of this? They’re able to complete other Typeforms that don’t require a file upload… Many thanks!

Hallo there,We've been using Typeform for a few days now, have a business plan, and our goal was actually to make our surveys multilingual. So far, so good, but unfortunately, AI has its limitations. For this, we downloaded individual translations and manually adjusted some things. When uploading, no matter which language we choose, we always get an error message saying "We could not upload this translation. Try again." Even if we download the translation and then immediately try to upload it again without making any changes, the same thing happens. What can we do?

The preview as well as the survey link say “no healthy upstream”.

Hello all,I'm a Typeform newbie and just began building forms for my site, but I'm having some issues. I adore how simple it is to create questions and build the forms, but I'm having a hard time making the forms more tailored to fit my brand's aesthetic. In particular, I'm having issues with changing colors, fonts, and layout to get the forms to look cohesive with the overall appearance of my site.Does anyone have any advice or best practices for beginners on how to effectively customize Typeform forms? I've noticed that there are settings to include custom CSS, but I'm not sure how to implement that. Also, how do I make sure that my forms are mobile-friendly since most of my users access the site via their phones?Additionally, I’ve been exploring Generative AI Training and wonder if there are any ways to integrate AI-driven features into my Typeform forms. I’ve read some of the help articles, but I’d love to hear from those who have hands-on experience. Any advice on creating forms t

Hello, people. Can i have two links with the same survey? One to be send and the other to make personal interviews?Thank you

This is my experience, attempting to utilize type forms heavily advertised multilingual, functionally.I upgraded to Professional because Typeform advertises AI support for multilingual forms. As soon as I upgraded and tried to use this feature, I was immediately hit with an error telling me that my form is too long and that I need to shorten it if I want AI translations. Nowhere was this limitation disclosed before upgrading. Not willing to give up, I manually translated my form using DeepL, then followed Typeform’s own instructions to upload the translated content via the provided spreadsheet template. After successfully uploading the translation, Im then informed I have absolutely ZERO control over whether it actually gets displayed to users. Instead, the only thing that determines which language my form shows in is the user’s browser settings—something I have no control over whatsoever.Let me be clear: This is NOT how the internet works in 2025. Every modern platform allows creators

Does anyone know if you can have a personal typeform essentially? What we are looking to try is if a customer can input their data in a Typeform, and then we want to have them update it every 6 months or so. We don’t want them to have to send a new blank form for them to just re-type the same info again, so we want to see if there is a way to send them the previous Typeform, this time just asking them if there are any updates to the data...if so they can update, and if not they can skip the question and use the answer they provided last time. This would be ideally across an entire customer base. Any thoughts if this is possible or even practical to implement?

Hi there! I'm creating a form that is to be sent to various wapp groups. When they click the link, i would like to know from which wapp group they are from.l, as will initially only be collecting emails rather than phone numbers. It would also help me screen respondents without asking too many ID questions upforont. Please help.

Hi everyone,Is it possible to ensure that a client can only submit the questionnaire once? Which Typeform option allows this?Thank you for your answer

Hello,I used Typeform’s QR function to share my survey on flyers. We are about to end the survey but I am wondering if I can redirect the QR code to a different website so that my community partners do not have to take down all the flyers which contain other good information for their patrons. Thanks for your help!Kelly

I need urgent help — all my surveys are offline and I can't upgrade the plan. The payment is scheduled for the 15th, but if there's a way to move it forward so the forms can be reactivated, that would be great

Hi All!I created a form and want to share it as a template with people outside my workspace.Do you know of a way to do it?Thanks! :)

Hello,I'm working on a voting system for a competition. I need to know if it's possible to share a poll with a pre-selected answer. Specifically, I want to vote for a leader and then share a link to the poll with my friends, where my chosen leader is already selected as the default option. This way, friends can easily support my choice without having to search for the leader's name in the poll.

I typically duplicate the same Typeform for each new one I create and make the necessary edits. This one shows my correct title everywhere except the tab name - so when guests click the link to the first Typeform the tab says the name of a different one. This is the first time this has happened - anyone know how to solve it?

We are doing a receipt capture with our team but we have noticed that when our team members are in other countries the our users will get bogged down at the upload an image area and it just gives them the circle of death. Is there a way to reduce image size or a different work around that would work better?Thank You!

Hi all, my team are looking to use Typeform to collect data on different pages of our website e.g. How useful did you find this page? with a 1 - 5 start rating. The issue I’m facing is how to track which page of the website each response is coming from. The best solution I have for now is to use the utm_source however this would require setting a new embed for every page and writing a custom utm for each one. This is ok but a bit time consuming. Is there another way that a single embed can track the URL of the page it’s been completed on? I’ve turned on “Read URL parameters” which claims to read the whole URL but this doesn’t get pulled into the results page.Any integrations that have this feature do let me know. Thanks!

I need to send one of my typeforms to a person on my team.  How do I send them the completed forms automatically with responses to thier email address.  thanks.

Hi! I have a project where participants will engage with a simulation I’ve built on Typeform. However, I don’t want them to access the Typeform before a specific time during my conference. The challenge is that I need to share the QR code with them in advance because I’m using Microsoft Teams, which doesn’t allow sending images in breakout rooms. Is there a way to share the QR code beforehand while restricting access to the Typeform until I’m ready?

I'm planning to create a public quiz using Typeform's Business plan. Once it's live, will multiple users be able to take the quiz separately and at the same time?

Hi there, I am asking for something that I don’t know if it’s possible. We just upgraded our plan in order to have multilingual Typeforms, which is great. We have our website in several languages and we need to embed the form in a particular language according to the website language. Example: website in English, form in English. Currently, the option that we see is that we translate the typeform and when embeded it detects the browser language and offers the option to translate the typeform (if the browser is in German, one can translate the form into German, but it appears in the original language first)The question is: is it possible to get a different ID for the typeform for each language translated with the multilingual tool so we can embed it in the website?
