Share a poll with a pre-defined option

Hello,I'm working on a voting system for a competition. I need to know if it's possible to share a poll with a pre-selected answer. Specifically, I want to vote for a leader and then share a link to the poll with my friends, where my chosen leader is already selected as the default option. This way, friends can easily support my choice without having to search for the leader's name in the poll.

I'm getting the "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" but it doesn't tell me what feature that is, so I can't rectify it

I’ve been a paying USD 50 a month customer for years on the Plus plan but I’ve just downgraded to the basic plan and now two of my Typeforms have gone offline and I can’t figure out how to get them back online.The issue seems to be that I used to have a redirect on Thank you page feature that’s not part of the Basic Plan. No worries, I’ve removed this, or at least I think I have! The feature has been moved recently it seems so perhaps the system is not recognising that I’ve removed it now.When I go to publish the type forms I’m getting an "Your typeform uses one or more features not available in your plan" message that prevents me from publishing it. This message is not informative and doesn’t tell me what I need to do to enable me to publish the type forms. Therefore, I’m stuck and can’t see how to resolve it.There are no article that I can see in the Help centre that address this issue either.So despite paying Typeform thousands of dollars over the years I can’t talk to anyone about

Capturing the answers of an embedded question withoug pressing the Submit button

I recently got an email about the new feature that was supposed to be launched today: capturing the answer of a question embedded in an email directly so that the customer doesn’t need to press the submit button. This is very useful and certainly a welcome feature!Now the day has come but there is no information about this to be found and based on my experiments it works like it always has. Does anybody have any information about this? For what it’s worth, I’m not using the embed code as such but direct links with the “&answers” parameter in my email. (I postponed launching one NPS campaign because of this, so I would like to know if this is still to be expected. If not, I will need to launch it with the old method since the holiday season is approaching.)

Leave 'amp;' out of my link in Marketing Cloud

I want to link to a Typeform survey using a generated link that includes Fname, Company and Account Manager. I got the link working, but when I send out an email, Marketing cloud includes amp; in the link. Because it does that, Typeform does only read the first part of the link.This is what I want the link to look like:LINK.com...#name=Peter&company=Archery%20Supplies&accountmanager=Jasper%20DalenThis is how it comes out of Marketing Cloud now:LINK.com...#name=Peter&amp;company=Archery%20Supplies&amp;accountmanager=Jasper%20Dalen

I went to WIX to see how to embed code for a pop up survey. The instructions I found are below.Working with third-party codeWhen you get a code snippet from a third party, they should give you instructions about where to place the code (head or body) and how to use it. The placement of your code is crucial for it to load and execute properly. Wix does not provide support for any technical problems you may have with third-party code snippets. If you have a problem with a code snippet from a third party, you should contact the provider directly for help. So, where is the placement of the code on the dedicated survey page on my WIX website. Are there instructions I am missing?

Identifying Source Of Typeform When Embedded on Multiple Sites

Hi everyone!My Typeform is currently being picked up by many other professionals and companies.They want to offer my quiz on their sites for their customers to use.My question is, at the end of a given month, is there a way for me to know how many responses came from each source? Hidden Fields to recover email of respondants

Hi,I have created a survey, and set a hidden field “email”.To send this survey, I am using CleverTap which in turn uses Mandrill as an Email Service Provider. Mandrill being an extension/add-on from my company’s Mailchimp account.My problem is that I don’t know what syntax to use to pull the email of my responders.In this field: I have tried using the CleverTap personalization syntax @Profile - Email | default: "test" This didn’t work:I have tried using the Mailchimp merge tag: *|EMAIL|*But when embedding the survey into CleverTap it tells me it needs a default value. I contacted CleverTap explaining how the personalization syntax wasn’t working and their response was:“Why you have added the Personalization commands in the Typeform because this is something which only accepted on the CleverTap Email editor to access the Personalization data from the user profile which is available on the CleverTap Dashboard.”Which, wasn’t very helpful.So, if anyone has any idea of how I can achieve th

Data collection details to include in my Privacy Policy

Hello,I’ve checked the various links, articles and posts about GDPR compliance and have not been able to find the answer to my questions.Namely:Where do I get a list of all data that is collected from respondents that I need to mention in my Privacy Policy. Changing url of existing typeform

I'm using the free version of Typeform. I made a typeform and sent it out to people to fill in. And after that I changed the url of the form from the options available for free version. I know that the previous link will redirect the users to the new url, but,My question is:If somebody opened the typeform from their previous link on their browser and kept the tab open for several days, I now changed the form URL but they still have the old url tab open on their laptop. Will they be able to submit the form from the old url?
