Matrix error "Oops! Please make a selection"

We are receiving an error on the second question on this form. It’s a matrix, and whenever you make a choice it says, “Oops! Please make a selection”Any thoughts on this? I’m very new to Typeform.

"Sorry you can’t access this typeform until the creator says so"

Hi,  I’ve just put together my form of 7 questions. I then copied the link to my instagram bio but it doesn’t work. I’m getting a message saying “Sorry you can’t access this typeform until the creator says so”Is it something in settings that needs changing? I can’t find any setting options anywhere.  Any help much appreciated!  Thanks Ben

My subdomain has changed, but it wasn't me!

Hello everyone, our organisation has been using typefprm with our customised subdomain (used to have our form connected with Meta Pixel). But, I just noticed that the subdomain has changed, and no one from our organisation applied that change!!!Of course this is a problem because now when we create new typeform they are not connected to meta pixel, which has connected another subdomain (the previous one). Any experience here? Why our subdomain changed?!? How can we restoere the previous one?

Changing the domain name with an active form

Hi everyone!I have created a form with a domain “https://domaine01.typeform.com/myform01” and I want to create a new domain and a new form : https://domaine02.typeform.com/myform02...But my "domain01" is already online and in use! Will changing "domain01" to "domain02" make my old link "https://domaine01.typeform.com/myform01" inoperative? I would not want this change of domain name to break the link I already sent for the previous form... What do you think?  Thank you in advance for your much appreciated support! 🙏

Sharing on social: "var:score"

Hi,I created a quiz, and toggle on the social share option at the end of the quiz. Therefore it can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, etc. And when a user shares his/her result, the score variable as a text is visible. I think it’s not okay.Let me show you:  As I googled, I stepped into this thread: So, I just realized that it cannot be shown an individual user’s result on his/her own social media profile. It’s a pity, and I think it is major hiatus, but as for now, I can only acknowledge it.But how I can change what is shown in the – for example Facebook – preview? I didn’t find an option for this at the dashboard.If it cannot be change either, am I think correctly, that the first sentences of the end sequence are shown as a preview? ‘Cause it means, I should place the test result variable a little bit further back, at the end screen’s texts, right?Let me show you how it is look like now my end screen:

Trouble with current Typeform

We created a form back in fall of 2021, we use it as a way for our customers to interact with us when it comes to scheduling/questions we need answers to prior to the installation of their roof. It is now no longer working - it has questions that say PAID next to them and it wont allow our customers to use the link anymore nor ourselves. Is there a reason why? Is there a way for us to fix this so we don’t need to pay?

Weird form URL

Howdy!Just created my first form… hooray! The URL start with a weird https://y21nk2i6tb4.typeform.com/nameWhat is this y21nk2i6tb4? Can I change it? I’d rather have form.typeform.com than that strange set of letters and numbers. Thank you!

Thumbnail isn't showing when pasting link

I changed the thumbnail and description but when I send the link, it reverts back to the generic version and does not update. How can I fix this?

Prevent Duplicates - How to embed cookie in Wix website (non-tech guy requesting step-by-step help)

Hi, I understand Typeform does not have the basic functionality to prevent duplicates (which is crazy).I just bought a premium subscription, only to realise this now. I have two options:Ask for a refund, and go back to SurveyMonkey OR Get a step-by-step instruction on the Cookie workaround (embedding the cookie code in a Wix website...I’m a non-tech guy, and can’t figure out how to do this).@Liz Looking for your guidance. Anyone else figured out how to embed cookie code in Wix? Would really appreciate your help.

Possible to send user their end screen in Outcome Quiz?

In an Outcome Quiz, is there a way to send a link to the user’s end screen to them via email (I am using Active Campaign via Zapier, not the native Typeform email). However, I have a video embedded in the end screen, so what would work best is a link to the end results to be able to pop into an email to send them.Is this possible?Thanks!

How can respondents receive an email notification with their results and not just the score

I would like that the quiz respondents receive an email with the content of the Ending slide according to their score.At the moment they can receive an email with just their score (@score), but not with the meaning of that score that is reflected in the proper ending slide. There are 3 types of endings (like 0-4, 5-8 and 9-16; the score results by adding up the points according to their answers)How  can I insert in the email the ending slide text? Thanks

But i can’t figure how to share it with my boss so that she can have access to it and then publish it with her essentials account.If someone can help me I would be really grateful!

Can't send form submission to contacts in wix

Can’t use zapier to connect the typeform to wix. I can either find a workaround or use another email provider than the one wix provides. I want send welcome emails to the submitters.

Typeform doesn't load on first page load, only after reload in vue.js app

I’m struggling to embed my typeform in my vue.JS app. The form is supposed to open after clicking the “feedback” button, doesn’t it load after I first load the page, only after reloading the page the survey pops up after clicking on the button. I tried to add the <script>window.tf.load()</script>in all different components from index.html and the components but it still doesn’t work on any browser or mobile. The network debugger shows that clicking the button the first time doesn’t execute the fetch survey command, only after reloading the fetch to form.typeform.com is executed. We were supposed to launch our beta version today but can’t because the feedback survey doesn’t work. Very frustrating because because I just upgraded my plan to be honest.You can find our page here: https://www.brecht.ai/appAfter logging in, the feedback button in the end should start the survey, but it doesn’t.Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Meta preview images is not shown correctly on LinkedIn

Hi,could anybody help me with the following issue.I updated the meta link image a week ago. Still the correct image is not being shown when I want to share the typeform on LinkedIn. It still shows our old logo, which obiously we don’t want to share anymore:)
