Within the text of one question I want to include a hyperlink with my email address. I assumed I would just enter as URL the address in the format mailto:aaa@bbb.com. But this does not work on the published form, where it appears as  http://aaa@bbb.com. How can I do enter a clickable email address please?

Hello,I noticed that full screen embed mode only is for when site loads, but I want to see fullscreen mode on both desktop and mobile to load on button click. There is pop-up option of ebmed, but it has size large only, and it is not a full screen. Any ideas?Also, is it possible that my custom button would load that fullscreen embed, instead of a typeform premade button? As typeform button styling has limitations 

Hello I have followed steps to embed the full page typeform. I added a new template pasted code and it is showing a full width page but not height. I looked on many questions here and have played with the height and width in the coding- to no avail! It is so small! There is nothing else on this page only my footer and header. 

I’m sharing my quiz-form link in Instagram DMs but even though I have a custom thumbnail and description for it in Typeform, when the message cmes through on Insta the thumbnail is blank and the description is just a standard Typeform one saying ‘Turn data collection into an experience with Typeform ...’ etc. How do I fix this so that my thumbnail and description show up? Any help greatly appreciated.

Is there a way to somehow control who is participating in your survey by e.g., generating individual links which can only lead to one response?

Hey all,So for the past couple of years I’ve been using Typeform’s pop-up embeds as booking buttons on my website, and they worked great.We’ve recently updated our website design massively - and a part of that design is buttons that are native to the wordpress theme we’re using.  I really like the look of the updated buttons on our new theme.From the back end, these buttons give me the following toggle option to “Open link in lightbox”, which I believe is supposed to automatically embed embeddable pages and forms:I’ve tested this out with one of my typeform links, and on the front end all that happens when you click the button is the lightbox opens and fills up the screen, but no form loads in (it’s just dark grey/empty with an “x” to close the lightbox.)Is there some way to get this to load the typeform up properly?  I’m editing through the theme where I just paste the link, so I’m not deep into html at the moment.  I tried adding ?typeform-embed-redirect-target=_self to the end of th

Why does Typeform show me this text ... "Sorry, you can't access this typeform until its creator says so" after I inserted the Custom Regular HTML / JS code in Clickfunnels:

Apologies if I’m missing a really obvious FAQ that answers this question, but I’d love clarity on what respondent means in Typeform.  I’m used to using competitor software where response limits = number of individuals who answer the survey.  So on the basic plan you could send your survey to 10 people to fill in, no matter how many questions are in the survey.However, I seem to have hit my limit before then, so I’m wondering if each answer to each question is considered a response?!!   Meaning one survey of 10 questions answered by one person would use up all the free responses.Also, does Typeform log someone who starts a survey, but never finishes it, as a response (or log their saved, but not submitted answers, as responses)?Thanks to anyone who can help clarify this.   

I’m embedding a Typeform Survey in an email. I would like users to answer my questions without them having to type who they are/email and still know who answered the survey. Would that be possible to track using Hidden Fields in Email?

Hi, I was so excited to finally embed my first form on my Wordpress divi site. I’m assuming it works on desktop because I have received 2 submissions BUT on my phone, when I click the first question, the whole form disappears!Screenshot showing the form  

Hello, I’ve been trying to connect my typeform to my Canva site and its not working. At first, I found out that the app in Canva was removed and a solution would be to embed it into the design with the code, but it keeps displaying a message that the embed code might be incorrect. Can someone please help? 

I am able to publish it, and it allows me to enter through the link for a while. But after another attempt, the “Sorry, you can't access this type form until its creator says so.” message appears. I tried re-publishing it but the same thing happens once again.

Hi. We are exploring using Typeform as an embeddable form for a private community managed through the community platform system Hivebrite. I tested embedding a form in a custom page and it is not displaying. I tested the same form embed code on a Wordpress page and it displayed fine, so it’s not the code. I also tested a different embed code (from Vimeo) in Hivebrite and it displayed, so the system is recognizing embed codes, just not from Typeform. Is there another step that i need to be taking for Typeforms to be recognized in a private site?

Hello!This question is probably piece of cake for you, but I just don’t know how to solve it.  I’ve used the typical sharing code from Typeforms form → share page:  My problem is, that the pop-over is a bit too small for the form. Then I tried the custom embed code, and it works perfectly, but I need to make some changes to the button. Code:  Button in action:  So, what I’m missing, is the right color and some custom positioning for the button (otherwise our cookie consent box hides it). Should I just create some CSS overrides, or is there better way to do it? Thank you in advance!

Hi there,I would need to embed my form in a website as a popup at website loading, this is working as expected and I have already tested. How could I stop to pop up the form as soon as my end users submitted a response? So I get the pop up and I submit my answer I wouldn’t want another pop up if I have access to website after a while.Thanks!Nicola 

I am using the direct URL (not embedding script) to load my form in mobile Chrome browser successfully but any time the autocomplete is used on any fields, the browser crashes. It’s not my form - I get the same crash result using the original template below with auto-complete.
