Hi, It seems that the solution for removing the start button in mobile on your help topics is out of date as there is no URL to attach the solution “?typeform-welcome=0” to. Is there another way to remove the start button on mobile and go directly to the first question?

When I send the Typeform link it includes a logo.How do I change this logo?As can be seen in the screenshot the logo “Queensland Shower Screens” is shown but I cannot work out how to change it.

One of our clients who would like to complete our customer service form is unable to because her company systems don't allow her to access the form as the “connection is not private”. Is there anything I can do?

I want to automatically receive an email to my inbox whenever someone submits a response to a form. Where can I set this up? I’ve looked around and clicked on the settings icon, but I can’t find it. Can someone send me a screenshot of where I can find it, and where to put the correct email address?  

Hi, how do i take a video from my media library (created on phone app) and use/edit it on the desktop app?

After publishing the form, I tried to test it and saw several questions appear to be glitching and jumping on desktop version (not observed on mobile). Could you please tell me how to solve it?

I’ve seen no less than a baker’s dozen with this same problem, but none of those solutions seem to work for me (or the solutions were handled outside of the community and never shared). It also seems as though Typeform needs to invest in some more robust development work so this doesn’t keep happening. I understand it’s usually our fault for some kind of individual website setting, but I’ve never had a problem with Gravity Forms or any other embedded forms on WordPress.So, as the title states, my embedded form doesn’t load on mobile. My typeform plan got renewed and now my old share url is redirecting to the login page, even though i have renewed the plan. I had embedded this url in a website. how do i make it redirect to the same typeform without a website release ?

Hi there,I have a very weird problem.typeForm embed in WordPress website. Works perfectly until a member of our team from Dubai sent me this screenshot: The form is still working from our offices around the globe. I created the empty HTML page and embed there. The same results for the Dubai office.and the weird thing is if I send them a direct link to the typeForm form, it works.Of course, we tested from different browsers. ISPs, laptops, IPs, desktop/mobile, OSes .. etc, have the same results.A month ago, we didn’t have this issue. Everything started around 2-3 weeks ago when some of my colleagues started reporting this issue. In the beginning, we thought the issue was the office internet connection.Does anybody have this weird issue? 

When opening the link to my forms the answers appear as though they have already been selected, is there any reason this is happening and how can I make it so that the answers don’t appear already selected? A couple of picture examples attached. Any help greatly appreciated as it hasn’t always done this! 

Hi! The typeform questionnaire works perfectly on desktop, but we run into a problem on mobile. The welcome screen does not become responsive, but once you hit “get started”, the rest of the form works responsively.  I’ve played with the setting a lot and I can’t seem to find a solution.  any help is greatly appreciated, thanks! you can check here: https://libweb.agency/do-you-love-your-library-website/   

Hello!On this website, we have a pop-up form, and a standard embed mode form near the bottom. When I had just the pop-up code on the site, it would just have one pop-up, as intended. However, when I added the standard embed mode form to the page, it would load two pop-up forms, one over the other. Hello, I’ve been trying to connect my typeform to my Canva site and its not working. At first, I found out that the app in Canva was removed and a solution would be to embed it into the design with the code, but it keeps displaying a message that the embed code might be incorrect. Hi,Is it possible to set a start date for the typeform, in the same way as you can schedule a closing date? This feature would be cool to have (we are thinking about using Typeform to create an advent calendar).
