Form was automatically translated unnecessarily!!

I created a form in Thai language. Once published, let’s say 5% of users complained of experiencing strange questions. Upon inquiries, I found out that the whole form seems to be translated into Thai. Not just English to Thai but Thai to very strange Thai. It made no sense and caused disreputable!!

Make a Job Board with Typeform

Has anyone every used typeform to gather data for job board submissions? I am thinking about using Jotform, but I love how simple Typeform is for users to use.  What I am trying to achieve is to have employers post jobs to a job board that I am building with Webflow. Basically, they submissions coming in will be pushed to Airtable and then pushed to the Webflow CMS that will display the jobs listings submitted via the Typeform.  My only thing, is that when a employer wants to submit jobs after their initial one, they’ll have to fill out all of their company details again.  If anyone has collected job board submissions with Typeform, I’d love to hear how you went about it.

Deleted information

Hello!I logged into typeform today and all of my workspace data is gone. I had been blocked out of my account somehow, so I reset my password. Then I logged in and everything was gone. Is there a way to recover my information?

Anyone else being ripped off by Typeform?

We are a small community club with little income and I created a small survey for future planning. Once completed I closed our type form account only to be charged £25 again. I closed our account a second time and ensured it was complete and I have just been hustled for a further £25 we can’t afford. I would contact Typeform direct, however, there is no account contact whatsoever! Any advice on how get out of this contract with the devil! Contact me. Stuart

Privacy Shield decion of EU Court - EU users

“The adequacy decision on the EU-US Privacy Shield was adopted on 12 July 2016 and allowed the free transfer of data to companies certified in the US under the Privacy Shield. In its judgment of 16 July 2020 (Case C-311/18), the Court of Justice of the European Union invalidated the adequacy decision. The EU-US Privacy Shield is therefore no longer a valid mechanism to transfer personal data from the European Union to the United States.  “How has Typeform reacted to this decision as it is no longer under the “umbrella” of the Privacy Shield? Improvements to Postman guide

Hi,I think the information currently in the Developers guide on Postman could be clearer. I also think there should be a way on there to give feedback, like there is on the community area.So, specifically, I had a lot of confusion setting up my typeform_personal_token. I’ve been using without problem in python scripts, but couldn’t understand why I wasn’t getting authorised in Postman.Based on the information here, I added my token into my global variables, I even followed the linked global variable guide to verify this was working. But once I added my global variable and sent a request I was getting this response:{"code":"AUTHENTICATION_FAILED","description":"Authentication credentials not found on the Request Headers"}And I couldn’t understand what was going wrong… It turns out there was an extra step which is possibly obvious if you’re experiencd with Postman, i’m not. But I think the instructions above could be extended.The missing piece was on the “Get hands-on” page where I saw t

¿Alguien en este foro ha sufrido la estrategia engañosa de Typeform de no dejar cancelar el plan mensual,  días antes de cumplirse el mes como prometen, para asegurarse de forma abusiva y tramposa de que los usuarios tengamos que pagar un mes adicional? Luego de consultar con soporte, ellos te responden que efectivamente te pueden cancelar el servicio, al final del mes que te RENOVARON de forma abusiva. ¿Quién ha sufrido este maltrato y cómo se sienten con la obligación de seguir otro mes con un servicio que no desean usar NUNCA más? Has anyone in this forum suffered from Typeform's deceptive strategy of not letting cancel the monthly plan, days before the end of the month as promised, to ensure in an abusive and cheating way that users have to pay an additional month? After consulting with support, they reply that they can effectively cancel your service, at the end of the month that they RENEWED you in an abusive way. Who else has suffered this abuse and how do they feel compelled to

Outcome Quiz

I’ve watched a couple of videos on how to do this, but since going to the ‘new’ Typeform, I don’t think it’s the same process. I don’t see any of these options. Enable & Manage 2 Factor Authentication for Users

Hi Typeform Community,I noticed there was not an option to enable two factor authentication (2FA) for my Typeform account. My company has three users under the Typeform Premium plan. I have no security concerns with Typeform’s systems, but I think my users’ logins are vulnerable without 2FA. I strongly encourage or even require my colleagues to enable 2FA for every account they can, so I wanted to ask Typeform to consider adding 2FA as an account feature. Thanks! - John

Other Typeform-like tools!

I am new to Typeform and in love with it.  So much so that it has raised the bar for other things I want to use for my web design business.  I am looking at ‘Better Proposals’ at the moment for proposal writing, as this is equally stunning design-wise, but I’d love to know what the rest of you use for client management and any other tools.  I was checking out Dubsado for a CRM tool but its aesthetics just left me cold after using Typeform. I want everything to look this nice now! Any suggestions?  Thanks.

i just want to fill out a questionnaire that was sent to me.

I was sent a link to Typeform to fill out a survey, but I had to create an account. So I did, but I can’t find the survey I’m supposed to fill out. The only thing I can do is create my own Typeform, which I don’t need to do. Where is my survey hiding??

Hello  i wish everybody a good day I cant find a soluction  I cant know when typeform is going to charge me the monthly payment , there is the date that is goint to be the charge but it do not says the hour that is going to be. I think but i dont know  if the plattform will have unlocked the responses that i have accordin to my planin the next month, i have reached the limit of my typeform responses, i hope that i dont have to do an upgrade for the next month, I hope that if the payment it is done on the 13,the 14 will be available my responses (can someone confirm that)
