Hi thereTwo of the most common ‘errors’ I see are forms with unpublished changes that were missed, and forms the should be open but are closed (and vice versa).Closed/ Open in particular is difficult to monitor as it is a few layers deep inside the form, and there are many automated reasons for a form to close. I think a great way to help avoid these problems would be to have icons on the forms tile/ card similar to how total responses are shown.For example a blue open padlock or red closed padlock on top right of each tile, and top left an icon or text reversed out of black on forms that have changes to “Publish”. 

Hi - This post is mainly for the product team. Your field for birthdays allows people to enter dates in the future.  It also requires full birthday (mm/dd/yy) and should allow for other options including month and year, and just year in the selection window. Second, I have a quiz that on the last page redirects to two different parts of my website.  I would like those links to open in a new browser and not direct people away from their quiz results. (when they try to hit the back button to return to their results the quiz requires them to start completely over)  It would be great to change how external links work.Thanks!Meredith

I’d love a feature that builds off of Typeform’s Picture Choice. Ideally, I’d like to have customizable sizes where you are not limited to using the same size for all options. Here’s a quick mockup of what I’m describing: 

Feature Request: A Dedicated Place to Vote and Submit Feature Requests (Meta) Can we get a tag to separate feature requests from people asking for help? This would be useful for Typeform’s developers to see what everyone is requesting, and for others looking for similar requests. We can all vote collectively and draw attention to features we would like to see on future rollouts. Adobe does it really well.

It would be great for people to be able to take and upload pictures using their device camera.  And even better if there was functionality to assess the quality of the image on the way in and reject it if it were blurry or insufficient contrast, ie: too dark and then give feedback to the user saying, please try again with more light or please try again without moving your image is blurred.And then I’d also like the link to each image to be available for passing via zapier to our CRM.

On desktop I can possibly understand, but I'm on mobile… 😰  

Hi!We use the date feature to check the availability of applicants. Unfortunately, a lot of people type in their date of birth.I wish it was possible to specify that the date has to be in the future or today - without creating a logic for it. If the hint only comes after the slide, it is likely that the dropout rate of the questionnaire will increase. A small notification or error message would be cool. In addition, typing in the numbers is very tedious and not very user-friendly, it stops the "flow" every time (on the desktop computer). I have to type in a number (day), then either click or jump to the next field (month), this is very tedious. I would prefer a wheel or a small pop-up calendar.

Hi team 👋 I’ve been on a bit of a sabbatical, however I’m now back and catching up with all the updates to VideoAsk since I’ve been away.One thing that jumped to mind whilst going through the new features (Which are all great quality of life upgrades) was an idea for a new feature - which I thought I would voice and see what thoughts are.For context, my aim for 2023 is to move the bulk of my communication in business (recruitment) to asynchronous video/audio. I wondered if an extension for Chrome+Gmail could be a good idea to allow you to pull people/contacts into your account and then respond straight away. Picture opening an email - thinking I’d really like to respond via video to this and being able to hit a button that lets you jump straight in to recording a VideoAsk or landing 1st step of the builder.Apologies for the brain dump, it’s pre-coffee ☕️ - but hopefully the idea makes sense!

Is it possible to customize the adress question type in Typeform?We only require Street adress, ZIP Code and city - 3 out of the 6 listed lines. Is there a way to delete the other three?

I recently signed up for Typeform, and I've been liking the experience. I was checking out the subscription plans and payment process, but i accidentally pirchased a $50 plan. Please, I'm in dire need for a refund since I'm a full-time student and I don't have a consistent income. I didn't mean to purchase any plan just yet, I hope you can provide me with help as soon as possible because some of my bills are due in less than a week. Thank you for your time 

Typeform does not offer even a week of free trial and I was mislead by the plans and propaganda understanding with the first paid plan I'd be able to see answers that didn't complete the entire form till the end. I was wrong, I was directed to yet another upgrade and understoon it was only on the top most ridiculously expensive plan I'd have the data of answers who didn't finish the form. But asking colleagues, I learned the data you release in this expensive business plan is not even the contact details and their first answers. So Typeform DOES NOT SUIT MY NEEDS. I contrated it on the 13th September and have been trying to make it work with no success, and today, 9 days later, I demand you cancel my account and process a full refund as my right as a customer, which you should have offered to avoid this terrible situation.I tried to submit a ticket in many ways, but the page doesn’t confirm it received my question, despite being logged in when I am redirected to th

Hi there, I’m new to Typeform, and I lost some data due to changing a question type on a survey that went live and started collecting responses yesterday. I searched for guides to retrieve it and found this: Editing a typeform that’s already live and collecting responses. It was stated on this article that I’ll see a warning for changes that could affect or lose the responses I’ve collected. Yet, that didn’t happen to me. No warning dialog box appeared when I changed the question type on my form. I would’ve been able to download the responses had I known that I’ll lose some of the responses. I hope anybody can help.
