Typeform conversations

Hi everyone! I work for a business school and have developed several quizz to help students finding which programme is the right fit for them. For example, they reply to the quizz and once they submit it, they find if they match to our programme in Marketing, in Digital Marketing or in Sport Management.We are trying to map the form to SalesForce. However, we do need the program they get as an ending in SalesForce. Is there a way to map the ending with SalesForce? Or do they need to pick the program during the quizz? I hope it’s clear enough. On Friday I upgraded my account, and the charge has processed on my credit card. My account is still showing the free version and I have reached the limit for responses to my survey. I have reached out to customer service by creating a ticket for the issue. I have not received any communication from them concerning my account. However, I have been getting plenty of automated response related to my limit being reached. Very frustrating. I need access to my data.

 I built a logic, but when selecting one of the multiple choice options it is not directed to the next correct question, as follows:  The correct option would be after the first question, when the participant chooses one of the options, he is directed to option 5, but when he chooses this option, he is directed to option 3.The question is “what is your score”When the participant chooses grade 10, they will be directed to option 5 but they have been directed to option 3.The logic of option 1 is like this:

We have embedded a typeform link within one of our own site links. The images on the desktop version render really really small, while the images on the mobile version render just fine as expected. How can we ensure that images on the desktop version within an embedded link render in a dynamic and visible way?

Hey all! I tried searching for an existing answer to this question but couldn’t quite find what I was looking for.The project I’m working on currently is a quote engine for device repair. The basic desired flow of the form is What type of device do you have > what model is it > what services do you want > do you want overnight shipping > here’s your quote, enter in your info and we’ll reach out to you asap. The roadblock I’m running into is step 3 > what services do you want. I want my customers to be able to select multiple services, but if they do that then the engine is going to have to take the variables attached to those services (for that specific model) and add them up, and apply a bulk discount. That’s where I’m stuck … how do I get the system to add up variables that the customer chooses?Right now I can create IF/AND equations, but if I were to do that I would have to iterate every single possible combination of options in Step 3 … for hundreds of devices. Hopef

I want to add the option for multiple responses in a question. For example, when asked the name of the camper being registered, if the respondent has more than one child they wish to register, I want them to be able to do that without having to start a new registration for each child.

I had the same problem. It's a terrible issue for a supposedly reliable company. They lack responsiveness, support, and proper functioning. They're good at sales and marketing, but not at delivering. The lack of support is really scary. I'm looking for other options now. What else can unhappy customers like me do?

I have a real estate website that focuses on the condo market. Every condo building has a unique page on the site built from the same template. Right now, there are 2,000+ buildings.  I would like to create a typeform that will allow me to capture the page title and url into hidden fields. How do I do that?

In the responses grid, only the acutal responses are entered.  Since we have multiple endings, I would like the ending triggered to come up on the grid as well.  This will make it easier to respond the the customers, and also to ensure that the ending is accurate (since it is so easy to make a mistake when setting it up).  How can I do this to include the ending the the responses worksheet?

Hi, Is there a way I can edit my tags, for example if I want to re-label a tag, so all instances of it are updated. Also, in a similar theme, is there an option to delete unused tags?

HI, I accidentally paid for the yearly plan while trying to pay for a monthly plan with an increased response limit as my card had already been selected. I would like to change my plan to a monthly plan and receive a refund for the remaining amount please. I am unable to contact billing, is there an email address or phone number I can reach?

I have a multiple choice question with the option select multiples enabled. I also have the “Other” option enabled. However, if someone responds with “Other” and writes a response, I am only receiving that response and not any of the other options they selected.Example:Select all that ApplyABCDOther If someone selects A, C, AND Other, I am only getting Other in the responses and do not see that they also selected A and C.

I am looking for help with my Typeform survey to be able to score sections of my quiz individually on a section by section basis. For example if my survey has 5 sections, I want each of those sections to have its own score. At the end of the survey the results will show each section’s score.

Created a new Typeform and configured it to post results to Slack.  I want it to go to my personal channel (@andrew047).  Here’s the setup: But, when something is submitted, it goes here, rather than the personal channel (which you can see just above the Apps/Typeform channel.  Anyone know how to fix this and have it sent to my personal channel?Thanks.
