Typeform conversations

Hi everyone,We have a question type set up as a legal question. Clients should be able to choose I accept or I don’t accept as an answer. Why can’t we move forward if they choose I don’t accept?Any advice on how to change this?  

Hi, I want to give people the option to fill in 5 or 10 options themselves (short list of names of competitors). But I cant find an option in Typeform for a free format field. Is there any? Best, JV

HiI have some  a Typeform embedded on a website page. I would like to start using GA4 in place of UA. However, as there is no integration for GA4, I thought I could use the GTM integration instead to track form submits as an event and pass this into GA4 to track as a conversion.I have added the Typeform GTM integration with the correct GTM code, but the submit event is not firing when I preview my GTM on the site. Please can you outline the steps I should follow to make sure my embedded form events show up in GTM?I have set up the trigger to listen for the custom event “TypeformSubmit”ThanksLewis

When trying to connect slack, it only shows private typeforms, not those in my shared workspace. How can I connect these?

Hi!New to survey/quiz building, but I’m hoping to build a quiz where someone can select multiple options and get served questions based on those options. So for instance: Do you like: Apples Carrots Squash TomatoesIf they select Apples and Carrots, I would like them to be directed to a set of questions on Apples and then a set of questions on Carrots. But right now when I build it, it only sends them to Apples and then the quiz is over.  I know I’m probably missing something, but not sure how to phrase it to find the solution. Thank you!

How do I disable submissions for an embedded form? I’ve only found an example online for disabling using the share link: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/test-your-typeforms-without-creating-an-entry-for-advanced-users-360029295952/ My form is embedded and looks like:<div data-tf-widget="MNCk637M" data-tf-iframe-props="title=Employee Engagement Survey (copy)" data-tf-medium="snippet" style="width:100%;height:400px;"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>Is there a param I can add to disable submissions? Hi,I created a quiz, and toggle on the social share option at the end of the quiz. Therefore it can be shared on Facebook, Twitter, etc. And when a user shares his/her result, the score variable as a text is visible. I think it’s not okay.Let me show you:  As I googled, I stepped into this thread: So, I just realized that it cannot be shown an individual user’s result on his/her own social media profile. It’s a pity, and I think it is major hiatus, but as for now, I can only acknowledge it.But how I can change what is shown in the – for example Facebook – preview? I didn’t find an option for this at the dashboard.If it cannot be change either, am I think correctly, that the first sentences of the end sequence are shown as a preview? ‘Cause it means, I should place the test result variable a little bit further back, at the end screen’s texts, right?Let me show you how it is look like now my end screen: 

Hello,I had set up a typeform survey with a Mailchimp integration that included tags applied to specific answers on our survey. I changed an answer’s wording and had to go back to set up the integration again, and now only 30 of our many many Mailchimp tags are showing up - not including the tags I created just for this survey in Mailchimp. I tried clearing cache and cookies and logging out and into both Mailchimp and Typeform, disconnecting the Mailchimp integration in the connect screen in Typeform and re-authenticating and connecting it -- nothing is working. Can someone help?

We have 8 different answers people can choose. We have 8 special reports we want to email them based on which answer they’ve chosen.What is the most simple way to send them an email in response to them completing the survey?We’ve synced our email host “Klaviyo” to the form.

What integration would work best for presenting responses from an application form that includes photo documents, pdfs and word documents?I want to be able to see the competed application without having to open each uploaded document separately.

I don't want the link of my typeform to change.I have more that 1000 responses, i wanna delete all but appears an alert indicating that I can only delete 100 responses at a time. How can I delete them all just once?

Hi Everyone,I was wondering if it’s possible.  In a multiple selection form, each selection will have 1 follow up question.  Let’s say if I have 4 choices, ABCD, and I will select only A and B, the succeeding questions will only show follow up questions for A&B and then exit, options for C&D should not be shown anymore.  Is this possible in logic feature?

Hi. I’m trialing VA. Maybe a dumb question… Can you tell me if the following use case is possible with VA? I want to use VA to record and send short 1-to-1 video updates to clients. I’m not really seeking answers - just using VA to send out updates. So the VA sequence/flow would likely just include a single, short video (with Open Ended buttons inviting a response) and then a final thank you message. Since I would be repeating this VA frequently, I would want to use it as a template labeled "Client Update" or whatever. So each time that I want to communicate with a client, I would fire up the Client Update template, shoot a short video, and send it off to each client. Can you confirm that VA can work as described, and is it also possible to use this template as described on my iPhone?? Thank you!- Allen

Hi guys, does anyone has experience publishing facebook ads and redirecting people to a typeform instead of a landingpage? 

Has anyone created a successful “welcome page?” I am currently losing ~35% of my users before they even start the form.  If I can solve this issue with a good “Hook” on a welcome page it would increase by ~50% per month. Any tips would be great!  

I’m looking to create a series of questions with 1-5 score answers in the columns.Rows are namedI’d like to be able to duplicate the questionnaire and automatically change the row names by importing.OrCopy just the matrix and paste onto each question page ( so I’d only change the names on the first matrix and paste them into the others.Anyone got any ideas?Thanks in advance

Ok so,I have a multiple choice question which allows for multiple selection. I have tried to cover the logic for all possible combination of selections ( A,B,C , A+B, A+C, B+C e.t.c) I have included a screenshot of the logic below. However when i select multiple selections on the form it only takes me down the path of the first option selected. For example if i click answers A, B and C the form will take me down the route as if i have only selected option A. and not the logic for A, B and C.  Im not sure if im being stupid (very possible) here but would appreciate a resolution as have spent a long time creating the logic.

We are trying to pull both forms and responses data from the Typeform API.However, after some time running, the API suddenly returns an HTTP error that does not seem documented [doc]"Request to https://api.typeform.com/forms/xxxxxx/responses?page_size=1000&since=2022-10-04T16%3A43%3A12Z failed with status code 499 and error message None", Did anyone have this issue before?  If so, can you provide some context on why this is happening? Thank you!

We have a problem – could you please let us know what is the easiest way to make the following:We are making a registration form and we have a question there: “How many people you wan to register”.If the answer is 2 or more, we need s specific loop cycle where after filling all the information about one person, client would be redirected to a specific field from previous to start filling information for another person. So depending on how many people he choose (2, 3, 4 or more), that many cycles there would be.How can we do that?

I created a typeform and I have more than 10 responses. I need to see the other answers, if I upgrade the plan can I see the answers that are closed?
