We are using OAuth2 to get the access token to call the following RTBF Delete Responses route (https://api.typeform.com/rtbf/{account_id}/responses). I do see that this route throws a 401 with with following error message “no workspaces from the api for account xxxxx”. Is this something related to the OAuth scopes (Using the following Oauth scopes to get the access token: responses:read', 'responses:write', 'forms:read', ‘workspaces:read’, 'offline'). The error message is generic and it would be great if anyone could help us understand why we see this error messasge

Hi, can you please tell me how to do this: I want the form to appear in Side tab style, but there is no native fixed button on the right side, but Side tab appears on my custom button anywhere. How can this be done? That is, I want to do away with the fixed button on the right, but leave the Side tab style appearance effect on my custom button anywhere else. Have a good day!

Hi there,I am looking to convert a card game we developed on mural into TypeForm. It involved selecting 3 cards from a selection of visual cards, made available to participants. Participants discuss their selection in pairs, enter their reflections into a feedback form, and receive feedback about the mindsets which their cards represent, using a scoring mechanism.The game has been developed, including the flow of screens and instructions provided to each participant. I would like to move this from an ‘assisted’ version currently on our mural board, to TypeForm, where participants can play the game independently.Happy to discuss further.Warm regards,Saar

Hello,I want to design a survey for runners to see where they might be going wrong in their training and offer a list of tailored advice once they complete they form. I imagine asking questions throughout the survey like ‘how many days do you run per week, and how often do you strength train etc.Based on the answers they provide, the end of the survey offer a list of dot points of all the tips that will be helpful to them. Can this be done?

I would like to add the option that if a client agrees that their information can be passed to a partner company, an email with selected information (name, email address and a couple of other answers) can be forwarded automatically to that company. This is in addition to us receiving the whole from as normal.I have tried using notify respondents but I have no way of the system picking up the partner company’s email address, as it’s not an email answer on the form. I have tried in hidden fields but can’t add their email address.Another option is for us to receive 2 notifiation emails when the form is completed. One with all of the information, and one with selected information that we can forward to our partner.Any ideas how we can make this easy as I’m going around in cirlces at the moment.Cheers

Hi, i have a pro account and i have duplicated a form so i can edit and  update it but it wont show me a view that lets me edit it. There’s no view that shows the publish button etc. I keep seeing this page. and I am viewing on the laptop. 

Hello, I need to add a “question group” to several type forms that was left out. How do I do that without having to manually type out the same group question for every type form?

Hi, The report feature is great and I love the graphic representations of the responses. However, I can only generate it for all responses ever given, of which I have around 2000 spanning a year. I want to generate a report month by month, without having to delete previous responses. Is this possible? 

Hi, I’m creating a survey with Typeform (not VideoAsk) and I don’t want the continue/ok button to appear immediately a slide is opened by the audience. I want the button delayed a bit so they don’t immediately see it and then scroll through all the questions right away.Please note that I’ve seen this answer and accompanying screenshot here but it is not helpful for me because I don’t see the ‘Delay Interaction’ option in my Typeform settings. This is all I see in my settings:  How do I locate the ‘Delay Interaction’ option? Specifically in Typeform, not VideoAsk.Thanks in advance for your kind assistance.

Using the new ‘live’ embed code I can’t seem to set hidden fields directly in the snippet.I’m doing this:<div data-tf-live="<embed-id>" data-tf-hidden="user_id=123"></div><script src="//embed.typeform.com/next/embed.js"></script>But when the page loads, the actual widget embed generated inside that div contains data-tf-hidden=“user_id=”, and the form submits with an empty value for that field.

HejI am creating a questionare for work. And we got 5 branches with different topics No that I am adding the 6th branch the new Questions got “new” numbers. So eventually my new question is No 2 but through that all the other old branches get a new number and eventually one entire branch is messed up and it says “You can't jump back to a skipped question or a different question branch. But it is the threat i need to foloow.help much appreciated,, otherwise it seems that I have to do everything new.and its a lot. ThanksSonja

Hi friends!  I have created my own website and my menu buttons are essentially images.  I created a pop-up form for kids to sign up to our free birthday club, and I need to attach it to my already create “Birthday Club” button that matches my other buttons. I can’t seem to figure out how to do this or how to use the pop-up without the build in button creator. 

 I don't want to embed this within the question description itself. Is this possible?

Can an embedded Typeform, pop-up style, skip the button?In a Shopify site, I’m using PageFly to create a home page. The PageFly home page uses a content list’s images as buttons basically, to send to a url. Each image represents a service. When clicking the image, I’m hoping to have it go to a regular Shopify page where I’m embedding a Typeform. I’m hoping I can have the url direct directly to prompt the Typeform pop-up embed instead of seeing a blank white page with the button.Thanks in advance for reading!

Greetings,I’m new to Typeform and have a question about the umm.. questions and corresponding identifier/field names. When building out logic, many questions seem cut off in the logic tree, making it hard to know what’s what. If we’re creating some redundancy in questions (individual vs. couple for example but with similar questions), there seems no way to rename the sections for easier orgnanization. Rather than it show the full question (ex, “what is your first name”), can we not change it to “First Name”?  Second, if we can’t change the naming convention/fields, when we export files, it seems we’ll have quite a dumpster fire on our hands, trying to organize things, wasting alot of time converting “what’s your first name?” to first name, etc.  Any guidance would be much appreciated. 

Hi, We run a business where we match people with their ideal personal trainer or online fitness coach. We’re investigating using typeform to improve our usability. One of the forms we would have to use would be for our members who are fitness professionals to tell us about their ideal clients so we can match up the information we receive from the potential clients we generate. Getting them to fill the entire form once is fine, but if something changes such as their specialities, or where they are based, I would like them to be able to only fill out up to where has changed. If I add an option on each question on this survey to allow them to end the survey after they have inputted their information that has changed - will the information on the remaining questions from the first time they filled in the form remain or be deleted?

New to typeform.I would like to add metadata to a question to help qualify the data that’s provided.  For example, if I add a question such as “What is your name?”  I would like to have a hidden tag or some way to label that question as a “name” field type so my down stream processing can understand that this is a name and not just text.TIAMichael

Hi all,We are using typeform to build an eligibility form for our startup’s services. The form has been embedded within the website. Completing an eligibility form is a strong step in our funnel towards a conversion. I have found this event being reported in Google (GA4) under Reports>Engagement>Events and it is called “TypeformSubmit”.But there are a whole bunch of other events, reported by wordpress, intercom, calendly etc and I can’t find a way to distinguish the source.Is there a list of all event names reported by Typeform to Google somewhere? ​​​​​​ Would like to see if we can organize them and track them as intermediate steps towards a conversion. For instance, I see events named “session_start”, “first_visit”, and “form_start”. Are these typeform events? If not, how can I see just the typeform events?Would appreciate any help.
