Hello!I am using the embed SDK for Typescript and embedding my form on an Angular app.I use Hotjar and in order for it to render iframe contents a property data-hj-allow-iframe must be passed to the iframe. While trying to add it I noticed only “style” prop can be provided. I think it’s a bug on the bindings but I am no expert in Typescript. We have multiple typeforms published for our business using the Enterprise plan and I was notified yesterday that our published links are saying “you can’t access the typeform until the creator says so.” When I tried logging in to our account to troubleshoot, all of our surveys were gone and I’m being prompted to create a workspace. Everything just disappeared and it looks like we’re downgraded to the free plan. This is so, so bad. I created a help ticket but am not getting a response so I’m turning to this community. Has this happened to anyone else?

I started my Plus account back in May. So far I've received 996 total responses since I started the account. It is now July 28th and I got an email saying I’ve used up half my allowed responses and it won’t reset to zero until August 22nd. If my monthly limit is 1,000, why isn’t the count resetting until  three months after I started the account? Really frustrated to receive this email as the annual price is no small investment and I should be getting my full 1,000 responses for each month.

Hello, Our integration between Typeform and Zoho seems to not be working as of this morning. Not sure how to troubleshoot and I am afraid that toggling the connection button would lead to unwanted outcomes. 

Hi,We’re really keen to use Typeform for form submission to our company but will require each form submission to have an unique identifier such as a URN or order number. Both the customer and ourselves need this. Does Typeform provide this in the Business package? Thanks

Hi,I just built my first Typeform, a research form with grouped yes/no answers and aditionally a text field for name/initials/reference.I created question groups with each its own numeric score and assigned an “adding 1” logic for every yes-answer wthin the question group.Now, what I would like to achieve, is receiving in the results only the sum of the scores of each question group. I don’t want to know the specific answers (due to privacy - sensitive information issue), just the sum of each question group.I found that in the results in my account it is possible to disable/hide the specific questions (but they still are there and accessible). Worse, in the notifications/follow up, I receive all specific answers in the e-mails’ body.Is it possible to (optionally) exclude the specific answers from sending the form, or (if the calculation only happens at sending) at least to exclude the specific answers from entering in the results in both my account and the notification by e-mail?If not

Every time i’m creating a custom replacement logic for my field and then I click save, it’s not saving.   All jump to condition are working. Any help please ?

I have run a survey which included a multi-choice question in the form of a Matrix. All respondents were forced to answer it.Each row was a question and the columns are where respondents enter their answer.There were five possible answer options (columns) per question (row). The answers ranged from “Strongly disagree” (option 1) to “Strongly agree” (option 5). The problem is that the middle three options are not labelled. This is intuitive for the respondent as they can see where the midpoint is and know what the non-labelled options mean.  In the Summary tab under Results I can see all these options have been captured and I can see the overall distribution of answers across the five options.But when I come to downloading and analysing the Responses, I can see those who have replied “Strongly disagree” or “Strongly agree”, but I have no way of working out what the remaining options are. In other words, I can’t tell the difference between option 2, 3 and 4.I’ve re-labelled the survey bu

Hey community, we're going viral on tik Tok right now and noticing a big craving there.We are a start up that offers dog bracelets to fit different dog breeds. The colour of the dogs' fur can be reflected in the bracelets. Now a lot of people write us which bracelet suits their dog and send us a picture (high manual effort).I am currently thinking about how to automate this and automatically give the customer a suggestion for his dog. For example, you could ask for the colour of the coat and the result would be bracelets with this colour. Do you know what I mean and does anyone have any ideas? We actually have 25 different SKU's so it's a bit more complex. Kind regardsFabio 

I want to change the alternatives of a question according to the previous answer, there is this possibility without me having to make copies of that question ?

I’m using typeform’s popup chat to survey my audience, however, I want to prevent this popup from showing to the same person every time they visit my home page. Squarespace allows me to delay showing the pop up again for a set number of days, ex. do not show pop up again for 30 days. Also, if someone has submitted the form, they will see the popup again when they visit my site. I want to find a way to use my pop up without it being intrusive or annoying to visitors. Do you have code for this? Not sure why it isn’t a built in feature, as that seems super useful in so many contexts! 

Hi,I’d like to create a risk assessment survey (for up to 100 risks) where for each of risk a participant would have to choose a value amongst a list (Iikelihood would have 4 possible value, expressed in %, financial impact would also have 4 values, expressed in $, etc.).Any idea which form I could leverage? thanks!

Hi there,  I’m new to Typeform. I am involved in running a sports club. We have many teams competing for training space and I want to create a fair way to allocate time slots. My idea is to use Typeform to give each coach the option to rank the available training times from 1-20 in order of preference and I have worked out how to do this. My question is, is there an easy way to get the data from this at the results stage that makes it obvious who wants what? The results are very wordy  - I just get a list like this with each response:  Wednesday 1800, Monday 1800, Wednesday 1900, Monday 2000, Tuesday 1800, Tuesday 1900, Monday 1900, Tuesday 2000, Friday 2100, Tuesday 2100, Monday 2100, Wednesday 2000, Wednesday 2100, Thursday 1800, Thursday 1900, Thursday 2100, Friday 1800, Thursday 2000, Friday 1900, Friday 2000 Sure it’s in some kind of order but hard to process answers like this when there are a large number of them. Is there a better way to do this type of thing please? Many thanks

We have installed Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Everything is double-checked and is linked. In Google Analytics when we search for the form name ex. EP1WxePW. We can find the form.However, we don’t see the events that are mentioned in the blogpost of Typeform. (TypeformSubmit) What are we doing wrong? Do we have to manually create them via Google Tag Manager? In a related topic they mentioned that the same events are being sent as UA. Is this really the case? I find a lot of related topics that are not solved.  Our events:Can someone help? Thnx!

I’ve seen this mentioned elsewhere…But It would be good if number formatting was improved by: automatically inserting COMMAS in the numbers. E.g. Instead of 1000000 it would be 1,000,000. (This is important for financial businesses). And the option to add a dollar sign in front of the number. These are features we definitely need. Many thanks!

I created a typeform for a client of mine to be able to use, how do I give them permission and ownership of the form?

Hey group, is there a way to show my users taking a survey right after they finish the result of the survey? I am trying to add it to the end screen after the survey ends but I am having a lot of difficulties. Please let me know what could be done. I tried tying it to a results summary report but that just showed the answers they selected but not the result of the survey. Any help would be highly appreciated! 

I have setup a form and Salesforce integration mapping but continue to receive an error for the mapping. It does not provide any details other than “Exception: Invalid field typeform__Typeform_Form_Mapping__c for Interests__c”. I have double checked that my fields are mapped to the correct type of field in Salesforce but am still receiving the error. I have also mapped all required fields from the form to Salesforce as well in case that would have thrown the error. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
