Typeform conversations

I have a wordpress site using wpbakery, and have installed and activated Typeform. I embedded a popup survey using the raw html block, but it does not pop up. It does leave a button at the bottom which does work when clicked on, but not really what im going for.How to get the typeform to popup when a user comes to the page?Here is the test page im working with, you can see the blue button towards the bottom.https://www.naturaldos.com/home-alternate-copy/ Thanks

I had taken the $99 typeform plan for a month in march - as we were hiring then - and wanted a couple of niche form features.Unfortunately, I noticed that I have been getting billed every month post that too!What I understood when I bought the plan - was that this would be a one time, 1 month expense. Can you pls give me a refund? I can't see any problem with my logic but at the end of 19.1, it doesn’t go to 20 if 18 is not A.Why is the statement showing as 19.1 instead of 19i?At the end of 19.1, a Submit button appears and it skips right to the confirmation at the end. 

I received an email saying my form has been disabled because being unable to renew API token.Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hi, I have a research survey consisting of 2 forms, a baseline form followed by the actual research questionnaire a few weeks later. I need to connect the data from the baseline form with the answers from the research questionnaire to get meaningful results. Example: I need to see how many % of the people between 20-40 answered question 1 with “no”.I know about hidden fields, but I do not want to actively use the data in the second form (e.g. not want to address the users by name), I just want it in the report and I want all the baseline data.I also know about the options to integrate both into 1 google sheet, but I don't want to include Google sheets in the process as it’s very sensitive data .So my question is, is it somehow possible in Typeform to collect all the responses from 2 surveys in one combined report?  Many thanks!

I have a question in my form that asks for a URL. We only want to allow specific URLs to be submitted, to ensure consistency but also to prevent spam. Is there a way we can enforce a specific domain be entered?I imagine this would be done with some sort of response validation via regular expression. Google Forms has this basic functionality, and I’d expect Typeform to have it too.Thanks!

I have a Yes/No question in my typeform survey and when I export the responses, the answers are listed as 0 or 1 in Excel. Is this something I’ve done wrong or just the way it is?  

I’m an old dawg and have learned a few new tricks. Including Typeform. For my business I invested heavily in Typeform knowledge and skills. I also wanted to get a lot better at writing. More content and higher quality. One of the things I invested in this year was a 30 Day Writing Challenge. This was to improve my email copy writing. I wanted better follow-up sequences to my quizzes and assessments. It has turned into writing email copy for clients as well. (give me 30 seconds more and I will connect writing to Typeform … honest)The challenge (from Ian Stanley, email marketer and coach/mentor) was an email drip course. It sent out a daily email with a writing prompt. Set the timer for 25 minutes and write 500 words on that topic. Done. Loved it. But what to do when it was over? I had a habit. Hi,I want to create nice looking reports on individual answers that I can share with the one who filled in the form.I think the report summary has a nice layout but then it is a summary of all answers. I want individual answers.If I use PRINT on individual answers it is a rudimentary report.

I’ve embedded my typeform survey into an email, and it works fine. But once I complete the form, I’m not able to exit or navigate back to the email itself. Am i missing something? How do I enable the user to navigate back to the email from the typeform survey? Here is a screenshot, I am totally stuck here with no other options 

I just created a 60 question health assessment.The questions are based on 5 health categories.To make the questions flow I could not write the questions sequentially to fit the 5 categories.I’d love to be able to privately tag the questions so that the results show up broken down into these 5 categories.Is this possible?if not, is there a work around?   

Hey guys, We have a scoring based form and there are 3 different end screens based on the users score.On that end screen with the users score there is a button, we want that button to lead to a user info form with name, email, number etc. What is the best way to do this?

I found this solution, but cannot understand how to implement. Any step by step guide? I need to know the exact URL/page where the form has been filled, shown on the email contact details that we get with the answers. Thanks

Hey everyone,Hope you’re all well! I’m really struggling with this and could use some help.I’m trying to set my quiz up to have different results show up based on variables that have scores assigned to them when they fill out the quiz, which you can see below.  However, when I go through the quiz, it skips all of the other screens I’ve set up and jumps straight to the ending (going from S5 to A). I’ve got the recall set up on the questions, but it seems to be skipping it altogether even though it shows up in the results page.   Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No matter how many different ways I try to save out images/graphics for the typeform they seem to upload blurry.I have tried .png, .jpg, hi-res, lo-res, small file, large file, etc. None of the typical troubleshooting for this is working and the images I upload are 100% crisp when I upload or view them anywhere else. Sometimes an image will upload perfectly on 1 typeform question and then when you go to upload the same image on a different question it will be blurry. screenshot of quiz Q with blurry imagescreenshot of quiz Q with crisp image - this was saved in the same size/format at the blurry version but for some reason renders clearly when the other will not.
