Typeform conversations

Hey Everyone! I’m looking to reconcile Stripe payments within Typeform. How do i tie a payment back to a completed survey? I cant find what UID is passed back. Has anyone had any success in this area? Thanks!

I’m in the process of setting up a survey and I have a spreadsheet of pre-generated single use codes to use as a part of this survey. Is it possible to integrate this sheet and pull these codes into the Survey on the final page to avoid using a generic code?

Hi,  Im building a typeform that will have a core structure of 30 some questions, which based on the answers provided here, will lead to one of 4 typeforms. Each of the four typeforms has a unique logic structure which means, that as the users goes through one of the 4 TypeForms their answers to some of the first questions will determine how many questions they go through in total. There is a branching logic behind each TypeForm which means the user journey through can vary depending on the users answers.Is there any way that I can calculate an average score based on the answers? all equations I have come across requires a divide with the amount of questions (In this case that will only be possible to know if I code each potential combination one by one). Is there a smarter way? otherwise im looking at 800-1000 questions and the following 4-5.000 rules. It is a very easy task in excel, so I hope it is just me not knowing how to apply this logic to a TypeForm.. 

Please help! There is a pop-up from our mailing list popping-up over our form. The problem isn’t occurring anywhere else except on our typeform page. It’s restricting our clients from getting a quote from our website.  

Hello, I’m using a curl/php to get data from the API with this URL CURLOPT_URL => 'https://api.typeform.com/forms/'.$formId.'/responses?&included_response_ids='.$responseId,I can see that answers are being returned but no information around the thank you screen is and I really need to track this. It seems silly to only return answers without what thank you page the user landed on. I can see via the network tab that there is a “complete-submission” obj with a “thankyou_screen_ref” key-value pair but nothing when calling the API. How do I get this “thankyou_screen_ref” data returned? Or how do I tell what landing screen the user was on when submitting the form?Please help. My thanks in advance.

We already have done a survey through Typeform but unfortunately, we forgot to put a question asking participant’s contact detail for rewards.I tried to download a raw data but there are only # and Netword ID. Is there any possible way to download a raw data showing participant’s answer with contact detail in Excel file?

Hello all.I am using the payment question, but wanted to know if there is a way to have in the Typeform results, something that indicates that a payment has been process correctly or if it was denied. Is there anything like that?

We created a form back in fall of 2021, we use it as a way for our customers to interact with us when it comes to scheduling/questions we need answers to prior to the installation of their roof. It is now no longer working - it has questions that say PAID next to them and it wont allow our customers to use the link anymore nor ourselves. Is there a reason why? Is there a way for us to fix this so we don’t need to pay?

I am planning on buying a package and had the following question, I will have a few websites I plan on using TypeForm for: One website is a Registered Nursing School website I will use to sell two practice tests each with 115 questions. Second website will be a Fruit Tree website I will use to ask users to add fruit information (variety, taste, color, etc), add a picture and then add into our online database of fruits once reviewed by admin. Third website will simply obtain email addresses for a mailing list.Can any one TypeForm subscription perform these three requests?  

Hi from Aotearoa, New Zealand !With the email response to client ( automated when added to form) it shows in the form and as also tuned on, but if I test with my email address I don’t receive a response and many clients tell me they also do not. I have ensured this is on before I publish my form and everything looks accurate, is it reliable !Thanks Shayne J

I recently updated my payment details, but every time I try to log in it continues to ask me to update that information. I update all of it, try to navigate to the workspace and it pushes me back to the payment details page. Like a vicious circle. Has anyone dealt with this before?

I have a form, with the aim of the customer choosing sizes for products.  Is there any way to control the stock?  Is there a way to limit the number of clicks on a given option?  Example: What is the shirt size?  Option A: size SOption B: size L(As I only have 10 units of sizes S, I said that there was a maximum response for this option of 10 clicks)When the 11th person clicks on the option, they receive a warning (that there are no more sizes) or are forwarded to a page with that information it's possible? Thank you very much 

Hi,We have got a Typeform account where we have been creating Typeforms for 2 different departments for a while. Now, we want to have 2 separate accounts, so we do not mix stuff from different areas. We have created a new account and dozens of Typeforms need to be created on this second account. In an ideal world, we would export those typeforms from the first account and then import them on to the second one. We do not need to export the answers or any other collected data, just the questions, the logic, etc. But we do not find any option to do that and we do not find any information regarding this matter. So, we will have to create all those typeforms again from scratch. Do you know whether this can be done automatically with some kind of export/import feature? Thanks a lot for your help.

I have an email list and I've seen answers on what to do if one has an email list to personalize the questionnaire using hidden fields, but my question is - when the respondent replies can I match his survey answers to his email, and if so, how is it done?

When I download the excel results, I get the headers with the answers to the options of the matrix question, but when I connect it to an online excel, I only get a header and there are no answers... please help.

Hello, One of my recent surveys received 96 views, 69 Starts, and 3 Submissions. There is a hard drop off halfway through, 65 views to 3 views on the next question. The problem is that I cannot see the responses for the first half of the survey, and only the responses for the submissions. Note* - All questions are required so people can not skip ahead or around in the survey. Thanks AB
