Typeform conversations

Suddenly, several of my typeforms are gone. I never deleted them, they had thousands and thousands of submissions and had been running for years. Today I log in and POOF -- nothing. Has anyone else experienced this? I am quite panicked, actually. Is there any way to recover a deleted form? WHY and how could this have happened? Also it’s not all my forms, just a select few that are gone. I am stumped! Please help.

Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way we can export or get more details on the ‘views’ on a form? The Insights tab tells us the bounce rate, views, starts and submissions. But when I delete a set of test responses, I’m only deleting the submissions, right? This would skew the bounce rate and views to submissions ratio. So I was wondering if I could delete the views during my test period as well, to balance it out. Unfortunately I tested today, when we also went live, so date filtering wouldn’t work, although time filtering would - but that’s not an option. So the next best thing is to export it, but I seem to be able to export only the responses, not the views. Appreciate the help if anyone knows, and thanks for reading!

Our clients outsource their recruting and bookkeeping needs to our company.  We handle everything for them.  We will create forms that have to be specific to each client.  So they would not be logging into anything, we would be doing it all for them and charging them through our management fee to them.  So, are we better off with individual accounts and logging into each with a diff user name/password, or better off with the Partner Program?

Hi all, Kinda new here, but I was surprised as to how little community knowledge there appears to be on this topic. I am working on a complex Typeform survey, with long-ish endings, that needs to be administered in 10+ languages.Has anyone tried the Crowdin integration yet? Any feedback / experience to share? Does Typeform allow jumps from one language to another at any given stage of the answering process?I’m sure I’ll have more questions as the project implementation progresses 😄Thanks in advance for your time

Yesterday, I was experimenting with webhooks and thankyou_screen_ref was blank. Today it’s being populated with the ending screen reference. I don’t think I changed anything in the form. What might have happened?  I’d like to use the ending screen to trigger an action on my side and I’m wondering if thankyou_screen_ref is a reliable field. 

Hi,I will send responses from Typeform via Zapier to a CRM. Due to GDPR I do not want to save personal data on several places. Is is possible to setup a time period where responses are deleted? Is thereany other way to do it automatically?/TJ

Hi, I’m not sure if this is possible with Typeform, but I embed a link to my Typeform throughout my website, typically in blog posts. I want to pass the blog post URL to the typeform so I can know where the user was on my website when they submitted the form. Is this possible? Thanks.

I want to send a specific email with resources based on my clients quiz results… I have tried using Zapier and Make/Integromat, but the outcomes are not showing up in the possible data collected? Please help. 

Hi, I have a problem. I have already added transitiveSearchParams of utm in the embbed form already. Why I still can’t see the utm on my Google Analytics when I submit the form from my website? PS. Form is already connected to my GA  

I have seen multiple responses directing me to the recall video but I am not clear on how I can set up my score quiz so at the end so that when a user submits their results they can see how much the scored.I have each question’s response weighted 1-4, and I don’t want to have to make an ending page for numbers 40-120 (which are all the possible scores). The recall page is for tags for personalizing their name but how would this relate to scoring every question and summing up the score for each choice?

Hi,I’m looking to connect my Typeform to Power Automate. However, the exact form I am looking for is missing, all my other forms are there though.I’m looking for Customer NPS and it’s the only one that is missing in the dropdown. I’ve searched all settings for the form in Typeform, tried logging in and out etc, but can’t see any that would impact it. Please help. 

We want to show to the respondent that the (*) in the end of the question stands for the Required. Is there an option to do so? Thank you!

Hello everyone,I wish you’d be able to help me on that!I am currently setting up a quiz. Eventually, the last question is about ‘which people around you would you invite to live this experience with you?’ So if they’re ready to go on and play they fill in five first names/ emails to invite them to participate. The problem is I can’t see any form I can use to set up that kind of “5 emails’ answer.I hope it’s clear and there is a way to solve my issue!thanks in advance for your help !Anne

Hi All,I'm trying to build a Typeform (my first) and there are two logic paths. In both of them, the same question "are you a resident" occurs multiple times.When I try and build the logic, I get an error message that says you cannot refer back to questions.My solution has been to the duplicate the same question again so the logic can refer to a higher number question. It seem like an inefficient approach, but I can't work out another way?Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi all,Looking to add ranking to an unknown number of selections; hoping I don’t have to do it manually as it would be a lot of permutations! I’ve taken a look at this discussion on logic jumps for more than one multiple choice answer, but I’m not sure that the solution quite solves my task. Q1: Which of the following would influence you to purchase a subscription?Unlimited video appointments Medication discounts Medication delivery Chat support 24/7 platform support Free trial Import documents Tool that does xQ2: Based on selections from the last question, rank them in order of importance Because the user can choose anywhere from 0-8 selections, I’m reluctant to create question groups based on all possible answer permutations. Hopefully there’s an easier way to do this! 

Hye,I have a problem. In order to make a specific personality test i would like to have 40 words of which people can choose as many as they like. each choice is 1 point for the colour linked to the word.Then in the next round i would lik to take their choices and let them choose 20 of the words they chose. each choice is 2 points for the colour linked to the word.In the 3th round they would have to choose 10 of those 20 words. Each word is 3 points. In the last round they would have to choose 5 of these ten words. Each word is 4 points. Now i can’t seem to find how to take their choices on to the next round.

I’m trying to have a multiple choice question for users to enter electricity use for every country in the world. The first question asks users to select location and then be brought to each location to type in their total KWH. The problem is that once they’ve started into the answers (i.e. select United States and Canada), once they’ve clicked into Canada, I cannot get the logic to calculate, and then jump to the the correct next question. With 211 options, I’m worried the logic will be too much.  I’ve tried adding logic to the number question to “always go to” the end, but if they select more than 1, it just goes to the end. Is the problem that I can only select one at a time.     

Hey guys,I went through API proces and all so Typeform and MailerLite should be communicating…But when someone subscribes to my email list via Typeform I can only see this new subscriber in Typeform but does not update in MailerLite.How can I fix this?Thanks!

When people try to submit the form they get an error “Your response hasn't been sent yet. Well this is embarrassing Retrying in 30 seconds...It was working fine for over a year and now this morning it has suddenly stopped

How can I fix this?
