Typeform conversations

Multiple Select in Airtable and Multiple Choice in Typeform to match the fields in the integration… is not working for me.The names are EXACTLY the same. Please help? Thanks! 

I’ve been having issues with our main account with our payments, our bank switch our cards, and we didnt update our automatically billed on our account, i have been trying to contact the billing department in several ways, to reactivate the account we already updated the billing info, but no luck at all, super slow process, i dont know where else to go! We did receive the billing notices of the card but the email went directly to spam since it does not come from an legitimate email, but from a Boot or something like it, you guys need to fix so it wont go directly to junk.Where should we contact someone regarding this matter? We already try all the type of forms in the website, we even pay a new account to business because we read about a LiveCHat, that is no where to be found to see if we could solve that quicker.Thank you!

I have a few Multiple Choice questions with the following settings:  As soon as someone selects one of the options (not the “Other” option), the “Other” option automatically displays a checkmark as well. When you click to uncheck the original option, the “Other” option unchecks as well.I’m realizing this is happening on other surveys as well. What is the logic behind this? Does anyone know a workaround?

How does one see approximately how long will a user take to complete the form? I remember typeform had this estimating feature!I am on the free plan.

Hi!I would like to use a payment gadget on a new workspace and I found the following I don’t understand:What does it mean that “typeform paymants will be able to see your account data (such as all payment and payout history), including any data created by other businesses you've connected.”?Doesn't it seem very intrusive? Could you detail the access that typeform will have if I enable the payment of my clients on the platform? Will you also have access to the entire payment system of my website? I don't understand this sentence either: “They'll also be able to create new payments and take other actions for you.”What does it mean that they will be able to make payments and take actions in the name of my company? Thank you!Diana  

Hey team, I am building a multichoice test with driving related questions and pictures. The client wants a couple of things I am not sure I can do here and need your advice. First if the answer is correct, color code it green, red for wrong.Second, candidates can Skip a question and go back to it. But they can’t change questions they have already answered, only ones they haven’t.I also need the questions to be in random order but found I can do that by creating a number of version of the test.Thank you.

I’d like the question:How long is the Contract Term? (Options, 1, 12, 24, etc.)to generate X number of rows based on the input. If 12 is keyed in, 12 rows will be automatically generated in the Gsheet responses sheet. Is this possible?

Another piece of feedback/question here…Some of the template slides such as contact info or email address or phone number…The field headings are uneditable - this should be changed. In my case, I want to change things like “First Name” into another language because my target audience doesn´t know English...

Hello everyone ! I know that Typeform’s servers are based in the US, with a backup in Germany. For European companies, do you know if the data is also transferred to the US ? Or it all goes only to the German servers ? Thanks for your help :)

Hi,We are fighting bots and need to see the networkID from all submissions.When I export results manually via Excel file, I see a column with networkID.If I however connect it Google Sheets (or check in the Typeform interface), I dont see a networkID.Would be great if I can see the data also in Sheets so we dont always have to download the file after every new submission.

I want to chance the phrase in the first page of my form that tracks the number of people who have filled the form: “X people have filled this out” But, I can´t find how or where to do it.

I’d like to use the payment slide in my form, but not bill the user immediately. If they are accepted to use the service, then I’d like to charge their card on file. Is that possible?

Hello,So we’re trying to set up a survey in which the user is presented with a landing page based on what information they have filled. Now there’s a feature of conditionals in the typeform itself, but I didn’t find anything that would let us attach a link to a page based on what user has submitted. Another option is to evaluate the responses of the form after user submits it, but I didn’t find anything in the SDK documentation. The responses API is there for downloading all responses at once, but is there a way to get current response after form is filled?

I prepared a paid test so I’ve put a payment page at the top of the typeform. I’d like to prevent anyone from scrolling down the payment page and seeing all of the questions without first paying.
