Typeform conversations

Love the new email design tools, but when emails are received in light mode they don’t look very aesthetically pleasing, how do we fix that? Dark mode does look ok as we have it now, plain text.  Any help would be greatly appreciated! Jess

The video answer component doesn’t work, it says filed to upload the video. For every single candidates.Anyone can help? 

I would like to change the slide title on my Forms. For example, I want the Short Text field on the slide to say “How old are you?” but i want the slide to be named “Age” so that when i extract the results to an excel worksheet I don’t need to change the top fields.

Please help! My integration to google sheets kept auto-turning off, so I disconnected the integration in hopes to reconnect it. But now, I keep getting an “oops, something went wrong” error. Our form services thousands of respondents a day!! This is critical, and I can’t find a way to contact someone at typeform for help. Does anyone know what’s going on here?  

Hi allI have a fairly simple quiz question. there are 4 answers and any combo can be selected and each has an answers eg a,b,c+d, abcd etc. I have an answer to each. I set it up using the ‘outcome quiz/matching rules’ feature and it works just fine when testing with the preview button. However when saving an exporting the logic completely messes up and shows seemingly random responses. example a+b come up as the answer for b+d but tends to not be the same every time. PS yes it is definitely saved.Thanks in advance

Hello, we would like to implement a phone number validation on one of our contact form.The ideal solution for us would be a using OTP system (like the one from Twilio). As per my understanding it will require an API. According to TypeForm help support, there is no native solution  We are looking for the best manner to implement this verification via API or any other way, does anyone  know any example of something similar done on a form ? I created a quiz that asks users to rate a series of statements from a scale of 0 to 10. Example: “I make the same mistakes over and over”From the answers, I want to take the top rated statement and link it to a product page. How do I display the top ranked answer, and what can I do multiple statements are ranked at a 10. I don’t want to add up scores or anything like that, just the top scored responses linked to a product recommendation. Thanks!

We use a single form for all training feedback and need to be able to filter by date (at least) and create a summary report that can be sent to the customer.  Why is the ability to filter by date available within insights and responses - but not summary?!

I am trying to get a typeform to work inside of Kajabi’s white label app platform inside of the course. When I post the code inside of the course, it works fine on the website but the app just keeps rolling and resetting. I’ve gone to Kajabi but they can’t seem to figure it out. I’ve spent a lot on migration and am stuck. Using typeform for a journal entry for the course.

I see that I can add a hyperlink in a question, however is it possible to add multiple hyperlinks into one question? Or is it possible to add hyperlinks to the answers (so they appear as clickable text)? 

Hi CommunityThis used to be simple, but now I cant figure it out. The article: "Pass information from one form to another" seems to have missing information - or I cant follow it.I am capturing the first name on survey 1. At the end of survey 1, I have redirected the survey to survey 2, where I want to continue using their first name. I know that putting an @ refers back the the answer of a question you asked.  Please can someone list out the steps and treat me like a 2-year old. Any assistance is appreciated.

Hi,I’ve created a new form, but the Publish/Share button is completely missing in the editor. I can see Content | Workflow | Connect, but the top bar with the purple “Publish” or “Live/Draft” toggle isn’t showing at all.I’ve tried: Incognito / Private browsing Clearing cache and cookies Different browsers (Chrome, Safari) Checking the three-dot menu on the dashboard (no Share or Launch option appears) At the moment I can only preview the form… the live link isn’t working, and I can’t make it available to others.Is this a known issue with the new interface, and is there a workaround to make my form live while this is being resolved?Thanks so much,Philippa

Hi everyone,I would like to know if there is already a setting in Typeform that allows me to see on the main overview page in my workspace whether a survey is active or inactive.At the moment, I need to click into each survey to check its status, which is a bit time-consuming.Is there an option or setting available to display this directly in the survey list?Thanks in advance!

Is there any way how to move more typeforms at once between workspaces? And if not, why is that? We make workshops for schools and we have hundreds of typeforms per year, once the workshop is over we move the typeform to workspace named Past workshops. If we could do it in bulks, it would make our life easier.

Wondering if there was a way that people have connected typeform responses back to salesforce based on the id that is passed in the form? I intend to send a typeform via email with a custom link that passes their salesforce contact id. Ideally I want to match on the Id for form responses but am not seeing that as an option in the connected app.  Thanks

Is there a way to hide a question from certain people later in the form? For example, if someone says they are female instead of male, I would like a question hidden that occurs later in the form. Or, would that question have to be the immediate next question in order to do a logic jump? I would prefer not to put that question right next to the question about gender, but it looks like that is what I would have to do?

I have a series of logic on one question and want to reorder one of the last added logic statements to move it to the top. I figured you could drag and drop to reorder logic like you can when you want to reorder the questions. Is there a way to reorder the logic without having to delete up to the point you want to add a new logic line?

When scrolling on mobile, or when viewing in a smaller desktop window, my logo overlaps the question content (text or image). Is it possible to prevent this? Ideally the logo would stay at the top and disappear above the fold when the person scrolls down.Example:

I’m experimenting with driving traffic from TikTok to a short Typeform quiz, but I’m running into a problem — lots of clicks, hardly any completions.The form is only 5 questions long, but it seems like people drop off after the first or second question. I’ve tried adding a strong call-to-action in the video and in the link text, but it’s still not converting well.Has anyone here cracked this? Is it about making the form more engaging, asking fewer questions, or changing how it’s framed in the TikTok content itself? I’d really like to hear from anyone who’s actually seen success with this.

If I have a number field in my questionaire, is it possible to set this field so that new answers can not use the same number for that field?Use case: I am collecting submissions for a design contest. Users register in a different form (not managed with typeform) and receive a “registration number” automatically. Once they are ready to submit their proposal, they are directed to a typeform where one of the questions is “Registration number”. I want the form to not allow two users to enter the same number (0001 to 9999) in that field.Is that possible?Thanks in advance!

does anyone know how do i get each respond to my email. it worked for me in the older version, but as i understand it now i only can do it with Zappier, which i am not really sure what it is. and email notification shoult be a basic thing :(
