Hi. Can you help me?I have created an outcome quiz in typeform (6 outcome possibilities). I am collecting First name, Last name, Email in the final screen. The results of each outcome are URL forwards to landing pages in kajabi. When a new person takes the quiz, I would like for this to happen:1- A new First / Last / Email contact is added to my Kajabi contacts list.2- A tag is applied to the new kajabi contact just created  ^^ adding their outcome result from typeform3- A specific email is triggered (double opt in is turned on, so they consent to receive the monthly updates via email as the initial one first) that celebrates them taking the quiz and gives them the link to the same results page in kajabi they just read (one of the six results pages, that the quiz outcome score redirected them to initially), just in case they want to re-read again anytime later. So far I have successfully:created the six landing page outcomes inside kajabi added the redirect URLs for each outcome result i
It seems that I can simply drag-and-drop questions in multi-question pages out of the multi-question page, but how can I move questions into it?
We have a form for employee exits. The follow up sends all the answers to both us and the person who submitted the form. However, in the email to the responders it puts OUR name at the beginning rather than the person who submitted the form. When we go to edit the email it sends we get an error that we need to verify our account and to contact support. We have had this acccount for over 7 years and are on the Pro+ plan. When we try to contact support it just sends us in a loop and never lets us submit a request. Please help
I’m new to this community. I look forward to participating. For my scoring, I need more than multiple variables. I need to be able to take the results of an earlier answer and multiply it by the results of later answer to get to my final calculation. Then that number feeds into another calculation. Does anyone know if this is possible?Â
I want to create an assessment score that requires one answer to be multiplied by another answer. Is that possible? Does anyone know how?
Something weird is going on. In my first group question, I have set scoring to be 0, 1, 2, 2, 3 and there are five questions. When I test it out picking the last score, the total should come to 21, but it comes to 35. If seems like the scoring is being ignored and the system has give the last opinion a score of “5.” Is this because I started with a “0” value? How do I fix it? Sincerely,MarieÂ
Hi guys, we are using typeform for our survey & after that we are planning to send leads to our landing pages that are mainly built one GHL & WP. Our landing pages have custom values like {{contact.first_name}} etc. So my question is will our GHL landing page be able to show their first name if they fill typeform survey and land onto landing page through URL parameter or webhook whatever?
Is it possible to replace the value of a text variable with the response of a short answer?I tried to @recall in an Always Replace (x) but does not work. Ex. I am collecting name/email/phone and want them stored as variables (so that they are included in my webhook).
Hi everyone,I’m using VideoAsk in my recruitment flow. Even though I’m passing a unique contact_email={{email}} via URL for each candidate, VideoAsk still shows the same name—the first one entered—for all respondents using that email. This is breaking my Zap → ClickUp integration.🔍 What I’ve tried: Clearing browser data Disabling name field on contact form Confirmed name= isn’t in URL Tested in incognito âť—What I discovered:VideoAsk ties the name to the email in its system. The first name submitted for any given email gets reused in future submissions—even if a different person uses the same email. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a native toggle to fully reset name per submission or something like that.Â
I am creating an order form for my client. She bakes macarons. There are multiple options they can chose. It’s best to give an example. Macarons - Specialty Macarons - Tower - cake ---- They chose specialty macarons - now there are 14 different options so my customer chooses chicks and rabbits. Now I need to know how many of each they want. The choice is dropdown with several options. They chose 12 chicks and 6 rabbits. Now they need to chose the flavours. There are several flavours so with the chicks they chose 6 vanilla and 6 lemon, then for the rabbits they chose 6 raspberry. As you can see there are multiple outcomes. How do I build this order form?
My organisation has a an “organisation” at Typeform of which my colleague is the owner and I am a member. I have registered an application there. I have used OAuth 2.0 to generate an access token for that application, as per these instructions:https://www.typeform.com/developers/get-started/applications/However, workspaces created using this access token appear in my personal account and not in my organisation’s account. In the documentation of the API I read “The workspace gets created in the account where the user has the organisation role - owner.”This confuses me, because I would think a user might be owner of several organisations. Moreover, it would preclude control over where the workspace is created. It seems I can create workspaces in my organisation's account through the the web interface. It also seems I can choose the workspace (and hence, the account) where a form is created through the API. So why not for workspaces? Is there any way I can choose where a workspace gets crea
I recently built a form and have shared it with 3 individuals to test. 2 out of the 3 individuals can access the form fine. however, one gets the “sorry, you can’t access this Typeform until creator says so” error message. the same individual only gets this message when they access the form on a laptop, it works fine on a phone.i have also tested the form using multiple browsers and 2 different devices and it has always opened fine. i did read on another post that potentially sharing before publishing will cause this issue, and i believe this is something i may have done.the form is open to new responses (i.e. not closed)link to form here: https://innertemple.typeform.com/to/XLaz9gZ3#serial=xxxxx
Hi Guys,We are having this double record issue with Typeform and GHL, our typeform quiz doesn’t have a email or phone number fields, It only has a First Name. Now the issue is once the lead is qualified through typeform,, we are sending them to our calendar page and there they fill in their email & phone and schedule a call with us, however we are seeing 2 records now, one created on submission of typeform quiz and one on calendar booking. How are you guys fixing this?
I have created a form and a colleague has asked me to download/export the questions so they can review. Is this possible? I don’t want to have to cut and paste all the text...HELP!!!
Hi, I’ve been using a third-party lead tracking tool to capture leads from my website along with their source.Earlier, with the HubSpot form, the third-party script was able to detect the postMessage event that iframe forms typically send back to the parent page with the form fields. However, after embedding a Typeform, we’re no longer able to get the form submission. It just send form ID & submission ID. Attaching a screenshot of console log for reference Does Typeform not send question & answer data in postMessage event? Is there any workaround or solution for this? Please note i am using this third part tool to detect form submission and get users journey and they don't support API/Webhook.
Did Typeform remove the Follow-Up Feature? I can no longer set up an automated email on form completion. I used to get the survey results emailed to my team, but now I have to go into Typeform to look at the results.
Hi everyone!I’m trying to build a survey with a final score, which varies depending on the answer the user gives to each question (e.g. for each question, “yes” gives 10 points, “partially” gives 5 points, “no” gives -5 points, etc).I’d like there to be a “non applicable” option in each question, which allows for the user to skip the scoring of that q: the idea is thta it shouldn’t be counted altogether in the final score. I saw a similar query on this Community from a couple of years ago, where the answers said it was impossible to do. I was wondering if this function was implemented at some point recently, or if there’s a way to work around it.Thank you!
I am collating an onboarding form where the user will list the different types of insurance they want me to help them setup.I have created a question: “Which types of insurance do you want to buy?” - and there are 5 choices, any number of which can be selected.Let’s say the user selects A and B. They can follow a branch with questions about A, but I don’t see how to then start back at asking questions about B?
Coming from Jotform for a cleaner UX but have wasted ~ 15 hours chasing pieces of information to build a simple, picture guessing 7-question quiz with end screen displaying a given participant's & overall scoreboard, preferably in a table output format with first names & scores. Plus, may be allow for 3 or 5 repeat submissions. Simple post quiz submission emails, incl. daily rankings summary, to participants & admin. Q1. Is there a comprehensive, preferably A-Z & video, tutorial? All videos, incl Youtube, are more like an overview. Q2. How to connect with freelancers local to Typeform community? Q3. What other platforms you recommend to freelance out this & similar projects? -jd
Some questions in a research survey are intended for classification and for better analysing results. A multiple choice question like “What is your experience level?” could be a great way to create a subset of submissions/respondents and find out how this subset answered the other questions in the survey and how that compares to subsets based on another “experience level”.Is this functionality that Typeform is considering?
I would like to customise settings in the email notifications but am receiving this message when I try to:To edit email content, please verify your account. For more information and help, contact support.I have tried searching help articles but cannot locate where this verification can be completed.I would like to have the content of the form submissions included in the email notification.
Hi All, I’ve created a typeform that asks users to input project budgets in order to generate a quote based on that input as well as a series of questions. The issue is that these budget inputs and the generated quotes may have a significant number of digits in them. Looking at these numbers without commas can be very confusing (especially if there are a series of 0’s).Is there a way for a number question input to have a currency symbol, as well as automatically add commas every three digits? Same thing for a calculated variable (though I know I can manually add a $ sign before the variable in the question). If this is unclear, you can check out the typeform here: Thanks!
I’m probably WAAAYYYY overthinking this, but here’s what I’m trying to solve for:I have a quiz (assessment) where I’d like to display two scores (“Zap” and “Zest”) on the final page for five different question groups (sections). I do not want an outcome quiz that has different endings; I want all scores on the ending page alongside a video explanation. Each question group has 10 questions and 100 points possible per section, with the following answer selections and score system:Almost Never = 2 pointsRarely = 4 pointsSometimes = 6 pointsOften = 8 pointsAlmost Always = 10 pointsSince the assessment takes a problem-focused lens for creating a ratio-based answer, the way the Zap scores are totaled is to subtract the Zap score from 100, making the Zest score the remaining amount.Example: If Prioritization Zap = 65, then Prioritization Zest = 35I’ve created Zap and Zest variables for each of the 5 sections, but not sure if I need to set up branching for every question, or if there’s a simple
I would like to add a “Job Title” field to the “Contact” content template. Is it possible to edit the content templates and add fields in this way?
I want to determine whether variable a is greater than variable b by a set margin (a number that I can change). Both of these variables are scores derived from a series of answers. For example, “is variable a > (variable b + 300)”.I can’t see a way to compare variables. Grateful for any advice.
