Hi,We’re having some negative customer experience where the images in our picture choice questions are being slow to load on mobile.Short of manually going through every image in our survey, compressing, and re-uploading, Is there anything that can be done about this?Thanks,Oliver

Hello, can anyone help with a stripe integration issue? I’m trying to connect my business stripe account and when I click the ‘connect to stripe’ button it takes me straight to a window saying ‘waiting for authorisation in stripe’. I don’t have a stripe account associated with my login email so how does it know what stripe account to connect to? Should there be a login page for me to sign into the correct stripe account I wish to connect to? I have no notifications in stripe to authorise and am stuck in the ‘waiting for authorisation in stripe’ window. Can anyone help?

How can I re-use an old Typeform as a new fresh Survey?  Can they be cloned?  I want to avoid having to totally re-make it.  Thank you!

Today the renovation takes place, because I ended up forgetting. Can you return my card? ​Recently I needed the paid plan because I needed a large number of responses, it was something punctual, I won't need this option anymore. I thought I had canceled in time, but today the charge came to my card, today I also carried out the cancellation on the website, so I hope they make an exception and exclude the charge. Thanks

Hi there, I set-up a questionnaire on a group A and group B but i let them answer the same questionnaire.   In the reporting however i would like to split these two groups. can i have typeform do that, or do  i need to export to excel and split myself?i have also thought about retroactively introducing branches in the questionnaire (by duplicating the questions that i want to separate for between groups and creating extra branches) but not sure if that would work…. (i could try but am concerned to lose all my responses...) 

I set up a ConvertKit integration with a Typeform that maps to one of two tags: [waitlist] or [registered].In ConvertKit, a third tag appeared [ typeform-Waitlist - Company(CL7jsb0B) ] that was generated by Typeform (I never created it). It is seemingly randomly applied to respondents (no discernable patterns or comminalities between respondents’ answers with this tag).Typeform generated tag What causes Typeform to genertate a tag in ConvertKit and how do I prevent this from happening in the future?

I am using Typeform for job recruiting and have a list of locations we are asking people to choose from. We have a master database of locations in Airtable and I would love for Typeform to pull those locations instead of manually keeping them updated in Typeform. Can Typeform pull from an Airtable DB?

Hi!I have a problem with typeform & notion integration.The problem appears when mapping multiselect questions. If the answer contains a comma, then this answer is not sent to the notion, or at least it’s not visible there. When there are no commas, everything works fine.Any ideas?

I would like typeform to save uploaded form with name of responder for easy sorting

I used to access the JSONs via the ‘request your data’ button in the accounts section. But it doesn’t work anymore. They used to email the data in a zip within a few minutes, sometimes a couple of hours. I have requested these since Thursday, but have not received anything. Does anybody have the same problem, or is this only on my account? It’s creating a huge problem for us. Thank you for any input!

How do I have both multiple ending URL links PLUS a different URL for re-direct on completion of the form?Each time I turn on the re-direct feature, the endings links stop working. I need both multiple endings and the default URL link to be different for multiple reasons please. 

Hi,  I just created a Typeform and added it to a SeedProd landing page. The contacts/emails are showing up on Hubspot but not properly. It’s missing all fields’ info and URL source.   Thanks, Carmen

Trying to send via email. Keeps adding semicolon at end of email address when I try to send. Isn’t being received. Any suggestions? I do have a welcome page in the application I created.

I have finished my typeform and clicked publish. It seems working because the botton is not fully colored. The problem is when I try to embed the form in my website. It does not show anything.

Hey there, when we get more then one entry per day in a specific typeform the notification in gmail creats one big email thread per day or so.  If we answer one of the leads its within the same thread. This causes confusion as often times several conversations start to happen within that one thread. Is there a way to configure the notifications in a way that gmail (or others) will not open one thread for several entries but instead creat a new one every time? 

I have a question where I use the #number field. The user can enter a number between 0 and 28. Can I add the answer straight to the score?The other option is of course to use the “Branching and calculations” and say if the answer is 1 add 1, if the answer is 2 add 2. But is there a smarter way when the answer already is a number?

I am trying to publish a survey which has 8 questions and 2 statements. It won’t allow me to publish because I need to remove the ‘unlimited questions’ feature. I have looked through settings and cannot understand how to do this. Thanks, Katie

Is there a way for a HubSpot property to be updated based off of which Typeform is filled out?  We are a residential development community, with different Typeforms for our different new construction home neighborhoods. We have a property called “property of interest” in HubSpot that designates which community the contact belongs to and we would like that to update based off of which Typeform is filled out.  For example, when a prospect comes in to our community Estancia, we would have them sign in with the “Estancia Leads” Typeform, which would then put the “property of interest” as Estancia without the prospect having to select “I am interested in Estancia” or something similar.  Thanks!
