Typeform conversations

Using the web interface I estimate it takes a few minutes to connect each form to google sheets (or any other option), based on my organization’s dataset it’ll take a few days to connect all the forms I have. I don’t need to use google sheets, I just need a reliable way to bulk export all the forms, ideally in some sort of ‘live updating’ format like Excel or Sheets and in a table format (csv, xlsx etc.) instead of JSON.

Can i connect 2 forms in the same account (different workspace)to 2 different klaviyo accounts  ?

I’m trying to upgrade to a premium plan, and when I enter my card, and click the save button nothing happens. It don’t save the card, and the option to process the payment isn’t clickable. Is anyone able to help me out and figure out what’s going on?

Hello,  I have a short quiz of 11 situations (stated as strengths) for the managers of my company. But I want them to be able to rank them from 1 (“That is not my focus”) to 5 (“That is totally me”). With the caveat that I want to force them to have a reply with the structure 1, 3, 3, 3, 1. Meaning only 3 situations in the middle, only 1 as “totally me”, etc. Is there a template for something like this? Another way could be to drag the “situations” into the buckets of 1 to 5, with the distribution that I just mentioned.  Thank you in advance.  

I implemented my survey via Pop-Up at our shop page. I am wondering why the exit/cancel/clos cross isn’t visible anymore (« see screenshot red markings)? I remember in earlier versions this never was a problem.  How can I change it, so people can find a way out?

Hi! I have hidden fields (orderid & email) which are properly showing in the Typeform results. However, when I pull the data through Snowflake, the referral URL does not show these populated. Hi,I have created a form and I’m now trying to add logic jumps on some questions based on hidden fields.For example, If I’m having 5 questions on my form let’s say A,B,C,D,E and five hidden fields hidden_a, hidden_b, …hidden_e respectively.I’m trying to add a logic such that if hidden field hidden_a contains some value so skip Ques. A and jump to Ques.B, similarly if there is some value for hidden_c then starting with Ques.A then go to Ques.B and then to Ques.D by skipping Ques.C.Hope I’m able to explain my expectations. Typeform just announced that they now offer integration with Calendly. I already have a Typeform, so I added an Appointments question and went looking for “Appointments” in the drop-down "Questions" over on the right side of the screen. BUT, there is no "Appointments" option on my screen. Can you help me? I Published my Typeform before I added the question.

Hi there! I have a Typeform working as a pop-up, but I’d like to use a link and input it into a CTA I’ve already styled, rather than using the inline styling in the Typeform script. Rather than embedding the script, can I utilize it as a link, and just input it as an href into a CTA instead? I still want it to be a *pop-up*, so the regular link to the form won’t work.

Hello Typeform-Users,1. First of all i see that i am in Basic not able to do redirects at all, right?2. In Question Number 9 of my form i ask a question and there are 3 possible answers, With 2 of these answers i want to lead people to landing page 1 and with one of those answers i want to lead people to a  landing page 2. Is that possible with typeform?3. After Question Number 9 are 2 other Questions coming and only then would the redirect be needed to those 2 different landingpages depending on the answers of Question number 9Does that make sense and is possible?

Hello, can anyone help with a stripe integration issue? I’m trying to connect my business stripe account and when I click the ‘connect to stripe’ button it takes me straight to a window saying ‘waiting for authorisation in stripe’. I don’t have a stripe account associated with my login email so how does it know what stripe account to connect to? Should there be a login page for me to sign into the correct stripe account I wish to connect to? I have no notifications in stripe to authorise and am stuck in the ‘waiting for authorisation in stripe’ window. Can anyone help?

Good afternoon, I want to cancel the paid account, as I will no longer use the paid account. Today the renovation takes place, because I ended up forgetting. Can you return my card? ​Recently I needed the paid plan because I needed a large number of responses, it was something punctual, I won't need this option anymore. I thought I had canceled in time, but today the charge came to my card, today I also carried out the cancellation on the website, so I hope they make an exception and exclude the charge. Thanks

Hi there, I set-up a questionnaire on a group A and group B but i let them answer the same questionnaire.   In the reporting however i would like to split these two groups. can i have typeform do that, or do  i need to export to excel and split myself?i have also thought about retroactively introducing branches in the questionnaire (by duplicating the questions that i want to separate for between groups and creating extra branches) but not sure if that would work…. (i could try but am concerned to lose all my responses...) 

I set up a ConvertKit integration with a Typeform that maps to one of two tags: [waitlist] or [registered].In ConvertKit, a third tag appeared [ typeform-Waitlist - Company(CL7jsb0B) ] that was generated by Typeform (I never created it). It is seemingly randomly applied to respondents (no discernable patterns or comminalities between respondents’ answers with this tag).Typeform generated tag What causes Typeform to genertate a tag in ConvertKit and how do I prevent this from happening in the future?
