Hello, we have multiple accounts working on mutliple worspaces.My Gallery is populated for one user, but it’s empty for the other.Is it possible to share the Gallery with other users?

Hi:I would like to implement double opt-in for forms sent from TypeForm to Mailchimp. Unfortunately, it seems that the DOI process in Mailchimp can only be turned on for Mailchimp original forms, not from external sources.Does anyone know how to sort it out ?thanks!

Hello, Making typeform, after 1 submission i want to close responsesMaking a typeform true python script, json does  "settings": { "language": "nl", "progress_bar": "proportion", "show_progress_bar": false, "show_typeform_branding": true, "notifications": {}, "auto_translate": true, "is_public": trueHowever when i refetch my created form it says (logs)'settings': {'language': 'nl', 'progress_bar': 'proportion', 'meta': {'allow_indexing': False}, 'hide_navigation': False, 'is_public': False,Weird because here it says 'is_public': False.ANd ’m able to browse to the form through a urlafter a submission, my script fetches the form, my script tries to make set it to 'is_public': False (which apparently it already is) When i got check teh form, it says still open for responses. Any one got this setup working? or any advise Kind regards

I am managing registration for several events but each event has its own stripe account.  How can I use different stripe accounts for multiple typeforms?  Unfortunately, it is only allowing me to use one for all of my forms.

Is it at all possible to use an answer from a previous question, in a matrix, without it being in the descriptions. My customer asks if it is possible to have the pictures uploaded in the survey displayed in the notification mail, or have them added as an attachment, rather than the download link it currently shows.Since I know simple HTML isn’t possible (yet?), I guess displaying uploaded pictures in the notifications won’t work, but can they be added as an attachment?

Hi dear Typeform Community :) I built several calculations in my form. I would like my users to just see the rounded result / the variable I use, with no decimals. Also the decimal is the English “.” and not the”,” as I would need it in German. What my Users see right now: 18.26What I want them so see: 18  if that’s not possible then: 18,26 Has anybody done this before, I can’t figure it out (I use the Professional Plan - Upgraded builder) I am thankful for any reply :) 

I have a large number of Typeforms that have Pexels videos embedded in them.They normally load quickly and play beautifully. Today, they seem to play on the Typeform platform but not via deployment (email, web page embed etc).Some are just not showing up at all while others do and play just fine.What gives? Is this connected with Spain’s massive power outage of something else?And when will it be fixed? FYI I’ve tried different machines and different browsers

Hi,The Contact Info question type is not showing up as an option to select when setting up a trigger for an email notification so I can no longer setup a notification for a particular persons name/email etc.See screenshots showing that Contact Info is my question 1, but the selection for triggers starts at question 2.

We have a Typeform Business account, but we are unable to contact support through the Typeform admin panel. This issue has been ongoing for several days. We have already tried clearing browser cookies and logging in using an incognito session on Google Chrome, but neither approach has worked.When we click the “Support” button in the admin panel, we receive the following message: “Messages could not be loadedTap to retry” Tapping “retry” does not resolve the issue.Can someone help?Thanks in advanced

I want to print or see all of my questions in a layout form so I can send them to my team and they can follow the flow without having to click through each question.  That way the branches could be seen and they could suggest re-ordering easily.  Any idea on how to do this?  Thanks

This is my experience, attempting to utilize type forms heavily advertised multilingual, functionally.I upgraded to Professional because Typeform advertises AI support for multilingual forms. As soon as I upgraded and tried to use this feature, I was immediately hit with an error telling me that my form is too long and that I need to shorten it if I want AI translations. Nowhere was this limitation disclosed before upgrading. Not willing to give up, I manually translated my form using DeepL, then followed Typeform’s own instructions to upload the translated content via the provided spreadsheet template. After successfully uploading the translation, Im then informed I have absolutely ZERO control over whether it actually gets displayed to users. Instead, the only thing that determines which language my form shows in is the user’s browser settings—something I have no control over whatsoever.Let me be clear: This is NOT how the internet works in 2025. Hi,Is it possible to change the color of the “Description” font? In my case it is grey, which is a bit hard to see on my black background. I checked the Theme properties but the description font does not appear there. Thanks!
