Typeform conversations

Hi fellow typeform users. Say I have 30 items I want people to choose top / best 3 items, but I do not want to show all 30 items.Looking for randomly select 6 item out of 30 Then show 6 items multiple-choice questions (I am open to other format) Then let respondents select top 3 items from 6Have you tried implementing something like this?

I am working on a form I have multiple choice Child on the way One Child Two children three children four or more childrenI need the client to be able to enter information for each child if there is more than one. I have a Jump logic setup to say If “two children” then jump to “child 1” and then I need it to jump to “child 2” the same for if they have three children. I need the form to be able to jump to “child 1”, “child 2”, and then “child 3” I will have the same issue for a family with multiple vehicles. Is it possible to set up a sequence of jumps?

For example,“which of the following features would you like to see on a website? Please select the most important feature, second most important, third etc…. Clear and easy to navigate siteFast loading siteChat functionLatest market news….”EtcThe person taking the survey would click on for example a “1” next to an answer in the dropdown menu to selct the most important , “2” for the next etc    

Hi, new to Typeform.  I want to gather nominations from a sub twitter community for a WEEKLY top 10 chart awards.  I think Typeform could help me. I have created a form that simply asks What is your twitter @? The person you are nominating twitter @? Why they deserve the award?and connected to google sheet.The idea is that I can sort the sheet and see how many times a person is nominated and then look at the why to compile the chart. I have a few questions.What package do I need to be one?  Is there a cap on number of submissions for each weeks form? Do I have to embed in a website or can I just link to typeform and create a nice designed start and end screenThanks,Taff

Hi There, I have recently created a free account and upgraded to $25 to try and publish. everytime i try publish it says I need to upgrade my plan. i created a support ticket and they said I need to apply for a differnt theme (a free one) but I have no idean how to change it and what is free and what is not. can anyone help ?

It seems that the text from one question is copied and then pasted into the next question (over whatever was there before) I think I saw it once happening when I quickly clicked from one question into the next, but don’t seem to be able to replicate it. It’s happening quite a lot and I don’t know how to change it. Is this a shortcut or is there some way to stop it? Many thanks for any answers - it’s causing quite a lot of problems…

Hi, I have a list of events which is happenings in this year, I want this field as multiple choice & I wanted to add this question(multiple choice) in 10 forms. If i change the event date in one form, all the other 10 forms should update.  We can say I need pre-saved datasnippet & call in multiple forms, do we have this option in Typeform?

Hi Guys, Im trying to recommend a product based on 4 different scores which I created as custom variables. To get them to add a point based on questions answered is easy enough but I can't seem to get all the values to display on a final summary page. E.g. The right racquet should be based on 4 variables (weight, stiffness, balance point and tension). After answering questions your tally might be weight 5, stiffness 5, balance point 2, tension 5. On the final summary page i show this to the customer by saying your recommended racquet has the following stats: Weight: @weightStiffness: @stiffnessBalance Point: @bpTension: @tension This displays the score. My problem is I don't want the scores to display as the tally amount. A weight tally score of 5 represents “4U-83grams”. Is there a way to change the code/logic on this page to set up a  replace function??i.e. =IF(@weight>4) then replace @weight with “4U-83grams” This is easy enough in excel but not sure how to do it here. Please hel

On a published survey, questions that allowed for respondents to enter a longer statement (free form), it did not provide fields for respondents to enter information. It only displayed a continue option button. I had to change the option to long text. But this is not what I wanted initially.

Hi all, I have an image in my form, but I cannot set an alt text. The option does not appear in Chrome nor in FireFox. I have Linux PopOS and my browsers are up-to-date.  I fear that my form won’t be compliant to accessibility rules. Have you ever experienced it ? Hi! I am creating a quiz with three different logic-based jumps / branches. Is it possible to create additional logic within one question? For example, there is a question with 4 answers: if you choose answer 1 you jump to question a, answer 2 leads you to question b and so forth. However, if you choose answer 1 I want you to skip question b, but there is one answer that needs to go through all questions, so I don’t want to add a logic for question a, but rather embed a second logic within answer 1’s logic. Does this make sense? Let me know!

Dear All, i am co-founder DOMI,  DOMI is a social enterprise that is tackling Energy Poverty for underprivileged household in ASIA, this is what we do. it’s an honor to be in this community. this is our first time using typeform.really love the UX. I discover a problem when i open the form , at the welcome page when i scroll down with finger on iphone or browser when i try to read the welcome page, half way or getting to the bottom of the welcome page. it flip to the next page without me finish reading. i tested it on the follow software.Inside LINE has - during or after loading - problem Inside mobile safari - during or after loading - no problem Inside mobile chrome - no problem, but when not finish loading, has the same problem inside Chrome desktop(mac) - problem inside Safari(mac) - no problem is there a way i can set it up so people need to click on the button on the first page before loading the second. thank you. and it will be an honor to have any idea or recommendation to mak

It says account needs to be at trial although I wasn't able to publish form when I added hidden field in my trial account.

Although Typeform puts * next to required questions, there is nothing to explain this. Is there a way to add it? I can’t do it on a Welcome Page as the survey is going out embedded in emails and they don’t work with welcome pages. Any ideas?

Is it possible to get a refund on a yearly paid plan? Those changes really don't make me feel comfortable on using this tool for my small business. 

Is there any way to set it so that the font for questions and the font for descriptions/body text/answer text is different? I would like for all of my questions/headings to be in Raleway, and all of my body text to be in Open Sans, if possible. 

I’m trying to set up a form that only pushes to Klaviyo when an optional email marketing consent button is checked. I don’t want all of the completed forms being synced with Klaviyo, as some of these contacts have not consented to receive email marketing. Is this possible with Typeform?

Hi, I’d like to update the questions (remove/add) on an existing survey. We currently have the survey integrated with Google Sheets so that we can view results in the Gsheet. What are best practices to update the survey? Do I create a new sheet within the existing Gsheet to capture results against the new questions? Ideally, I can just update the existing and not have to create a new Gsheet or survey.
