Typeform conversations

Hi,I embedded one Typeform into a domain I own.The Facebook Pixel (as Library and PageView event) is triggering perfectly.But idk why, the Lead event doesn't even trigger since I use the embed method.It used to work with typeform.com URL, but it's a fail since I use my own URLs (embed method).Can you help me?

Hi,I’m trying to add a background image to my survey. The background image turns out having super low quality after uploading it, even though the image size or resolution limits are not being exceeded. Hello,I have a bug when people answer the form.Sometimes the message "sorry, that didn't work" with a dog picture appears. For most people it works, But for some it appears for no reason.Do you know how to fix this?Thanks for your help.Goodbye

Hello Community, in the past 4-5 Days, my Typeform generated 4 Leads. The Problem is, that there were no answers. The whole submitted Typeforms where empty. Nearly all of the questions in my form are required, so its not possible to send the form if an answer is missing. Did someone had the same Problem?

Hello everyone I have a little question, Let’s say I work on my project with free plan and when everything is good I upgrade my plan to professional monthly.  I could share my embeded code on my website using paid features but the month after it will desappear on website ? I don’t know how does it work ….

Today, when I go to any of my forms, and want to access the sharable link it always end by “undefined” and they do not work, obviously. Why is that? I haven’t done any change… 

Hi,I want a better automation for users who fill  quiz. As ordinery people won’t open their email inbox often, so sending the answer by SMS would convert more. So does Typeform have this feature to send quiz result text by SMS?I saw that the vice versa is possible, I mean I checked out we can as admin receive SMS when some one filled the form by Integration of Zapier. P.S: I want to send message with Twilio, or any other SMS platform you suggest.Thanks

Hello, I’m working in a very easy typeform in first instance the form has 6 obligatory questions but the subject is that you can start from any question (a hiden field = op1, op2, op3, op4, op5, op6) set in wich one you start, in the other hand i set a variable (score in mi case @p with a first value of 1) in every single cuestion y set add 1 at @p variable and the most important if u has more than 6 points you go to end screen . my problem is that not way to make it, after to anwer the 6 question never redirects you to the first question alwais set that this is the final and dont make sense to say always go to question 1 they do not listen   

Is there a integration with sales force maketing cloud?

Hello everyone, I’m new to Typeform and having great difficulty creating a quiz.  I’m stuck on logic jumps.  I was following the most detailed step by step how to video on youtube but it was posted in 2016 and It seems some features have been upgraded since then. My quiz has only 6 questions, 4 multiple choice and 2 yes/no.  I’d greatly appreciate any and all consideration the community might offer to help me navigate this course of creating my 1st quiz.  I’m completely lost fam. Thanks in advance.

Thehustle.co captures an email and then you click ‘Join Free’ goes to typeform - how can we recreate this?

Hello,I’m having some issues with the layout of the survey when is filled on mobile devices, mainly on Android softwares. The specific issue is: The questions scrolls up very quickly, once the previous question is closed, and if the text is longer than 4 lines, the first part of the question is unreadable and you can not scroll back to read the begining of the sentence. (see image for reference).However on my iphone (and other iphones) this proble doesn’t exist, only on android phones. Has it happened to anyone here? Any ideas of how to solve it?Thank you very much!

I completed my form and recieved no confirmation.  What do I need to to do?  Also, the site appears to be down.

Is there a print icon for individual responses on mobile? All I see is delete? How do I print them from my device?   

Is it possible to build 1 question that has multiple categories that Id like them to answer as a scale.The question is along the lines of how important are each of the following in relation to such and such brand. 

Hi everybody,we recently hostet an internal pubquiz for our employes in which they entered there questions via typeform in realtime and we used the calculator to add up their points. In theory, this worked out great, but over 4 rounds, 5-10 of our 40 teams had difficulties submitting their responses. The error message said something like “unable to submit form”. Do you have any idea what we can change to avoid this next time? This caused a lot of frustration and delay in the live situation. Two possible reasons might be:I entered the team names as a single choice question right before users opened the form. Might a last minute change in the form cause problems? Users skipped back and forth between questions. Can this confuse the calculator? Thank you very much for your help!
