Hello,I'm working on a voting system for a competition. I need to know if it's possible to share a poll with a pre-selected answer. Specifically, I want to vote for a leader and then share a link to the poll with my friends, where my chosen leader is already selected as the default option. This way, friends can easily support my choice without having to search for the leader's name in the poll. 

Hi everyone, I canceled my VideoAsk account, but I’ve noticed I’m still being charged even after the cancellation. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d like to understand if this is an isolated case or if there’s something else I need to do besides canceling through the platform. I had a free student’s plan (through GitHub) which I used once for a classroom project and never used Typeform again. I recently graduated. I got a mail out of the blue saying 539€ were paid for an annual subscription renewal.That’s a disastrous unplanned expense for me as an immigrant unemployed fresh graduate in Europe. Kindly cancel my subscription and please issue me a refund of the 539€.What might help (for others, in future) is a reminder email a week *before* the renewal date with a choice to continue or discontinue the subscription. I have already raised a ticket and recieved an auto-generated response, but it is very stressful for me untill and unless I get the refund or at least an assuring response from a contact person (not auto-generated).

Hi, is it possible to also show which end screen the repondent got in the responses tab? We can see all the detailed responses per question, but we’re not getting the end screen in that view. Our personality is quite a complex logic, so haven’t to manually figure out the branching in the responses view is not ideal. 

I am trying to do a survey and would like to be able to use numbers as the response choices rather than letters. 

Hello, I currently have a Typerform I’m creating that is somewhat of a self-diagnostic. Some of the questions I have set up are multiple choice questions where respondents can choose as many answers as they’d like.  I am trying to set up logic where it will count the number of responses they choose and assign a number to their score.  For example: if 2 answers are selected then add X amount to Score. If 3 answers are selected, add X amount to score, and so on.  I thought I had seen an option in the logic drop downs to calculate this but I am unable to find it anymore. It only provides me with a way to assign a score for a single option chosen. My logic shouldn’t be based around the specific answer chosen, rather, the total number of answers picked.  Is this a logic I’m able to setup? Any help is appreciated.  Thank you

Hi there!I uploaded a template with Czech translations for a form I’m currently working on. Once I hit publish, the special characters in the language are unreadable and show up as <?> on the survey page. Is there a fix for this or anything I’m supposed to be doing differently?Also, with regards to translations - will the alternate language only be visible if the browser is set to that language as a default? Is there no option for the respondent to perhaps toggle the language and select what they want to answer questions in?

To clarify, once the user makes a selection in an email version of a survey, can:the selection click open a browser to a specific question view within a survey then populate the user’s selection made in the EMAIL version of the survey into the aforementioned browser version of the survey.. using URL parameters or some other method? I’m trying to send a Typeform NPS survey using Shopify Email app on Shopify but I cannot get recall of customer’s email data after trying several URL parameter configs: ¿Anyone have had the same problem?I have tried as email parameter config in Typeform:&email={{ customer.email }} &email= {{ customer.email }} {{ data.customer.email }}All these options were give either by Typeform Support or Shopify Help. None of these options works.When I used &email={{ customer.email }} &email=I’ve got a result as if were a fixed text “&email={{ customer.email }}” or “&email=” in the email result column.When I used {{ customer.email }} {{ data.customer.email }}I’ve got a result as if were a blank cell with no info.Help anyone please-

Hi there,I created an personality outcome quiz in typeform. I want to use it a lead magnet. So I want to typeform to automatically send the end result to active campaign. In active campaign will start an automation based on the end result. Like person is a, so the perosn gets a different mail than someone with the end result b. I checked all the community forum posts and watched youtube videos but I dont get how to do it.  It would be great, if someone can help me. I created an outcome quiz because the score logic was to advanced for me. No native english speaker, so its really complicated for me. thanks a lot!

How do I format a multiple choice question so that I have 2 columns of options and not one long list?

Hi All. I see lots of posts on using logic to assign different endings but I don’t see if we can assign or combine 2 results/endings? I have tried 4 other quiz softwares and cannot seem to accomplish what I’m looking to do.I would like the quiz-taker to receive one primary result and one secondary result. Where it gets tricky is that there are 6 results and 2 of them are for the primary result and 4 for the secondary result. So I haven’t figured out a way to ensure the 1st result is from the 2 primary results and the secondary result is from the other 4. Then when I thought I had it, someone tied and got 2 secondary results with a 50/50 split. =/Can what I’m looking for be done with typeform? And if so, is there an article on this somewhere that someone knows about? If this is possible, do both results get saved to the lead?  Thank you so much in advance (even if the answer is “no”).  ~RaeAnn

Hi!I have a multiple choice question that needs to collect contact information for team members involved in a launch. There are five answers (team member roles). I need this flow to skip questions that are not checked and to go to all the answers that are checked.I know this is a simple branch setup, but I can’t seem to map it correctly. Can I get some help? Hi!I'm trying to send UTM Parameters from Typeform to my CRM and for some reason it doesn't work, can anyone help me with that?Let's say that this is the full URL: toplaw-academy.co.il?utm_source=GoogleAds&utm_campaign=1234&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=test&adgroupid=567&network=gggI have enabled UTM Tracking in the Typeform (Under the gear icon), and also enabled in the 'Share'-'Advanced' menus the options of "Read URL Parameters" + "Set custom values" (I also tried turning that off). It doesn't send the UTM parameters to my CRM.What am I missing?Thanks!!!

Currently we have a project that uses a "File Upload" and we already set it to upload all files directly to Google Drive. The problem is that the "File Size Upload Limit" is still 10 MB even if you connect it to Google Drive. Are there any options to adjust the file size limit?If none, it could be a nice option or feature to have a selection or option that once you connect your "File Upload" to Google Drive you can be able to set a custom "File Size Upload Limit" since Typeform will serve just as a bridge between Typeform and Google Drive.

Can someone help me understand how to structure our personality quiz?We’re starting everyone with 20 questions that each have 4 answers (all ‘a’ questions = fight, all ‘b’ questions = ‘flight’, all ‘c’ questions = ‘freeze’, and all ‘d’ questions = ‘fawn’)---we used the outcome logic to create the correct answer and it worked great.  Once we’ve determined their main type from the 4 options, we’d like for them to answer 20 more questions to determine their sub-type based on their main type. There are 20 more questions for each of the 4 types to help narrow this down. Perplexity told me it wasn’t possible to do that with an outcome based quiz, but then again it also said I needed to score the questions and then add rules that were not possible to achieve the jump to the 4 question groups, so I don’t know. I’ve spent the last 2 hours going back and forth with their suggestions and either I’m not understanding them or they’re wrong. (they’ve admitted they’re wrong a handful of times already
