i tried to update background image at header or add new image it gives error “ An error occurred while processing the image “  i tried both ways by choosing image from gallery or uploaded new image but issue is still there.can you please suggest why this is happening ? Thank you.

hi,i want to include previous typerform in a new one, so that i can reuse the same question in a more complete without having to enter them twice, and more importantly, to have consolidate results. any idea how to do that?

You put out a typeform and you get response.  For some that answer  in a certain way - how do you track back those specific respondents from Mailchimp blast to retarget?  Only 25% answered what we were looking for but we want to hit them back?  How could you do that? 

I joined Typeform about a month ago, and have only ever had the New builder.Have upgraded to Essentials plan in order to gain access to the File Upload question type for our customer feedback form (we are a tech company)I can’t figure out HOW to access the File upload question in the new Builder.Alternately, I’d probably be fine using the Classic builder to build a form so long as I get access to that question type, but so far as I can tell there’s no way to access the Classic builder with my new-ish account.Help?

Hi Everyone,Logic jumps are getting the better of me! I’ve created logic jumps for a multiple choice question (you can select multiple options). When I test it it works for each of the multiple choice options, the issue lies when you select more than one option on the question, it takes you to the follow on question relating to the first option you’ve selected, after that it jumps the following on question for the next option they have selected. Any ideas?Need to get this live asap so any help is greatly appreciated! 

Does Typeform allow you to send a templated report back to respondents dependent on their answers?We want to create an online questionnaire, and then have a report send back to everyone that completes the survey, giving them a unique score. thanks

Hi I would like to have a logic jump with stripe payment option depending on number of people attendingie how many people will attend , answer 1 , 2 or 3 , logic jump if answer is 1 logic jump with stripe with a 10 e payment, if 2 logic jump with 15 e payment , 3 20 e I can not manage to do it , seems to be possible only to have stripe option once in a questionnairecould you please help me :-) have a great day  

Hello - looking to build-out a question with both selection boxes and dates within the same question answers. To give an example, this would answer the following question - when did you complete A, B, D and G? It’s been suggested to use the ‘Other’ option within a Multiple Choice question but this does not apply to each choice within the specified set. Thanks for the help - really appreciate it!

Hi Typeform community Is it possible to add a text into the form.Let’s say I ask in the form: “Which solution will you suggest to solve the problem you defined?” and I would like the person to start his answer with “I will suggest a solution which...”. Hi, I’ve got our first Typeform set-up, everything is fine, except that when someone clicks submit, nothing happens, it looks like a frozen screen. We have a thank you page, but once there nothing happens. I tried to add a redirect, but it did not work. How can I resolve this?  Thanks,

Hello all. I’m trying to set up a thank you in order to set up my conversion event on pixel facebook. The thank you screen shows up in preview mode but it isn't showing up on the “real” page.  How can I fix this? 

Is there a way that if someone chooses an incorrect answer in a quiz that it can show them that it’s wrong and show them the correct answer?

  Hi community, I’m facing an issue with scoring for one of my survey questions: Assume the question has answer options A, B, C and Other (survey-taker can choose more than 1 of these options). Ideally, I want them to be scored 1 point for each of the options they choose (including Other) Currently, I’m not able to score Other unless I ascribe a condition to the response itself (e.g. response must contain “big” to be scored)Bottomline: Is there a way to score the Other option as long as it’s selected? For instance, Excel recognizes “” as all-encompassing and includes all text.

I’m looking for a way to identify the questions my test takers got wrong. I do not want to nudge them along with suggestions to go back and look again. I need to be able to tell them after the fact that they got questions 1, 3 and 7 wrong on a 10 question test. Additionally, the results I can see just have the answer, there is no indication as to whether it is answer a. b. or c. ...the test taker sees answer a. b. or c. but the results do not display this. If I type it in with each answer on the test then it shows up as a double a. a., b.b., c.c. for the test taker. So to summarize,I need a way to see which questions were answered incorrectly when I review the test results andI need to know which answer from the test the student chose; a. b. or c.

I cannot seem to get the forms I have set up in Typeform to show up in Salesforce after setting up the integration.  Anyone have any idea why?

Hi, How can we assign points to all type of questions (dropdown, upload, short answer, etc...) and then redirect endings depending on people’s score ?I have the impression that i can’t edit my quiz by Simple Logic (Score quiz) AND Advanced Logic at the same time. We are looking into migrating from Google Forms to Typeform but, I can’t seem to find what a reporting dashboard looks like within typeform or if there even is one..?Does anyone know if there is a demo you can book with typeform to get to know all of the features before paying for an account?

I am trying to create a survey to identify gifting.  Here is how it works.  There are 12 gifts.  Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. pertain to Gift #1.   Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc. pertain to Gift #2 and so on.   In the end, I want the survey to add up the points for each question group. So I want a score for Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. and and a different score for Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc.From there, I would be content with a list of scores.  However, the IDEAL would be that the highest scoring group would lead to an outcome.I am new to Typeform, and I get the simple logic.  I think I get the advanced logic, except I don’t want them to jump questions.  I want them to answer all of the questions, and then have their scores be compared showing which gifts are the highest.   Does anyone have advice?I have the paid version of Typeform (but not the highest level).  It is the plan paid annually.
